We came to be married in Lover's Cove in Corona Del Mar. Had a blast and 2nd time staying here. Totally cozy and great location.
Would be 5 of 5 stars but the mattress was soft and should be replaced.
Otherwise great on all counts.

Loved this location! We were so close to the beach and could walk to so many restaurants and shops. But a couple of things to keep in mind-
There is construction right across the alley and it woke us up bright and early Friday morning with a lot of banging. Not a great start to vacation! Also, the parking is very tight. There are 3 spaces super close together and it’s extremely hard to get in and out of load your car. One of the spaces is right in front of the gate and made it almost impossible for us to get out and around the car to our car. With that being said, I was thankful for a dedicated space that saved me from street parking! All in all, it was a really great vacation with very few complaints 😃👍👍

The pictures overstated the conditions of the
Apartment. The furniture was very dated, the lighting was very poor, there was no instructions on how to run the entertainment (television etc.) in either room, all the toiletries were cheap, even the bedding was cheap and dated. Trying to find an xtra blanket was impossible. The room placement instructions were misleading, we thought we were upstairs and we were downstairs. One nice thing, the beach was beautiful.

My son and I rented this place and it was adorable! You can park your vehicle and walk right downtown Newport or walk right to the beach. The kitchen was outfitted with all the appliances and dishes that we needed. Beach towels were supplied. I would definitely rent here again. Beachview was amazing and super responsive if we had any questions.

Great little spot as a base of operation. Beach and boardwalk were super close. House was nice and clean. Parking is definitely tight and there was construction on both sides so noisy on weekdays. Hopefully that all ends soon :) We felt it was a great value for the area.

We stayed in all three units with friends and family. Our house was the one bedroom, one bath and it was super cute and perfect for our family. Check in was beyond easy and location was perfect! I appreciated all the information that was provided to guide us around the area.
I would not only stay again, but recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay for our son's wedding. Property was a little run down but very clean. Bathroom small, kitchen nice, living area dated. Excellent location to beach. Beachfront Realty easy to work with.

We have stayed at other Vrbo properties that have more amenities than this apartment. Other properties have included coffee, tea, some basic food supplies. There was a limit on toilet paper and the "soap" was watered down and no shampoo or conditioner was supplied. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told there would be a $25 charge for delivery. The upstairs neighbours were very noisy especially in the early morning. And there was construction next door that started at 7:00 a.m.

Everything was exceptional. Bath tub too slippery and needs new expoxy coating with sand for stability. Otherwise I would definitely recommend and stay at this rental again. Close to Pier and restaurants 👍😎

I guess you get what you pay for. Small, dark, and it's located on the back of a house ground level. The parking spot was in the middle, with two poles on each side. Super, crazy hard to park. We heard every footstep above us. Dumpity dump.

I was pleased with my experience here. The rental was very clean, quiet, comfortable and perfect for a couple. The week was unusually hot so the air conditioning was oh so nice to have. The ad mentioned the parking as being tight and it is. The walk to the beach is short. I did call the agency and they were very helpful and accommodating with my check in and questions. I would definitely consider staying here again. The only draw back was that the week went by to quickly!

Girlfriend Birthday Trip
Couldnt have been located better or more quaint. Great decor and very new. Being a beach girl she loved it and enjoyed everything about it. I'll have to have her write the review next time. LOL
Had the best time and the house was definitely one of the reasons. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great location and place!
This unit was perfect for our anniversary trip. A two minute walk out to the beach. The bike rental and grocery delivery was easy. Kitchen has what you need to be able to cook there and a gas grill right outside the door. Located right in between the pier area and the harbor lighthouse. If we return to this area, we will definitely rebook.

Relaxing!
This property was perfect! I came to Newport to work on a paper and I was relaxed and got so much done. The apartment is is right behind the houses that were right on the beach. I had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

The property was great nice and clean and loved the distance from the ocean. Only thing is the upstairs unit had children and it can get a little noisy at times when wanting to relax.

Cute place and great location
It is just like it looks. It had everything I needed and it was clean. The location was great, just a short block to the beach and a 5 minute walk to an area with great food and beachy shops. Just a short drive to the grocery store and other good restaurants.

nice but a few issues...
It was an OK place to stay with an amazing location right near the beach. Somewhat clean, but when you leave they want you to wash and put your own dishes away. This is great, however several dishes we pulled out were dirty - maybe they need to clean or run their own dishes through the washer. There were, literally, 3 pieces of plates, bowls and zero cooking ware. Our power went out and when I called the office, I was asked if I wanted to check the breaker box and look into it. I told her I was not comfortable with this, I think with the amount I paid, they should take care of this. I know the previous reviews mentioned the upstairs noise, but it is crazy... we heard conversations, the TV and lots of banging, moving furniture and such. I think something could be done about this, we heard conversations and could hear the TV shows they were watching. While we were there, a family of five were above us and were somewhat chill and we still heard EVERYTHING. Great location but I think the place could use some upkeep.
