The photos don't do this place justice, walking in the door I was instantly blown away by how beautiful the property was

The room was clean and neat.

The internet connection was unstable, freezing from time to time.

Lovely appartement in quiet location.very clean and bright. Opportunities to walk in farmland areas. Good breakfast with juice bread etc. Also a great place for families due to smalle animals on farm such as duck and hens. We really recommend rhis place.

Maybe nearby small villages were a bit to "quiet" and less to see. But a minor problem

The room was essentially a self-contained room on the property which provided everything you could want. It was super clean, very modern in its design, and extremely spacious for two people. The bed was very comfortable, with a good amount of support. The bathroom was very large, clean, and sports a very large shower space. We saw a flock of sheep (and lamb!) on our drive in, a couple of farm dogs, and in the morning, were greeted by chickens, and a small group of ducks outside our door!

Rural location, as perfectly described. Views over paddocks with sheep and stock. spacious and very nicely finished, it seems almost brand new. Continental breakfast provided. Split system heating was efficient. TV reception is good. Thoughtfully furnished and good instructions.

The location was beautiful and the host provided clear instructions. Basic breakfast was provided which was a pleasant surprise. The studio was clean and beautiful.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Great location about 5-10 minutes drive from town of Port Campbell so perfect provided you are travelling with a car. Any reviews I read about mosquitoes are false with me not seeing one which is surprising given the amount of rain we had in January and warm/humid weather. Also read a review it’s difficult to find which again is not true as there’s a Langleys Rd sign and no surprise Langleys Accomm is down that road. Cows, sheep, ducks, chickens are a nice touch for a get awaw.

Might be worth throwing a cut up apple down the rear of the property as the possums jumped on the roof the first night. The apple worked the second night.

Excellent property, very clean and neat. Nice comfy bed and couch and the shower/bathroom is awesome. The owners were very nice and friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic place to stay and just wind down. Close to town and main attractions.

Beautiful bathroom wall, fairy wrens were a bonus with a cuppa.
