Địa điểm, cơ sở vật chất tuyệt vời. Di chuyển xe điện đi lại cũng tốt. Cảnh quan và bãi biển tuyệt đẹp.

Ngày 28/4/2024 tôi check in. Tại bến tàu phải chờ mất 45'. Sau đó về khách sạn lại phải chờ check in số phòng tại sảnh mất 20-30'. Thực sự rất mất thời gian do phải chờ đợi check in cả 2 đầu. Tại sao trong quá trình chúng tôi di chuyển từ bến tàu lễ tân không check in phòng luôn. Ngày 29/4/2024 9h tôi xuống ăn sáng. Phải xếp hàng chờ gần 1h. Đến lúc vào bên trong thì do nhiều người nên nhốn nháo. Bàn ghế phải tự dọn. Ngày 30/4/2024 tình trạng xếp hàng không còn nhưng vẫn rất nhộn nhạo. Thật sự tôi không hài lòng. Có thể mấy ngày đó lượng khách đông nhưng khách sạn đã tiếp nhận thì bộ phận chuyên môn phải tính toán nhà hàng có quá tải hay không chứ không phải cứ nhận hết rồi đến lúc khách hàng chờ thì lại lấy lý do đông và quá tải với 1 khách sạn, resort 5*

Большая территория, по которой возят на электро карах, пляж с прозрачной водой и мягким белым песочком, на котором очень мало людей. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Заказывали еду на ужин и обед и тоже все очень понравилось. В стоимость проживания входит трансфер на остров (на лодке или канатной дороге)! Это нигде не написано, почему-то. Нас поселили в номер с видом на море, хотя мы бронировали обычный номер, было приятно. Самое главное - после шумного Нячанга - здесь тихо, поют птицы, растут манго и бананы, и других людей практически не замечаешь. Особенно хорошо жить в виллах (у нас друзья там остановились). В выходные гостей сильно больше, чем в будни. Есть теннисный корт (платный, цена средняя по городу), есть сауна, она входит в цену.

В номере было чисто, но был неприятных запах сырости или плесени (room 710)

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, очень разнообразные завтраки, очень чисто и огромная территория. Иногда создавалось впечатление, что мы отдыхаем в этом отеле одни. Это просто рай для интроверта!

Некоторые сотрудники почти совсем не говорят по-английски. Это создавало определенные трудности. Море приносит достаточно много пластикового мусора. И хотя персонал старается содержать пляж в идеальной чистоте это не всегда получается.

The place was exceptional for tranquil stay at the beach during our stay in the end of January. Responsive and friendly staffs. We stayed in 3 bedroom condo with ocean view which was very accommodating for 5 adults and meet our expectation. We enjoyed our time at the main pool of the resort. Breakfast and dinner were good for a week of stay. Aromatherapy massage was good.

It might sound strange for people going to stay in the island but there was a bit of choice in the buffet menu for a person who does not eat seafood and fish. Not sure if its only during winter time but the fruits offered in the hotel were tasteless; like orange, dragon fruit, melon and even mangoes. Exception of passion fruits and watermelons.

프라이빗한 바닷가가 있다는 것

다시는 안가고 싶은 숙소입니다. 예약 날짜 변경하고, 혹시몰라서 로밍가입하고 전회해서 확인, 변경 안내 메세지까지 받았습니다. 그런데 체크인할때 갑자기 예약이 당일 취소되어있다는 얘기를 들었습니다. 너무 황단해서 메세지 내용도 다 보여줬는데,해결 방법은 안알려주고 자꾸 직원이 미스커뮤니케이션 했다는 얘기만 반복하며 다른 숙박 시설을 알아보거나 해야한다는 입장으로 말하더라구요? 오후 5시에 해외에서 당일에 부모님과 같이 묵을 숙소를 어떻게 금방 찾나요.. 나중에 보니 부킹닷컴 측의 오류로 한방에 두명이 예약된 것 같다며 일단 섬으로 이동해서 자시 체크인을 하라고 했습니다. 입실 시간은 두시간이나 지였되었고, 스피드보트로 이동하는 동안에 프론트에 전달을 안해놨는지 한번더 설명해야했습니다. 5성급 풀빌라로 예약했는데 어처구니 없는 오류, 직원의 대처 방식(모르겠다 반복..)으로 너무 스트레스 받았지만, 여행에서 화만나면 아까우니 참으려고 했습니다. 그런데 더 큰 문제는 방 퀄리티였습니다. 안좋은 륨을 골라준게 아닌가 싶을 정도로 냄새가 났습니다. 습기 곰팡이냄새가 너무 심해서 하루 종릴 환풍기를 켜놨고, 그럼에도 불구하고 어머니께서 잠을 아예 못주무셨고, 결국에는 거실에 누워계셨습니다.또한 화장실이 2개였는데 그중 하나는 흙탕물이 나오고, 다른 하나는 뜨거운 물이 안나왔습니다. 이에 대해서 다음 날 오전 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했고, 바뀐 방으로 이동했습니다. 사실 이 이동뒤에도 1. 3인으로 예약했으나 식기가 2인만 있음(첫날 방에도 그랬음) 2. 샤워실 3개중 2곳에서 바디 워시 없음 3. 샤워부스 안에 이전 사람이 썼을 데일밴드.. 가 치워지지 않고 있음 그리고 얼굴 사진을 촬영했는데도 이틀 내내 조식 먹을 때 얼굴 확인 안되어서 민망하게 앞에 서있었고, 심지어 방바꿀때 짐도 저희가 직접 가져와했고, 이처럼 사소 한 것 하나하나 문제가 많았지만 그냥 넘겼습니다. 게속 열받아 있는게 손해니까요.. 제가 이에 대해 부킹닷컴의 오류냐, 업체의 오류냐에 대해 확인했을 때, 호텔은 부킹닷컴, 부킹닷컴은 호텔 전산 오류라고 하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그러면서 부킹닷컴에는 첫날 예약 문제가 발생했을 때 레이크 체크아웃과 더 좋은 룸으로 변경했다고 뻥을 쳤더라구요. 받은게 아무것도 없음에도..^^ 기분 나빠서 후기도 안남기려고 하다가 조치를 취했다고 부킹닷컴에 말하는게 너무 어이가 없어서 후기 남깁니다. 다른 분들은 좋은 경험 하실 수도 있을 것 같지만.. 저는 정말 최악의 경험을 했고, 아예 메리어트 계열의 리조트, 호텔 등에는 재방문을 안할 예정입니다. 수고하십시오.

