Le Carriage House est une belle maison personnalisé situé dans un quartier animé du centre-ville historique de Durango. Nous possédons deux autres maisons dans le centre-ville: The Treehouse, une location de vacances de trois chambres pouvant accueillir 10 personnes (vrbo # 312061) et le refuge de Durango pouvant accueillir 10 personnes dans 4 chambres (vrbo # 1150651).
La maison Carriage dispose de 3 chambres, toutes situées à l'étage. Le maître a sa propre salle de bains spacieuse et d'un lit king. Une deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Ensuite, il y a une troisième chambre qui a une reine avec un jumeau dans un grenier de cette pièce. L'ensemble du deuxième étage a magnifiques plafonds voûtés en bois. En bas, il ya une salle de bain complète, une grande salle et la cuisine, qui a des sièges bar, appareils en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs de béton. Dehors, il ya un porche et une terrasse arrière, qui est équipée d'un grill et un coin. A l'intérieur, le système d'eau chaude à la demande vous assurer que vous aurez toujours beaucoup d'eau chaude. La maison est maintenant équipé AC. Nous mettons unités individuelles dans les chambres et un dans l'espace de vie de sorte qu'il sera cool abondance. Cette maison est une location juridique et autorisée vacances, donc il n'y aura pas de problèmes avec votre séjour (projet # 2012-65, permettre # 12-033).

Great location by the river walk!
Close to downtown restaurants and shops! Great place to stay!

The location was perfect and the house was very clean, comfortable. and equipped with everything needed. It was a quick walk to downtown and the beautiful river trail. We could ride our mountain bikes from the house to nearby trails. My husband loved the Durango Silverton train that went right by the house. Fishing was also only a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House in Durango. Unit was very nice & clean, with easy access in & out. Good location, close walking distance to downtown & we enjoyed the beautiful Animas River walk.

We had a great stay at Carriage House. It was as described and had all the amenities we needed for the stay. It is an excellent location with easy walk/ride to downtown. Beds comfortable and A/C was great. Lovely stay. We definitely recommend!

The carriage house was nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. The AC units were a nice touch but a bit noisy. We aren't used to city ife so the traffic and AC noises were a bit much. Lovely and convenient area for walks, lots of parks, near Animas trail.

This is a stunning property and just like the pictures show. A lovely home. Very comfortable for a group of six. Conveniently located to downtown Durango and well appointed. I would rate it a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week at the Carriage House. As other reviewers have stated it, it was one the best equipped and cleanest properties I have rented thru VRBO. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to downtown and just a short walk to the Animas river trail.

Our second trip to Durango and we had to stay here again. The home is spacious for our family, has great beds and everything needed to cook. Plus you can walk to downtown and the river. We enjoyed it again!

We have been to Durango multiple times. It's one of our favorite Colorado towns. This rental property was amazing! It had the perfect amount of space for our family. Each kid had their own room and space.
The woodwork and details put into the home really added an extra touch. The host had pretty much anything you could need available at the home.
The location of the house was perfect, as it was in close walking distance to downtown, and a short drive to anywhere we needed to go in town.
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Durango.

First time to stay in a timberframe home, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful, comfortable home that had everything we needed. Several eateries within walking distance, and the Durango-Silverton train depot was just a very short drive. Very nice neighborhood. Andrew was a great host --- communicated very well. Really appreciated the opportunity to stay here for a couple nights!

This property was perfect. Extremely clean, well stocked with towels and extra pillows and blankets. Location couldn’t be better. Beautiful front porch next to lilac bush allowed for early morning coffee with some deer walking by. Host was very accommodating and very easy to talk with. Can’t recommend this rental high enough!!

Very clean and comfortable property, within walking distance to town with restaurants and bars. The property is located very close to the railway line, which we loved, it was fun watching the train go by twice a day. The whole point of us being in Durango was for a trip on the train to Silverton and it didn't disappoint us. Would highly recommend the trip as the scenery was stunning.
Overall we had a fantastic time, the property and town were both charming and will remember forever,

Clean, well appointed, conveniently located! The king mattress was the best I’d ever slept on, and I even looked for the brand/model number but was unsuccessful! lol. We’d stay again.

The Architecture and Decor are something out of a magazine. Three really spacious bedrooms gave us some time apart. The views are excellent (not change-your-life good but serine and pleasant).
The location is within walking distance of two staple eating establishments and a great walking/biking trail passes right by the front door!
I highly recommend this property and Durango in general for anyone looking for a mountain vacation!!

The Carriage House is a great place to stay and Andrew was really easy to work with. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything is up to date and it's great.
The location is also really good. Walk right in to historic downtown but also close enough to highway 550 and able to get to Purgatory with ease. If you like good beer, Animas Brewing is a very short walk. And the steam engine and train came right past on the weekend.
I'd highly recommend The Carriage House and if we come back to Durango we'd definitely want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the carriage house! The location was amazing - we walked downtown every night for drinks and dinner. Easy parking right out the front door which made it easy to unload. The house is well stocked and cozy. The perfect stay for a ski vacation!

Pros: The location is fantastic, an easy walk to downtown. The beds were all very comfortable, particularly the one in the Master bedroom. Amenities were great, with Netflix and anything you might need in the house. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful house! There are three bedrooms (one king and two queens), with one bedroom also having a loft with a twin bed. We didn’t use the loft so not sure about that bed.
Cons: The train passes quite close with the earliest train departing at 9am and the last one returning at 9pm. It’s not too bad and could be fun for kids, but not ideal if you plan to sleep in. The lights in the Master bathroom flickered, but this probably easily fixable.
Overall, definitely recommend it!

Stayed for a few nights with my family. We had a great time. The house is close to the railroad tracks so the Polar Express came by several times a day which was magical for my little girls. The house has everything you need, the set up is nice and spacious, and the location was great? We will definitely be returning to this one! Only downside I can. See would be if you were traveling with another couple is that the upstairs bathroom is in the master snd the other bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen. Not a problem when traveling with family though.

Excellent property. Had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 night stay. We stayed Nov.23-Nov. 27. House was quite cozy with very nice family space, kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms had comfortable beds. Easy instructions and communication by owner. Thank you and we would love to come back soon!

The Carriage House was a great location for us..easy access to restaurants and downtown shopping, as well as a trip to Purgatory and up to visit the campus at Ft. Lewis. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to get to see fall foliage in full splendor.
