The Pointe- Waterfront Peninsula House in Moovalya Keys
La maison est située dans une communauté fermée où les maisons sont sur les canaux qui sortent de la rivière Colorado. Il est idéalement situé sur le canal principal qui se connecte à la rivière. Il est à la croisée des canaux créant un grand corps de l'eau en face de la maison. Cela fait pour faciliter les manœuvres des bateaux. Un très grand patio et enveloppement énorme autour de quai font pour la vie extérieure plus agréable. Vitesse de 5 mph dans les canaux font pour nager en toute sécurité à la maison et d'amarrage sécuritaire pour les bateaux. Le 'quai 120 est privée et appartient à la maison. Il y a 60 'sur un côté et 40' sur l'autre de l'espace utilisable pour l'amarrage.

The house is located in a great spot, easy access to the river and plenty of space for boats and toys. You definitely don’t feel isolated ! Great time !

This was the cutest Margaritaville get-away in Parker! We loved the Margaritaville feel with bedrooms on the left, 4 different seating areas on the right, including a LARGE kitchen island for sitting, eating or preparing. Large storage spaces in the kitchen and bedrooms. The fridge/freezer was great/new(er) with water and ice dispenser! A/C works great! The location is the best; 2 canals in from the River and you can see the river and communicate with others passing by since it's on the end of a key with LOTS of dock; beautiful, spacious patio, and views in all directions. The owner Kathy is an amazing communicator, and neighbors are wonderful! It was a perfect vacation for our family with young adult children with friends!

This was a great choice for our family getaway. The home was very clean. Our favorite parts were the patio/deck and the large kitchen island. Great for our large group - there were 10 of us. This home was very comfortable. Plan to come back for sure!

The house was dark and outdated. I have never been required to provide the name, ages of my guests. I also, have never had to provide the license plates of the guest cars either. There was a lot of pre-work that went into this rental. Way more than usual.

Great patio area! House is very dated, too many artificial plants covered in dust and cobwebs. We were a family of 10 dishwasher is 1/2 the normal size, never seen one so small. It's a great house but really could use some updates. Perfect location for a river house. Little pricey for a 1970's house, the cleaning fee was steep, not sure that they are getting the job done for what you pay in cleaning fees.

River family Trip
Great location and property, fantastic communication with owner, addressed any issues and questions and made check-in easy. Everybody in our party of 7 enjoyed themselves and the rental. Everything that you need on your stay is there, including extra bedding. Only critiques would be that some of the ammenities are due for an upgrade (televisions, bedding and linen) and that it needs a deep cleaning. There is thick dust on the fans and some of the furniture, the extra bedding that we used was very dusty, and we had to wash pretty much all the dishes prior to use. For the amount that VRBO charges for a cleaning fee, those issues should be taken care of. Overall, it is a great place and we would stay again.

Basic property. Nothing Fancy and not a dump. Spent most of our time outside. Beds are extra soft. Over all a nicely maintained property in an extremely beautiful location. Easy access to the river and plenty of dock space for boat/ toy parking and lily pads for floating. I would recommend staying there.

The Point House in the Keys
The Point House was in a great location in the keys. The dock had room for 2 boats and a wave runner. The patio was fantastic! Lots of beds for a large group. Katherine was a great host!

Best location on the lake!
This house was a great spot for our boating vacation on the river! We loved being able to dock our boat for easy access throughout the day. The patio lights are so cute at night to sit under and watch all the boats come by. The host Kathy was very good at getting back to me quickly about my questions. We will definitely come back and stay!!

Amazing outdoor entertainment area
We had the best time at this property. We barely spent any time inside with the large outdoor living areas. You almost have sun all day on the deck and the keys are so fun to paddle board. Will definitely be back in the future to this home!!

Spring break
The outdoor space was perfect for our group. There was plenty of seating and many options for shade or sun. The kitchen was fully stocked which made all of our meals easy to cook. The only negative about our stay was no access to laundry. We stayed a week and not having that convenience was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
