We really enjoyed our stay at Dreamcatcher. The condo had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool, the view of the canal as well as the short walk to the beach.
We truly enjoyed our time in Mexico Beach and hope that the community continues to grow and rebuild. This definitely will not be our last time staying with you all. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful getaway.

This is my 3rd year staying in this particular condo at waterside. Everything is great, fully furnished with anything and everything you would need for your vacation. The communication with April is amazing! Easy walk to the beach, food trucks and the great new brewery!! And a plus having the bikes for the kids! We always love our time at MB. Will definitely be back again next year!!!

Popped down last minute because my son was proposing to his girlfriend. Condo is modern, clean, and in a perfect location BUT THE EXTRAS!!! We loved the beach chair/umbrella set up that comes with the rental- no lugging stuff up and down to the beach. Never used the bikes that are available, but that is a sweet little bonus. The rental was stocked with basic items you'll need and then some- little things like not having to buy trash bags, washing detergent, etc. was icing on the cake. Even the bathrooms were stocked with dry shampoo, soaps, and other incidentals you may have left at home. The canal view was nice to drink coffee to in the mornings- walking distance to the ACE hardware and Mango Marley's- plus a new brewery up the street. Communication was excellent- check in/check out was super smooth. We had a great trip... and she said YES!!

We loved staying at Waterside Village in Mexico Beach. It was our first visit to the area and offered a less crowded beach opportunity. I kayaked in the canals and ocean front; rode bikes, flew kites, and of course enjoyed the beach. We ended up driving down to Port St. Joe for some additional restaurant and shopping choices. A wonderful spot!

My husband and I travel quite a bit…. This trip and condo was simply amazing! The owners have the place stocked with every little thing you can imagine other than your toothbrush and clothes. The pool on the property was so clean and enjoyable in the evenings. Walk across the street (with the beach wagon they provide) and enjoy the beach and fishing. We went a half block over to mango marleys each night and enjoyed food and live music! We WILL be back to stay and I look forward to seeing the other properties you own as well!

We enjoyed our time at Dream Catcher. Waterside Village was a quiet complex with a wonderful pool. While we didn’t take advantage of the beach often during our short stay (due to hot temps), the proximity was nice. Having the ability to bring our pup along was wonderful! April was very responsive to any questions we had - check in/out were super smooth. A trip to Mexico Beach was just what we needed!

The first night was for just my Husband and I. We spent a wonderful night and the next day just being together. We have been married for 37 years, 38 this September. We are blessed with 4 children and 4 grandkids. He being a mechanic for the City of Bainbridge and I am a nurse in the hospital in Miller county we both work very long hours. So alone time for us doesn’t happen very often. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your beautiful home. Our second night we were joined by our baby daughter and her fiancé. Just recently engaged. We enjoyed some beach time and pool time with them. They also were very impressed with your home. Your home is so inviting and cozy. It made our trip a trip to remember ❤️

Very nice condo that had everything we needed and more - makes packing so easy! The beds are super comfy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked - spices and even a few K-cups. The pool is also very nice. Thanks for making it so relaxing!

Very nice condo, great location, nice pool, close to the beach and a marina. When docks and boardwalk are updated, it will be our go to place. As we age, an elevator is a must!

We really enjoyed our vacation here. Was really surprised by how well equipped this home was and definitely saved us a trip to the store on several occasions.

Just got back from MB and this was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Location is great with huge pool and hot tub. Short walk to beautiful beach. And this condo had absolutely every amenity that was needed!! April was fantastic to work with and I will be booking this condo again!!

My Happy Place!
Dream Catcher is more than I expected - truly a happy place! My husband and I celebrated our 31st Anniversary here and I could not have been happier! The condo is decorated beautifully and has all the comforts of home! I loved sipping coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the picturesque canal. They even provide comfy Vacation Mexico Beach waffle robes! The kitchen was fully stocked and the dishes are pretty (I enjoy cooking)! Another plus was the close location of the dog beach to Dream Catcher - such an amazing beach to gather shells and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets! April was a wonderful host - we love Mexico Beach and hope to return soon!

Great Beach Get Away
We have been to Waterside several times. I enjoyed this condo because it had everything you need + more. The owner was quick to reply when we had a question. The condo was decorated well and seemed very up to date with everything. The only downfall and it by no means related to the condo or the stay in general. Mexico Beach for so long has been a dog friendly beach, we found out pets are no longer aloud on the beach.

Walking distance to general store, seafood market, coffee, restaurant..etc. The condo had all the special touches that made us feel right at home. Beautiful view overlooking canal and this place is well stocked. Very clean and organized! It is literally across the street and less than a block away from the beach. Mango Marleys is within walking distance and has really good food and drinks. Can also pick up fresh steamed shrimp a block away. We enjoyed several trips to Port St Joe for shopping and more restaurant selection. All in all it was a fabulous vacation. We will be returning.

Perfect little vacation spot filled with all kinds of goodness.
I was hoping for a hidden gem and that’s exactly what it was. Like the other reviews, they have literally thought of everything. The place is perfect. The location doesn’t really get much better, just a few steps from the beach. The views and sunsets are incredible. The owners are super friendly and very responsive. We didn’t need anything while we were there. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for being so easy to work with!! A pet friendly clean place is hard to come by anywhere you go but this is by far one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed.

Amazing week
The Dream Catcher unit was the epitome of luxury. You could tell that everything had been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. The unit even had things like DVDs and an assortment of beach/pool stuff. They had a boatload of towels and extra blankets, as well. We'll definitely be staying here again.

All The Comforts of Home but Better !
One of the nicest condo’s my family has ever stayed in. Beautiful Mexico Beach and nearby Port St. Joe make this spot a hidden gem. Fantastic pool for the kids and all the amenities you have at home & more. Comfortable beds & pillows and a wonderful balcony view. Simply put I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I was visiting Mexico Beach or Port St.Joe.

Perfect getaway destination
We were very pleased with this condo. We had all the comforts of home. Everything was as described and our stay could not have been better. There is easy access to great food at Mango Marley’s which is just a few steps down the street. The beach is in sight of the development and the canal is out your back door. Parking lot and elevator were very convenient. This condo was lacking nothing and we hope to return to it soon.

Lovely condo, beautifully decorated, very clean, cold a/c, everything you need for a kitchen besides food, great view of the canal, large clean pool, washer & dryer lots of beach toys and beach towels. Firm beds (queen & full), super soft pillows! Lots of extra bath towels, blankets, sheets, etc… We really enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to next summer.

Home Away From Home
Dream Catcher at Waterside Village was truly a home away from home. This condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, minus food. All of the furnishings are tastefully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome, as were the walkways around the canal. We loved the view of the canal from the balcony. April stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was going good with our stay. She's an awesome owner to rent from! I definitely hope to stay at this property again in the future and maybe even check out some of April's other properties for rent too!

Beach Oasis
I loved this property. The furnishings were tasteful and bright. Lots of seating in the main area. Enjoyed the canal view while sipping coffee. The beach was a very short walk across the street and the pool was very nice with umbrellas for shade if needed.

Very nice apartment close to the beach
Very well-stocked and quiet unit close to the beach. We had everything we needed, from fluffy white towels to beach toys. It's clear that the hosts care about making you feel right at home. We appreciated the little touches, like extra pods of coffee, dishwasher soap, grilling tools, games and small toiletries. The unit was very clean. The pool is open. You do need to cross highway 98 to go to the beach, and it can be very busy. We easily walked to Caribbean Coffee and biked to Killer Seafood.
