Perfect Oceanview Home In North Topsail!
Vivez les vacances ultimes dans cette maison de North Topsail Beach! Profitez de vues spectaculaires sur l'océan depuis presque toutes les pièces. Cette maison récemment rénovée, rénovée et entièrement équipée dispose de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Plusieurs ponts et un grand porche offrent une vue parfaite sur la plage et l'eau cristalline au-delà. Un grand mobilier de pont vous permettra de vous détendre et de regarder les vagues se produire.
Le premier niveau comprend trois chambres spacieuses avec lits queen et deux salles de bain complètes. Chaque chambre a accès à la terrasse en bord de mer.
Le grand canapé dans la grande salle au deuxième niveau est un grand lit et la chaise et demie est un lit double. Il y a aussi 2 chambres à ce niveau. La première est une chambre avec lits superposés avec un gigogne gigogne qui est un endroit amusant pour les enfants pour dormir. La deuxième chambre contient une banquette-lit avec un lit gigogne pour dormir deux.
La cuisine entièrement rénovée et moderne a toutes les nécessités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris un îlot de boucher, un micro-ondes, une cuisinière électrique à dessus lisse, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur côte à côte avec de la glace et de l'eau. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes et la barre du petit déjeuner 4 places.
La maison dispose d'un câble, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD et d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit. Une laveuse et une sécheuse est également inclus.

Excellent property right on the ocean, just as advertised, has almost everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The family enjoyed the ocean, pool and even got a fun game of Jumanji in during an afternoon rain storm.

This is our second stay. Love this location. Beach is steps away and private. Used the community pool this time which was nice. The house has everything we needed - well appointed kitchen, laundry, many bedrooms. Enjoyed coffee on deck in the morning and wine in the evening. And Topsail Steamer is best place for home cooked seafood!

We found the house to be just as advertised. Great location, well-stocked, clean, and quick communication with the host. We were traveling with two small children, and really appreciated the kids books and toys in the bunk room.
Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Wow! What a beautiful rental! We had such a great trip to Topsail, largely because of this gorgeous rental home. The home is right on the beach, just a short 1 minute walk down the path and your toes are in the sand! The beach is not crowded at all. You have plenty of space to spread out. The house itself is decorated so nicely and so well stocked! I've never seen such a well stocked kitchen in a rental. They truly have thought of everything. We traveled with children and the house had everything we needed for them too (pack-n-play, high chair, TOYS!, children's books!, etc.). The kids bunk room was great for our crew. The beds in all the rooms are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. The house is also very clean. The view from the deck is stunning. It was so nice sitting out there in the evenings and enjoying a cocktail and watching the dolphins in the distance. The pool is also an awesome feature of the community! So great for kids! The renters were easy to communicate with and super responsive. We loved Topsail Island, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. all within a very short distance of the house. All in all, we were so happy with this wonderful house in Topsail. Can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great location where we were able to spot our kids on the beach and watch the waves from both the lower deck and upper.
Most importantly, Kate was extraordinarily communicative - very quick to respond to questions and quick to fix any of the issues we had.
The house itself was a good fit for our extended family of 2 grandparents, 4 other adults and 4 kids from 10-16 years old.
The house was also well-equipped with useful items, including items for the beach and in the kitchen.
We would recommend this house for other families (and for family dogs!)

Great location - easy walk to beach, quiet street, quick drive to Surf City. The kitchen was probably the best equipped of any rental we’ve ever stayed in - lots of cookware, utensils, storage containers, gadgets, etc. The house was just as pictured and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach was very short, and you can see the entire porch of the house from the beach. This area only has 2 rows of houses so we had our own little spot on the beach and easy to keep an eye on kids. The outside shower has hot water! The house is very nice and clean, with extra little touches like sound machines in every bedroom, and they provide beach towels! The kitchen was well stocked with pans, electric frying pan, blender, and gadgets (even a zester). But the best thing to recommend were the owners and staff. We had a little trouble with the door code with was fixed within minutes. On checkout we were 2 hours down the road when we realized my sister-in-law forgot her laptop bag. The cleaner went out of her way to get the laptop bag back to a friend in town so she could get it back! We will stay here again if possible!

Great home, nicely decorated and comes fully stocked for all your needs. The house has the perfect layout when multiple families are staying together. My only complaint is the house could use 1 more bathroom for a 5 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms doesn’t seem to be enough but we made it work, Thanks to the owners for sharing your home with us!

