The house is nice and spacious. It is very clean and easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Location is nice away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. We all had a nice time in Hawaii for our first visit and celebrating my fathers 77th bday in the process.

This home was perfect for a large family or group. It was in a really good location to be able to access the North Shore as well as Honolulu. The home looked like it needed some updating but overall was very comfortable and clean. The check in process was super easy. The host was really nice and very accommodating. It was easy to communicate any of our needs and the response was fast. We would stay here again if we ever came back to Oahu.

Great location, quite neighborhood, and room for our group of 14. numerous beaches and good food close by.

We loved staying here. It was perfect for a big group for our daughters wedding on this side of the island where there’s not a lot of hotel options they even let us hots rehearsal luncheon.

Great location. Convenient to beaches , Polynesian Cultural Center and grocery shopping. A little under an hour drive from the airport. Great host. Plenty of room for large family reunions.

Gathering over 30 family members for a celebration is not easy. We rented the house for 25 people (or so) and ended up with 12. There was no problem at all contacting Adam and getting numbers adjusted. He also refunded our “extra people” deposit without us even asking. The house was large, clean, and conducive to several conversations in different corners without disrupting others. The pool was awesome, even stocked with large inflatables that delighted the younger people. Wish the beach had been closer, but the ones who wanted to go to the beach were not hampered much. Neighborhood was ok. We all loved our stay. I would definitely return if the occasion arose - maybe our 75th! Thanks, Adam.

The property had more than enough space for our family reunion of 15 people. The shared living space and kitchen was spacious and perfect for the group to hang out together, as was the pool. There was a little wear and tear to the property (ie. a broken shower head, some stove burners did not work), but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a bucket list vacation, I guess the best word to use is lazy, there was 16 of us, we checked in and got settled, the master bed room tv didn’t work, the water to the soaking tub wouldn’t turn on, Adam would respond very quick, but until we told him how to fix the problems, he did nothing but tell us “sorry about that”, (lazy) at a 100 bucks a day rental would be one thing but not at this price, the other things like buying your own toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen, that has no linens, and bath towels are only 2 to a bathroom, there are beach towels, when you look at the u-tube video of the place he says there are extra mattresses to use, we asked to use them and was told we only had 16 people so we didn’t need them, so we pulled mattresses off upper beds to fit the family’s different needs, there is a lot of little things that are broke or just need some attention, (lazy) like shower in the bath off the pool, the mount that holds the head was broke so you had to hold it to take a shower, no noise after 9 pm, really people are on vacation (like I said little things) it’s a shame, with just a little effort this place could be amazing, but looking around you can tell no one cares, and I’m sure Adams review of us will be we were demanding, we still had a great time and the pool was great! Big house, lots of space. The house smells terribly musty, they obviously don’t keep ac on when not rented. Carpet is tattered and torn. Upstairs rooms have no closets, upstairs bath has no mirror and toilet had issues.

We loved this house and it was perfect for our large group. Adam was great work with and we’d love to return.

We had a family reunion from 8/6/22-8/13/22. There were 14 of us . Pros: 1. Pool, the pool was the highlight of our stay. It was wonderful to have access to a pool and we used it constantly. 2. AC: having air conditioning was a godsend. Hawaii is quite humid and the AC made our trip much more pleasant. 3. Laundry room - the laundry room was my wife favorite room. It was HUGE with plenty of room to fold and hang clothes. Lots of storage. We used the laundry room a lot! 4. Neighborhood - the location on the North Shore is in a neighborhood away from traffic and hustle and bustle. It is very walkable and provides easy access to the beach. 5. House size - with 14 of us we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen/dining/family areas so we all could escape for some quiet and privacy. 6. Caretaker - Adam the caretaker was very responsive and communicated throughout our stay. He took family pictures for us. He gave us the privacy we needed while communicating when we needed his help. Cons: 1. Roosters - It is common to see roosters and chickens walking freely about the North Shore. We got used to the crowing after a couple of days. 2: Condition of the house - the pictures show the size of the house but do not accurately depict the overall condition. A previous owner did not invest in the upkeep. We were told the new owner will be fixing all the issues and updating things. There are things that need to be addressed that if we had known about, we would not have rented this house. Overall, we felt the current condition did not justify the price to rent and as such we requested and were granted a small partial refund.

Felt like a private hotel or resort, excellent communication with manager. Plenty of space for 17 (6 families) and could easily handle more. Pool with enclosure was great for families like ours with small children. AC units through out kept the place cool (I usually am shirtless but had to put on a long sleeve shirt). Patio was perfect for evening meals and conversations. Master bed and bathroom was envy of all. Ample room for parking 6+ cars too!

This was one of the best trips we had taken and this property on the northern side of Oahu really made the difference. The kids were able to enjoy the pool and/or take in some sports activities in the lush lawn. Over all, very nice property for families to have enjoy together. We had four families with 9 kids in total.

I have a list of goods and bads for this house. Overall we had a good time, and there was plenty of space. But I don't think we would rent here again. Lets start with the good. First the house is HUGE, so there is plenty of room to spread out and everybody to have there own space. The pool was nice and clean, and having the fence around made us feel safe with the small ones. It was a lot cheaper than some of the other houses for the people we needed. The beds were comfortable and the Master was MASSIVE!! Now for the bads. Like I've said, this house is very big, and big houses take a lot of maintenance. And I feel that is where these people struggle. The house had extensive water damage throughout the entire downstairs. The baseboards were swollen and discolored. The master bedroom smelt so bad of mold, we had to open the doors in the evening to even sleep in there. The other suite on the opposite side of the house had doors swollen from water damage 2ft up. Several people on the trip really suffered from the amount of mold, until we all started taking allergy medicine to keep up breathing. Other things was the amount of things that were broken. The bathtub in the master didn't work and the other bathtub in the house didn't have a stopper so the babies couldn't bathe easily. The oven door didn't stay shut, so if someone had to bake something you had to hold the door shut the entire time. the couches were broken and very dirty. The only TV in the house that worked was the living room. In addition to so many broken/dirty things we also felt the house was not stocked well. There was 1 pillow/ 1 towel/ and 1 washcloth per person. No additional blankets for the couch or anything. Also 1 thin pillow per person was very uncomfortable. Several people went and bought additional. We had to wash towels almost daily so people could have towels to wash there face or whatnot. Finally, it was very frustrating that there was no dressers in the entire home and only 10 hangers. I personally hate living out of a suitcase, especially for 2 weeks. So we had suitcases and clothes all over the floor bc there was no place to put them away. Some people cleaned out the kitchen cabinets and used those to store there clothes.

We had a group of 19, and this house was perfect! Very clean, huge kitchen and dining area for us all to gather. Pool on-site was great for the kids. Master suite and bathroom were fantastic. Upstairs bedrooms got a little hot but lots of space for the kids. My only negative about the experience at all is that there is a rooster farm right around the corner so you have to be ready for crowing, and that definitely wasn’t isolated to the early morning hours. Adam was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience for us all!

There are not enough places to sit for the amount of people if holds. The chairs around the table are not comfortable and they have lost the stuffing. The recliners don’t work. The dishwasher is still broken. We tried to use it the first day and Adam said he would contact the owner but we never heard back on that. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Lots of leftover spices and salt and pepper. We did end up buying more dish towels (since we had to hand wash the dishes) It is very clean and a great location. We had a group that would walk to the ocean and watch the sunrise each morning.
