We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We spent the majority of our time in the great outside space and the pool. All communications were responded to promptly and the instructions were detailed. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

I had a quick getaway with my family. The location of this house was perfect for us to commute to Disney. There was also a Walmart close by. House was clean and well stocked with what we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, pool, and sitting area.

Great A+ location! Very easy Uber ride to local attractions. Nice and spacious! Pool deck needed weeding but did not keep us from enjoying the pool and hot tub!

Disney visit with spouse, 2 college age kids, and their 2 friends. Girls shared twin room, boys had separate rooms, and of course, spouse and I shared. Loved that each bedroom had its own full bath! Rec room with pool table big hit! Hot tub worked well. Gave it 45 min to heat. Green belt in back gave sense of privacy. Beach towels available. Very pleased with Windsor Hills property and location - about 15 min from Disney. Walmart and restaurants super close. Clean house, comfy beds and pillows. Comfy living seating. Plenty of table seating and kitchen stocked for our needs. Board games available. Bring own soap/shampoo but knew before because property spells out very clearly what to bring. Sabena pleasure to communicate with. East check in/out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Our family of 5 plus grandma stayed at this house for less than a week for a day at Magic Kingdom. The check in process was very simple. The house had comfortable beds, plenty of bakeware, utensils, etc… We were happy we paid to heat the pool since the weather was mid 70s. The common area clubhouse was a hit. The pool, slide, and splash pad were perfect for our 5,7,8 year olds. This pool was freezing cold, so our stay was short, but during the hot months it probably isn’t an issue. If we planned to do Disney again, I’d definitely consider this house again.

Having stayed in Windsor Hills before we were knowledgeable of the area and the local facilities which are perfect for everything we want to do. The owner was readily contacted both before and during the stay. The Villa was immaculate and the whole family loved it. All instructions were clearly placed and everything worked. One tiny issue was dealt with immediately by the management company. The beds were super comfortable, the house contents perfectly supplied. We had asked for pool heating and that is what we got. If we manage another trip to Orlando we would definitely stay here again

This is an excellent place to stay for a family holiday in Orlando. It's our favourite rental yet.
It's very well located for Disney, and convenient for Universal too. The villa is very well appointed and was very clean.
Sabena was great - very responsive when we had questions. We were fortunate to be granted a late checkout which we greatly appreciated for our evening flight.
The pool and bedrooms (all en-suite) are lovely.
We relied on Uber for most of the holiday and that worked out well.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was beautiful and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the pool was refreshing. We did not utilize the community pool but it would have been perfect for younger children. We were a perfect distance to the Disney parks and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We had a brilliant time staying in Mickey’s Hideout for our visit to Disney World. Villa had a great layout and was well stocked. Location was lovely and quiet and ideal for the parks. Air hockey needed a bit more air. A welcome hamper with items like milk, bread and wine would have been much appreciated so we didn’t have to fight through Walmart late at night. Overall we had a brilliant time and would love to return. Thank you.

Our family stayed at Mickey’s Hideout on our trip to Orlando this March. The house was perfect for our party of 6. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was space for everyone. The beds were also so comfortable (much more comfortable than any bed we’ve had on Disney property). We enjoyed having such a nice space to relax and decompress after busy days at Walt Disney World. We especially loved taking a dip in the pool every afternoon; the outdoor area was nicely decorated and the pool temperature was perfect. Our toddler and 11 month old loved playing with the stuffed Mickey and beach ball that was in our Welcome Gift. It was a really special touch that we appreciated.
Sabena was very communicative and thorough both before our stay and during. We appreciated the detailed instructions she sent ahead of time, as this made us well prepared for our stay.
This property also had a high chair, a pack n play, and more amenities for families with small children. These were all in good condition and worked very well for our family during our stay.
We really loved our time at Mickey’s Hideout, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

We had a great time staying at this property for vacation which is located in a private gated area. The home is very clean and welcoming. It's also beautifully decorated and spacious. The kids had a blast playing in the pool. I had the pleasure of communicating with the homeowner who was quick to respond to our questions. The house and location is absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet which makes for a very enjoyable morning, afternoon or evening for lounging in the lanai. The house is just a short drive to any of the theme parks and having the hot tub to soak in after a long day is amazing. The management company is very prompt in responding to any questions you have during your stay. We will definitely book again when in the area.

The property couldn’t have been more perfect for our family. Even when Hurricane Ian hit for two days, we felt safe and secure. Our host was extremely responsive during the hurricane to our questions and concerns. A wonderful experience.

Fantastic location close to Disney, shops, and other amenities. Comfortable and well equipped house although could do with a little updating.
Unfortunately there were numerous little bugs/ants on arrival, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, and these persisted throughout our week stay.
Also, the pool turned green within a few days so a more than once per week treatment would be preferred.

Our 4th stay in Windsor Hills but our first at this property. Communication was great and prompt. The check in process was quick and the amount of space was great for one family and can easily accommodate much more. The property was clean with games and the pool keeping the family entertained. The location is close to Disney which is always a bonus and the gated community adds a sense of greater security. Security staff were helpful on initial entry and during our stay. We did have a problem with the air conditioning failing on our return early evening when it was extremely hot. Initially it looked like no one could come until the next day but the property management company persistence meant someone turned up and fixed it within the hour. Windsor Hills itself is very clean and well maintained with excellent communal mini water park and pool.

A great 2 week stay!
We loved our time at Mickey's Hideout with our family of 4. We spent half our time at parks and the other half of our time in the pool/relaxing. Everything is exactly as pictured and any questions I had were responded to really quickly during our stay. This is my 3rd time staying within the Windsor Hills community and we would definitely book this property again. Please note, you are provided with basics to get you started (i.e. small dishwashing soap, toilet paper etc) however as this is a self serve property you will need to purchase your own items such as garbage bags, toilet paper, soap etc if you are staying for more than a few days or have a larger party!
All in all highly recommend.

Reunion trip
We booked this home for our reunion trip to Disney. We were a party of 5 and loved having separate rooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was convenient to the parks and very relaxing after long days, convenient to Walmart to purchase necessities as well.

Tournament stay.
Rental property was easy to get to and had many amenities. They had baby gear such as a high chair and stroller. There was air hockey and pool table in air conditioned garage. Overall the rental property was everything we needed. Be aware that the traffic in Orlando is heavy and leave early for any amusement park or sporting event.

Perfect for Disney + Relaxing
My husband, mom and 5 year old stayed here and it was amazing. By far, more space than we needed but it made the trip even more fun. It is so close to Disney and any shopping or take out you could possibly need. We got the pool heated and it was well worth it. This place is incredible and deserves the good reviews. So easy to check in and out and communication with the owner was easy.

Memorable event...and outside DisneyWorld
Property was exactly as expressed ... all very clean, upfront information, timely communication with owner. It was the very best. Only issue is not with the property but with Disney...if you do not stay in their own resort facilities your Disney tickets which cost the same as the resort holders...do not get preferential treatment and dealing with Disney was a nightmare. Frankly I am glad we had the comfort of nice accommodations with a pool that we could relax at to cool off over the frustrations of Disney. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our Disney vacation
It was the perfect house for our disney vacation. Every bedroom having their own bathroom was perfect for our family of 7.
We checked in on a Saturday evening and it took about 75 minutes to get through the security gate. Not sure if they were having computer problems or just overwhelmed from everyone trying to check at Windsor Hills at the same time.
We definitely will stay here again when we come to Disney!
