It was a perfect spot and we had so much fun being neighbors! The beach was great, it was whale watching season which was a bonus. The accommodations were clean with all the conveniences of home. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra cot and were given a nice queen size blow up bed to use. We had a problem with one of the washing machines and Patrick in the office fixed the problem right away. All in all, we highly recommend Kihei Sands and would love to come back sometime.

I even emailed the list of our family names weeks before arriving. When I arrived to check in I was not welcomed and asked why I brought 5 people to stay in a 4 person place. She was giving me an attitude. I showed her my contract and stated it was an online mistake and that my family should not be staying here. She said she will "allow" my family to stay with them as an exception. I did not feel comfortable and welcomed considering it was their mistake. Besides that awkwardness, thr place was amazing! Lanai offered a very nice view and was quite relaxing. An excellent beach was just steps away either for chilling out or going for lengthy walks. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was very soothing and put us right under. Unit was well equipped and had everything needed to get started.
