Even though the room I requested was not available the front desk receptionist was immediately able to find another room that was very comparable to my previous room. Check in was quick and easy.

The heat was off in the room when I got there and even though I turned it on there was a lot of cold air coming from under the heating unit and a gap in the door where the cold air was coming through. It took a long time to warm the room up. There was no liner for my ice bucket so I had to go back to the office to get one.

Room was perfect for me. I was able to park my car directly in front of my room door. Made it easy for me. They provide refrigerator, microwave and a very large TV and coffee maker with coffee. A nice desk. Bed was comfortable and a nice shower. Staff from front desk to housekeeping could were friendly and asked if I needed anything at all to make my stay enjoyable.

The ladies at the desk were wonderful and the shuttle service was awesome.

Teena was excellent. let us check in early and told us they offered free shuttle service.

The room was clean. There was an issue with our reservation, but the super nice lady at the front desk fixed it in a jiffy with no problem. She was wonderful! Very reasonable rates.

In front of some of the rooms, where the parking lot meets the grass, it's almost a straight drop down. For future safety, they should put up railings or something. Also, on that same row, the stairs leading down to the rooms should have at least 1 hand rail for the sake of handicapped people and children.. or the generally clumsy

My wife and I visited this location on New Years Eve and the location was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.. We were surrounded by plenty of eatery and the casino is across the street.

The fact that they charged my Credit card twice and the alleged manager on duty never mentioned the charge upon my arrival. She also stated that " I don't tell guests about the extra charge unless they ask." After speaking with my bank and giving the phone to the manager, the bank rep was also confused about their policy. Thank you to my bank rep the issue was resolved. So, apparently they will have you pay twice without telling you upon check in because the manager stated that "All guests must pay an authorization fee which is half of the original price" lies. You will be charged the Full price of the room + authorization fee will be taken and Refunded back to your account 3-5 business days. In addition, when I went to take a shower and unfolded one of the towels that was on the tub and when I opened it there was a stain on it that looks like somebody wiped their a** with it.