We had pretty lousy weather for our long, holiday weekend, but the house and location made up for it and allowed us to have a fantastic time with our family and friends! Great space, plenty of beds, and well-equipped - they even had sofa blankets for our dogs! We will certainly be back!

My family and I had a wonderful trip (with our toddler and dog!) and have so many great things to say about this home. The highlights are that the house had lots of room, everything you could need- from the kitchen to toys, and easy access to the beach. The pool and ample parking is an added bonus. When coordinating a family trip with people traveling from several different places, staying here gave us less to worry about and more time just to enjoy being together.

Beautiful well appointed home in a quiet community with direct beach access. Our family of 8 loved this home! Lovely furnishings, comfy beds, and a kitchen with every supply imaginable for cooking! Literally less than 200 feet from gorgeous beach & ocean. Thank you Kate for responding so promptly with home information & any questions I had. Our first trip to Topsail & this home won't be our last.

Good place
Great location for the beach. Easy to get to places. The iga in town has just about all you need. If not there are close larger stores. Had a great ocean view (altho no un obstructed but thats okay) just wish there was more comfy outdoor furnishings. A shaded spot to read outside would have been amazing

Quiet Beach and Close to Surf City
We really enjoyed our stay with family including 2 dogs. The neighborhood is small and private and just steps to the beach - which was all ours. The kitchen was well appointed - had all the cookware, etc. that we needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are not far. We'd recommend the take home Topsail Steamer for dinner. That was fun. Overall, we had a great time and would book again.

Nice Beach House for a Big Group
Well stocked kitchen, the kids loved the toys and the beach is beautiful. Kate gives lots of instructions on how things work and that is super helpful.

Needs some additional amenities
Nice, easy beach location and house was clean and tidy in general but just needs a little extra care toward making it user friendly with more basic items. Owner did warn to bring your own essentials (TP, soaps & shampoos) and you really need to! House was lacking in additional basics we are used to for a beach rental. No beach chairs or beach toys. No plastic, paper, plastic wrap, paper towels, toiletry supplies, dish detergent, soaps, only 2 garbage bags etc.. Oven wasn’t working entire stay so we did take out. Fitted sheet in master was torn.. Publix within 5 miles was our go-to for supplies but we’ve never had to go out after arrival and purchase so many basics to make a rental work.
Owner was immediately responsive to a lock glitch upon arrival. This was our first visit to Topsail and I do think the house itself and location were nice for this particular area of the NC coast. Our family had a good time here.

The home was lovely and the location is great - right on the ocean and in the centrally located to the bridge and restaruants and shopping. The owner is very responsive.

Week at Village of Stump Sound
The house was very nice with lots of toys for the children and a well stocked kitchen and galley. There was a glitch with the cleaning service and they arrived late and did not do a thorough job, though the owners had no control over that and did refund the cleaning fee.
Unfortunately, there is on-going construction, and a brand new house is being built between this house and the ocean. Hence (in my opinion) it is not ocean front but second row from the beach with a very narrow window of view especially from the bedrooms downstairs.
The owners seem very pleasant but are unwilling to change the listing as it seems that other owners of these "piano key" lots are not changing the category of their listings. This is most unfortunate. If you are paying premium rates it really should be beachfront with no compromise to the view.

Beautiful beach house!
We had a wonderful week - great house and spot on the beach! There were 8 of us including kids between 10 and 14, and was very comfortable with the size of our party with plenty of room. Beach is pretty much off the door step and exactly what we were looking for to be able to go on and off the beach throughout the day. Highly recommend for a more quiet stay with family and friends.

Great spot for multi-family vacation.
Two families with five kids total had room to spare. A nice place, just off the beach in a quiet little community with direct beach access, a shared pool and close to stores and restaurants. The host was friendly in communication and very responsive. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend.

You won't be sorry
Very beautiful well maintained home just across the dunes from the beach. The beach was very private and we loved it ....very easy to keep track of the kids. There is a new home being built behind this house but you still have a nice view of the ocean. I can't think of a single thing to complain about. Our family had a blast!

Our family's week at the beach.
The home was very nice and clean. Access to the beach was quite close. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. There are plenty of beach towels so that was one thing you didn't have to pack. The beach is great, not crowded and is wide. The beach chairs are so handy, again, one less thing to have to pack. It was probably a once in a lifetime vacation for 4 generations of our family to get together at the the ocean. We celebrated my little great granddaughter's 1st birthday while we were there. We were able to come together from Wyoming, California and Ohio. I thank God we had the opportunity as a family to enjoy each others company.
