Sentez-vous les conforts de la maison tout en profitant de la vue sur la rivière et un mode de vie. Cette maison confortable et spacieuse offre un plan d'étage ouvert et un espace de vie extérieur que la plupart de nos voisins sont jaloux. Récemment rénové, cet établissement offre tout le nécessaire pour une escapade et beaucoup d'espace pour tous vos jouets. Les caractéristiques comprennent un quai de 100 pieds, un grand patio, en plein air donnant sur le canal, et une rampe de lancement juste en face de la rue.

This home is on the end and felt very private. Beautifully decorated, roomy & cozy. Views of the river from the kitchen and living/dining room area. TV’s in every bedroom. Although our parking passes were not at the home in the welcome binder, we didn’t need them because there was ample parking outside in the driveway area and although you have access to the garage there no garage remote so it was just easier for us to go through the front door so it was no big deal. Although we did not need to use, there was an extra refrigerator in the garage which is always nice if you need extra space. The large kitchen island made it easy to cook and function in the kitchen. The stove cooktop was intimidating at first however there were clear and concise3 step instructions in the drawer which made it easy to operate. The master bathroom where the toilet is doesn’t have a door and it was a bit awkward as you can’t close a door while using it however it had a curtain and wasn’t a deal breaker. Really close the community trash dump which made it easy to dump out trash. We had some issues day one however Sabrina was on it immediately and was very responsive since the booking. Issues were addressed and our family trip was smooth after that. Definitely one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. An absolute doll. Book this home as you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks again to Sabrina for making our trip awesome!

This house is gorgeous, has everything you need including a nice hang out patio area. all beds comfy. Location great on the corner so just one neighbor and extra parking. Had access to the garage which was helpful with 4 couples cars...also access to another fridge and washer dryer. host very helpful and friendly only thing to keep in mind is second bathroom is in the master we had all couples so 3 couples had to use one bathroom, we made it work would be less awkward for a family.

This house was perfect for our family get away! The house was so clean and spacious! Was even better in person! The huge dock space and patio was awesome to hang out on! Loved this vacation, we will for sure be back :)

For the river, this home has the best you can ask for with a large dock with a great patio and nice outdoor furniture. The inside of the house is wonderfully decorated and it was so clean that we walked around in white socks and the bottoms never got dirty. It has big windows with a great view of the channel. The beds were comfortable and rooms were good size too. It has a large TV that you can see while cooking, hanging out at the bar, sitting at the table and sitting in the living room. This is important because everyone was able to be together no matter what they were doing. We had a great time and will be back here for sure!

Modern Keys Gem
This property is awesome. Full garage access, ample parking, boat launch next door to house, 100ft dock!! The home is updated throughout, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could think of. There is even an additional fridge in the garage. Open floor concept, multiple seating areas inside and out. The AC is set to a certain temp but this house stayed so cool during the hot days. Fans in every room as well. All of the bedrooms had awesome blackout curtains which helped for a good nights rest and keeping the baby down for naps. We have stayed in the Keys for years and this house just checks all the boxes. Already locked in our next stay! Communication with property management and digital access was top notch.

We had the best time at this house, perfect for our family and friends. Amazing kitchen to entertain in, outside porch area perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the kids fish off the dock. The host was great, Sabrina was so helpful and text just to check in on us. We look forward to planning our next vacation to this house hopefully sooner then later.

Best way to experience the Colorado River
We have been vacationing at the river for many years. This was by far one of our best experiences. Bill and Sabrina are the hostess with the mostess. I have never seen such a detailed welcome binder. Sabrina does an amazing job with communication. They really have thought of everything and it's evident that they truly care. The house was beautiful, clean and nice & cool. We look forward to staying there again!

Great home and location!
My family and I had an amazing time at this property. We’ve stayed at other properties in Parker, AZ in the past and this was by far the most enjoyable. There were a lot of rules to be mindful of according to the HOA, but nothing that created any additional stress during our stay. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay.
We loved having a big kitchen to cook and prepare our meals, lounging on the (shaded) outdoor balcony during the afternoons, and having a 100ft of dock for our boat and jet ski for easy access to the river. Not to mention the location was amazing! If you needed to grab something from the store it’s about 2 minutes from Circle K, 8 minutes from Safeway or Walmart, and 4 minutes from a few watercraft places.
We would definitely recommend staying here with your friends or family and we hope to visit again next year!

Great House in the Canals
This was our second time staying in the canals and this house was by far better and more comfortable than the last. The patio is amazing and so spacious. And the inside is very nice with high end appliances and furniture. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great time and Great Location
The house is amazing, there are a few things that didnt work correctly such as ceiling fans in 3 of the rooms, and the AC couldnt keep up with the 118 days. Overall great place to stay

Perfect Place with everything you need!
We had SUCH a great time at this river house. The host was super responsive, very accommodating, and a pleasure to talk with. Definitely my favorite house in the Keys that we have stayed at. The inside, and decor is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were spacious and really nice. Patio has a great view, and plenty of room for our boats on the bottom level. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We definitely hope to come back. :)

Perfect Parker Pad!
This house is gorgeous and has been our best Parker stay yet. We had a group of 8 adults and the place worked out great. The kitchen is well equipped and has a huge island with chairs and stools and there is also a large dining table. The dock is also very long with plenty of space for two boats or a boat and jet skis. We can’t wait to go back again!

Great location!! High End Property with Dock Space
Very nice place to stay in Parker. Perfect location for river access , launch access and near gate for ice and gas (off water) . Follow the rules of the HOA and respect the neighborhood and you ll have a great time.

Great house in a great location
The house is exactly as pictured. Property manager and owner were very nice and great with communication. The neighbors were very nice too! That was a huge plus! Thank you for such a great experience. We will be back for sure.

WOWSA!
This house is AMAZING! Our girlfriend's getaway was incredible with this house. Lots of room to hang out inside and outside. Very well appointed and had a second refrigerator in the garage to store extra drinks/ice. Location was easy to access to and from the river and a great spot to people watch as they passed by in their boats. If you are trying to pick a house to rent in Moovalya Keys, pick this one! Can't wait to come back.

I can’t say enough about this place. LOCATION is beyond perfect. The house is just amazing!! We’ve stayed in numerous houses in the keys over the past 30 years and we feel at home in this one. Owners are amazing people with amazing taste. We absolutely love staying here.

If you want a gorgeous house on the water this is for you!!! Sabrina was a doll, Kim the property manager couldn’t be nicer, the house was very spacious we had 10 adults and had tons of room!! Kitchen stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever want!! Was the best birthday I’ve had at the river and I’ve had many:) I highly recommend this property for multiple reasons, give it a 10/10 for sure and all my friends agreed!!!
