Really comfortable and well located house. Easy to walk to campus and well arranged furniture. Pool table and foosball was fun. Highly recommend staying here. Master bedroom bathroom and attached closet washer, dryer was nice to have

Since there were only two of us we didn’t make use of all the amenities that would be great for a larger group. The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped for meal-making. It was easy to get to Sand Dunes National Park where we had a full day of great hiking. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful stay in this 3 bedroom home. This house had all that we needed for our week stay in Alamosa. It comfortably fit our 4 adults and 3 kids. Great location within walking distance to a path along the Rio Grande River.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Outside The home is nice and the grounds are and the yard is well manicured. The home has a garage with opener on the adjoining street. That is added comfort and security that will bring us back to stay at this property. Inside The home is well kept and very clean. It’s has everything you need and more. They have a dishes, pots, pans, and coffee maker. There was even a French Press to make coffee. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotless. We enjoyed our stay and the kids were sad to leave. Every morning you can open the blinds and see 4-6 deer leisurely foraging in the front yard. We have family in the valley and have always booked with VRBO in the past, and will be returning to this property when we return in a couple of months. The host answered every question promptly and I was thankful for that. Michelle, we enjoyed your home and will be returning soon. I’ve been putting off remodeling my master bathroom, but my wife won’t let me after staying at your place. Lol

This place definitely lived up to ALL the positive reviews! We had an issue with a smoke alarm battery chirping when we checked in. So we notified the hosts and they came out immediately to fix the issue. I'd recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back in the summer.

Love that there were deer in the neighbor's yard when we pulled in (twice) and seeing a little bit of Blanca Peak from the backyard. Great photographs and really enjoyed playing foosball for the first time. And yay, there were tons of Sandhill cranes!

This stay was beyond expectations! We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and paid a ton of money for mediocre stays. This place was great, clean and offered so much for the guests. Michelle has literally thought of it ALL and offered so much that we've never seen in a rental! The pool table was a hit, there were board games,DVDs, the ice trays were full, there were seasonings, every kind of cooking gadget you could need like crock pots and multiple types of coffee pots. She has extra cozy blankets in the living room, beach towels for the sand dunes, shampoo and conditioner and even the toilet paper was decent (not usually the case) and the beds were super comfortable. Beautiful and cozy house, makes you feel like family when you walk in. We didnt get to use a majority of the things offered as it was a quick stay in December but we will definitely book this again when we come next year to see family!

We booked to attend a Thanksgiving celebration with family. We were so impressed. The place was very clean, inviting and very roomy. We will be returning to Alamosa mid June and definitely plan to book again!!

Michelle is a great host! She is accommodating and is readily available. This is my 3rd stay in her property and will continue to do so.

Great long weekend visiting family in the area. The Home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large back yard and pool table were a huge plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal including spices and oils. We will stay here next time we visit! Thank you!

Loved our stay here! It was so cozy, from the couches, to the blankets, and the beds. It was a perfect place to relax and spend time together. We enjoyed playing foosball, cards, and watching tv. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and made cooking easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house and property were very clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evenings. The pool table was a great added bonus!

This is the best equipped home I have ever stayed in with VRBO. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a peaceful stay. The pool table was fun for the whole family and the deer were a welcome bonus. Easy driving into the mountains and the Great Sand Dunes and Resort. I'll be back.

Everything about this place was convenient! The location, the size, all the amenities, kitchen, garage, pool table, Foosball, and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed taking a walk to the Adams State University campus. Cute and quiet neighborhood.

The house was just what we needed, plenty of sleeping and bathroom space! The yard was lovely and the garage was also super convenient. Lots of cooking supplies stocked in the kitchen and ample space to hang out. Great spot for an Alamosa getaway!

This was a great place to stay for a few nights Warren we were in town visiting family.

Our family stayed here 2 nights toward the end of a long road trip to visit Great Sand Dunes National Park. We were thrilled to have so much space and blown away by the well-stocked kitchen! (Really, if you want to cook, there is everything you have in your kitchen at home - crock pot, insta-pot, all the pots and pans, amazing coffee and espresso machines, even a food processor.) Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were great as well! And Michele is a gem - we accidentally left something sentimental and she’s helping us get it home. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we’ll stay here for sure!

We were in town for work and this was the perfect place to relax after a long day!
