Parking spaces didn't leave much room to back up but plenty of spaces.

It was just average. But that’s what I expected

Room needed cleaned. I almost went and asked for a broom. Floor had not been cleaned

Accommodations were as requested no steps to access room. Also was able to check in a few hours before normal. This helped me to get to rest after my surgery.

Dirty, run down, and loud. Bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night being loud and using profanity. Not a place I would take family.

Room was great clean and nice everything was as we expected it would be, This is our third stay at this motel and will be where we stay every time we come up.

Staff was amazing -friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 Didn’t use the shuttle, but it was offered to get downtown. Would recommend staying here.

Better on the inside than the outside

Staff was great. The shuttle driver was efficient and provided great customer service. The room was clean but the furniture was a bit shabby and in need of replacement.

Arrived a few hrs before check-in after cataract surgery and just wanted to rest. I explained to the front desk my request for early check-in. Lucky, they were able to accommodate my request. Now that is service.

cant say it was good the room they gave us was not cleaned at all but they said it was they did gave us a room later after a while so i guessed it worked out but not impressed at all for the stay

The place was okay for short stay. The walls and floors are not exactly sound proof, as we were awakened a few times in the night by the upper floor occupant walking around in their room above ours.

The room was pretty clean, a few cobwebs, nice staff, very accomodating, needs some renovations.

Unfortunately this is a hotel that is not recommendable. The rooms were clean for the most part. We had to supply our own towels because they didn’t have enough for all of the rooms. The staff was friendly. This hotel needs some help from upper management and money needs to be spent to make sure it doesn’t give Days Inn a bad reputation in North Eastern WV.

This is an old fashioned motel with all room entries off an outdoor sidewalk or balcony. These outdoor areas seemed to be heavily used by smokers many of whom seem to reside at the property. How this ever got to be rated over 8.0 should be investigated by Expedia. I had expected so mush more based on its over 8.0 rating and its connection to Wyndam. I guess I way over estimated the standards for Wyndam properties as I have never stayed at such a poor quality property that was associated with them. Lesson learned. How the property got as many 10 ratings as it has should also be looked at. If this room was half the price it was, this would not be so bad but it was priced like a high quality chain hotel, which it was neither - a hotel or high quality/clean hotel. A dirty old fashioned motel that people stood smoking on the second balcony smoking while having loud conversations with others on the ground floor, seemingly at all hours of the night. Yikes.

Room is really clean. Was nervous when drove up property bc it seems outdated.

What an excellent hotel/motel. The room was extremely clean. Great shower, frig, microwave all very new. Comfortable bed. Full breakfast was great. I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location to explore the Charles Town area. Close to the Casino, restaurants and the historical areas of Charles Town.

Clock radio did not work, so we asked for a replacement and the radio still did not work, clock was fine on the second one. Breakfast could offer more of a variety, as it was the exact same for the 5 days we were there. No bananas, eggs & sausage had no flavor. This hotel appears to be used primarily for construction workers and the guest above us had "lead" feet.

Property was rated 8.2 on Expedia so I figured it would be a good choice for the night…boy was I wrong!! Property is extremely run down and in dire need of repairs. Upon entering my room I was greeted by the horrific odor of cigarette smoke (even though room was suppose to be nonsmoking. Figured I could get past the smell for just 1 night…got into the room and turned the heat on (air was on full blast and it’s already cold outside) and after falling asleep for about 3 hours woke up to my room being cold still and the unit still blowing cool air. Cleanliness and normal maintenance was no better. Multiple patches in the carpet, peeling paint on the ceiling, hard lumpy mattress and pillows. Just an all around bad experience when all I wanted was a night of sleep before returning home. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone!

Property is old. It sounded like the ceiling in the room was going to crash down on us from people walking around. If you wanted room cleaning you had to take a request from to the main office at the other end of the property. You get what you pay for.
