Ce grand condo de 1261 pieds carrés a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites ou un séjour à long terme, y compris une marina et une rampe de mise à l'eau pour votre bateau ou motomarine, piscine, jacuzzi, club-house, quai fluvial de 150 ', parking couvert, etc. Profitez du fleuve Colorado sans les tracas quotidiens du lancement et de la récupération de votre bateau / motomarine. Condo and marina set-up is great! Very easy to get out and onto the open river just minutes away from Laughlin. Condo is clean and well-stocked. Just keep an eye on the dam openings & closures if you're using the marina--water will get too low. Keeping an eye on the published times alleviates this concern. Overall--great time!

This condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you might need for an extended stay. The living room couch and loveseat are the most comfortable I have ever seen in a vacation rental. They are usually very uncomfortable sofa sleepers. This one has built in recliners, very comfy! Has a garage for parking. A great location next to the river, with a clubhouse and pool. Communication with the host Michael is outstanding. All at a reasonable price. It will definitely be on our return list.

We planned to dock our jetskis on the advertised marina on the property. However, the River was soooo low we could not enter or take advantage of that feature. So, we parked our trailer with skis near the rear of the property, went out for brunch, returned and found our jetskis had been stolen... from the gated property. Called police and our insurance to make a report. An HOA member was available on the property to help with reporting the incident.

Our stay was awesome. Very comfortable and quiet. Felt like home. Mike was very responsive to any questions I had. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday. The only thing I would mention is the room was on the third floor, no elevator. Other that that, we will stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. The bedrooms were very large and accommodating for my family of five. It was clean, well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was amazing. We will definitely rent from Mike again.

Cozy condo in perfect location!
The condo is in a great location across the River from Laughlin. It’s clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, a bright cherry kitchen, dining area and comfortable furniture in the living room. Mike was quick to respond to any questions and even checked on us to make sure the air conditioning was working properly as the thermometer reached 118! We look forward to a return trip!

It’s on the 3rd floor so lugging things up was a chore, funny but respecting the neighbors on the first day was impossible. Mayb even the time we was here cause we was in the go so we is .sorry! Walked in was amazed Mike has everything and so well stocked, like this is not a normal owner who does this✔️ So thank you.. in all we had our own items and cookware ..the grill was used more so that was the best. I’m a clean freak even the base board was clean very organized I would rent again but the stairs will b my biggest issue.. if your young at heart this is the place to b✔️ The view was great too got to see turtles and beaver... oh yes the pool was clean and maintained .!! Thanks so much Mike

Beautiful, well appointed condo
Just returned home after 4 great weeks in Mike’s lovely condo. So nice to have a garage to park our car. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen very well appointed and we enjoyed having the barbecue right on the balcony. The pool and hot tub area are great and Mike was wonderful to deal with. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Great stay in Bullhead City
We stayed at the Condo during the "River Run" motorcycle rally. Although we aren't motorcycle people, we came for the music, a chance to see some amazing motorcycles, and sunshine.
The Condo was perfect in every way. Where can you stay where you get a garage to keep your rental in? This condo has one! In addition, almost everything you need is there, from the kitchen, to the balcony, living room, bedrooms etc. This is a class place to stay and is close to everything in Bullhead City. It's just a few minutes from the bridge connecting Laughlin and it's gaming fun, with Bullhead City.
There's a marina, beautiful pool area, and a long dock sitting right on the Colorado River from which you can watch the sunset.
The owner, Mike, could not be more accommodating. Send him a text and you get an almost immediate answer to your question. Or, you can call with any questions or issues.
Now, the condo is on the upper level and there's no elevator. So, keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. I'm 76 years young and had absolutely no problem, nor did anyone else in our party.
There was some noise from the street, but we knew that since it's on the way to Oatman AZ, a favorite travel spot for motorcycles during the River Run. We actually arrived a few days before the event, and there was very little noise.
We used the kitchen a lot to prepare meals, cocktails, etc. It's well stocked.
And, to top it off, there are two sets of golf clubs for your use!
We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

This place is FANTASTIC . everything works, the supplies in the condo were great. Mike is super nice to deal with, he will answer all your questions very fast . We stayed here in November 2018 and were very happy with the condo. It is very nicely decorated, the king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we did not like was the tile counter tops. Should also mention for Snowbirds, it is on the third floor and packing groceries got a bit trying.