Spokój i cisza na plaży. Wyśmienita, a nawet przesadna uprzejmość personelu. Widok z pokoju (ale niestety z dodatkową opłatą. Organizacja funkcjonowania hotelu. Wyżywienie doskonałe.

Niestety człowiek czuje się jak w złotej klatce. Do miasta trzeba przedostać się łodzią do portu dalej taksówka i dopiero można coś zrobić w mieście. Brak jakichkolwiek atrakcji za które nie trzeba zapłacić majątku. Jak na hotel 5* było sporo niedociągnięć: zepsuty w pokoju prysznic(deszczownica) zapchana kratka odpływowa pod prysznicem, zepsuta lodówka. Wprawdzie po zgłoszeniu do recepcji reakcja była bardzo szybka, ale to powinno wszystko być przygotowane przed udostępnieniem pokoju. Niestety bardzo oszczędnie jest wyposażony pokój w środki higieniczne. Mała ilośc papieru toaletowego, trzeba było się dwukrotnie przez 6 dni pobytu prosić o uzupełnienie żelu pod prysznic. Niestety dużo śmieci na plaży. Woda zimna i silny wiatr który nie pozwalał długo przebywać na plaży.

I stayed here during 2 nights. It was fantastic and much better than I expected. Everything was good, so I tried to get the spa services. Spa services were also much more special than spa services in the town. You can enjoy the beef and seafood BBQ at breakfast. I didn't swim again at the beach in the town after swimming at the beach in this beautiful island.

The island is far from the town. But the free round trip by boat was supplied by the resort. It was amazing.

Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lovely gardens. Gym is excellent well enough equipped for holiday guests Massage I can recommend also Transit from mainland/ return is well organised after the initial checkin.

When checking in i was unsure of the process of paying money/ deposit to you, so that there is no need to carry cash or card. I have not seen this before at a hotel. Most times and the same applies at the hotel you charge to the room then pay on checking with the hassle of a so called deposit? I did. It understand the need for this.

Great hotel - was being taken over by marriott from Vinpearl while we were staying there without any drop in service. Facilities are great, Food was excellent, breakfast and dinner buffet were as diverser as you could want - everyone would find something they love and something they have never tried before. Look and feel of the hotel are fully 5 star

If traveling to the mainland alot this can be a tad annoying due to having to travel on the speedboat and shuttle around island, circa 45 mintues to get back over before heading into nha trang proper - Not the hotels fault in the sightest - they have this scheduled to reduce the burden as much as possible which runs like clockwork

The place is stunning and not as crowded as other Vin resorts nearby, the staff is nice and welcoming. The room is spacious and very clean and had the perfect sea view from the 7th floor! Also the pool is gigantic and super clean!

Overall the food was average and the setup for the buffet is not well organized. Rooms are not soundproofed as we could hear pretty clearly people early morning from the pools and in the hall outside the room.

The southern vietnamese accent of the staff really made my day- they are cute!!!

I really must complain about the swimming pool condition which is littered with leaves- an evidence for lack of everyday hygiene. The outdoor chair is undoubtedly out of use due to ants' invasion. Above all, the time wasted into hailing the electric car was unbearable, so was the location- it took us more than 2 hours for the check-in. I sincerely look forward to your improvement in our next vacation.

You need to make sure about the pick up time ( if use pick up service ) when arrived to the airport ! Recommend use other service for easier about your time frame. Very easy to miss if your flight have issue !
