Les régates à Vanderbilt Beach est une communauté fermée deux pâtés de maisons de la plage. Il est très l'enfant et à la famille. Notre condo a toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris la cuisine du chef, des jouets pour la plage et la piscine, une buanderie dans l'unité et tous les draps (y compris les serviettes de plage). Des tonnes d'excellentes nouvelles mises à jour! Smart TV dans chaque chambre.

This was the perfect property for our month long stay in Naples. The condo was well equipped, clean, and spacious…and the proximity to the best Naples has to offer was a huge bonus.
We had no issues -and communication for check in and check out was easy and seamless. This is a property we’d love to return to!

First, Anne the property owner is a great communicator. She kept me in the know on surrounding property construction , without over -communicating. The property is exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool and about an 8 minute walk to the beach.

We loved the location of this condo. It was an easy walk to the beach, great area for a morning walk, close to many great restaurants. Check in and out was easy, condo was a good size for 4 of us plus a toddler. Beds were comfortable and there’s a nice outdoor sitting area.

Loved the location and unit. Struggled to understand how to operate tvs with the different remotes but we eventually figured it out and tv was not our main focus. Pool was great. Walking distance to beach. Very spacious unit and roomy screened in porch.

Both our condo and the Regatta were excellent. We have been enjoying the Regatta for now five years and have had nothing but a 5-Star experience. Our unit was well equipped w/ everything needed, the view was great, and the communication w/ the owner (Anne) over the booking and checking in process was easy. Now the Turtle Club just has to open back up and all will be right with the world!

I recommend staying in this spacious condo. Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lanai overlooks main pool which is resort quality with plenty of pool chairs - a nice surprise. (A second pool is available but we didn’t use). Short walk to public beach. We used our own beach chairs. Having cable and Netflix was an added plus. Condo location is close enough to 5th and 3rd Avenues. Very close to Mercato, Publix, Trader Joe’s, and Fresh Market. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was very clean and the apartment has everything we needed for a week of relaxation. We love the Regatta for the great pool, easy walk to the beach and comfortable units. We could even watch the sunset from the screened porch. Property owner was also very responsive.

Perfect location. Great warm pool, grandkids LOVED it. Short walk to a very nice beach. Lots of beach equipment provided with unit. Unit roomy, clean, quiet and well equipped, nice layout for 3 generation family group of 5. Sunset view of gulf in Feb. from our lanai.
AC, appliances -all in good shape. Plenty of linens, lots of closet space.
Complex is well landscaped, clean and lots of maintenance staff busy fixing the last of the cosmetic damage from hurricane Ian. Gated community, so good privacy.
Owner Anne was very responsive when on-site facility manager flubbed our security codes for check-in.

Amazing location
Very close to the beach. The pool is sheltered from wind so feels warmer in the cooler winter weather. Anne is a great host. Any questions were answered very quickly.

Great 3 bedroom/2 bath condo walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Has everything you need. Great pool. Nice Gulf view from the spacious balcony. Loved every minute of our stay. Excellent host!

The property and resort is beautiful. Great location with a short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt beach. Everything was clean however dated. I’d recommend bringing your own linens because everything needs updated (decor/appliances/linens).

Our group of 4 enjoyed the very comfortable unit. Just blocks from beach. Located a short drive from many great restaurants and fun activities. Quiet and well kept complex. (Downside is that a security guard kicks everyone out of the pool promptly at 8pm). Property manager was helpful and responsive.

Great stay
I visited Naples for a wedding with my dad and brother and his wife. Anne’s place was perfect for our group- spacious and clean. Having the beach stuff all there for us was a huge bonus. Unfortunately our flight got cancelled so we missed a whole day there but we loved it. The beach store is so convenient up the street as is the beach box for a quick off beach drink. The walk to the beach is more then a long block but it was still close. We also loved the pool

Perfect location
The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is absolutely beautiful. It's like being at a resort. The owner got back to us right away with our questions.

I’d stay again
Nice place with a water view, quiet and safe. Great pool. Kitchen has absolute everything you need, but calling it gourmet is a little of a stretch. Property owner immediately responded to any questions., Take careful note of check in instructions as there are several codes you need for building access separate from door access. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful Condo near the beach
This unit was everything we needed to have a great vacation. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds slept great! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai each day. (I missed drinking my morning coffee there, but cool mornings kept me inside. We can't control the weather!) We did get plenty of pool time because it was blocked from the wind!
We could walk to the beach then have a drink at Beach Box Cafe before heading back to the condo. We also enjoyed Buzz's Lighthouse which was in walking distance too!

Great location
We loved our stay here! Easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous view overlooking the pool with the ocean in the distance. Check-in process was easy, and apartment was clean. We hope to come back soon!
