A family crisis drew my family to Annapolis on very short notice. Dan immediately responded to my urgent request for a late night checkin. His home is spacious and the kitchen so well stocked. The back yard, hot tub and deck are lovely. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Thank you Dan.

This is much more than a well maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished home. It is truly an entertainment complex. There is something for everyone to enjoy at this house. Indoor/ outdoor amenities. Multiple locations where large format multimedia systems are installed, no need to negotiate what to watch on TV. HVAC is great -- quiet efficient - easy to control - excellent filltration system. Beds are comfy and large enough to prevent having to scoot around etc... Host is responsive , quick replies always. Tremendous value for the money. This house could be a destination in itself.

The property was just as described. The house was even more spacious than anticipated and the back deck and yard were awesome. With the heat, the pool was perfect and there is plenty of seating with many shade umbrellas. The house is located on a side street with very little traffic. There is a store and restaurants right around the corner and Annapolis and DC were just a short drive. Dan was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous pool and well furnished house. We came with a little family group and it was perfect but I’m guessing you could have a much larger gathering and this place has it all.

We had a very relaxing stay. The outside space is thoughtfully designed and the pool is wonderful. The house is well stocked with every thing you might want for your stay. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This home was the perfect getaway and meeting place for family and friends to come together! The place was clean, spacious, and fun! Honestly the pictures do not do this home justice! The house even had baby gates to help baby proof for my 2 year old!

From the time I began the booking process to the moment we were checking out, the entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. This home was perfect for my family of 6! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - with the pool, awesome backyard setting, pool table, video game, etc. there was no reason to leave. And Dan, the owner, was awesome. Always checking in on us through messaging on the app and always extremely responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The house was comfortable and quiet. The outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for, spacious and relaxing. The very well decorated home was not the most young kid and toddler friendly. Other than that caveat, I recommend the home for a relaxing trip with close access to Annapolis and all it’s offerings.

This house was a great base of operations to meet with family local to the area as well as visit Annapolis and DC.
We enjoyed the use of the downstairs playroom as well as the hot tub and firepit. The well appointed kitchen let us prepare a meal for all our relatives.
Check in and communication were easy, and check out terms were reasonable.
All in all we had a great time!
P.S. The kids loved the laundry chute.

We had an amazing time. This house is set up for great gatherings, inside and out. Beautiful decks, lots of seating and very private yard. Downstairs is set up for movie viewing, playing games and just having a good time. Comfortable for our entire group and a small birthday party. Highly recommend !

The home and property were exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the games (Buck Hunter, foosball, etc.) in the finished basement.
Had we been able to stay longer, I'm sure we would have used the Cardio Room (treadmill, Peloton, weights, etc.).
Our host was very kind to let us enjoy some liquid refreshments that were left over from a BBQ he had the night before we arrived. Overall a most enjoyable stay.

Awesome time at the property! Beautifully kept home with ample space and gorgeous back yard/deck and pool. Really helped make a birthday weekend special. We will definitely be looking to return in the future.

An oasis in Arnold
This property has everything you need if you enjoy having fun, like beautiful accommodations and have dogs. I was moving into the area and needed a quiet and safe neighborhood for a week with a hot tub and some excellent amenities to ease my mind. Fire pit wow! Mr. Eubanks was an informative and wonderfully accommodating host. I just wish it was warmer so I could have used the pool! Book this place!

We’re a group of 7 very good friends, who are long life Washington Football Fans, that meet up several times during the season to cheer on & celebrate our team! Dan’s place, was the absolute perfect place to do, just that! The layout, IS absolutely perfect- from parking to House to pool, comfortable & roomy house to bedroom size - All were perfect! We’ve rented numerous homes through Vrbo fir our weekends & Dan:’s place was hands down, the best & most popular among our group! I will also add, that Dan was nerdy sweet, when I informed him, that 1 in our group, believing that I had set the TV up to my Amazon Prime account for movies, mistakenly ordered a movie through Dan’s account. I notified him, stating that I would pay for it & he was so nice in his response- , “Don’t worry about it”!
I would recommend Dan’s place 10x over & hope to rent it again myself!

Such a great family home-wish we could stay longer at this “party” house! Location is perfect-close to Annapolis, Baltimore,
DC.
We arrived 2hrs early to check in due to car window being shattered by a rock. Chris (host’s friend) was there-he made temporary repair to our window allowing us to get back to Ga!!!

WFT Football Ladies, reconnecting for the season.
We’re a group of 7 very good friends, who are long life Washington Football Fans, that meet up several times during the season to cheer on & celebrate our team! Dan’s place, was the absolute perfect place to do, just that! The layout, IS absolutely perfect- from parking to House to pool, comfortable & roomy house to bedroom size - All were perfect! We’ve rented numerous homes through Vrbo fir our weekends & Dan:’s place was hands down, the best & most popular among our group! SHORT BUT SWEET
It was a very short visit as we were in town for a college class reunion, but the time together in this lovely home was memorable. Hope we will have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Great Family Vacation Escape
This fantastic property is an excellent place to escape all the COVID craziness with your family or bubble of friends. The posted pictures are accurate and the house is a big and functional as advertised. The pool is very well maintained, the property is in great shape. The game room, exercise machines and family room in the basement was great especially for rainy days. If you want to cook, the grill and flat grill were awesome to use and the spacious multi-level backyard deck (with Tiki Hut) was ample enough for everyone to enjoy.

We reserved this house to be perfect in case COVID shut downs we’re still in place knowing the house had everything we could think of and it did not disappoint. Amazing pool. Great rec. room in the basement and plenty of open space for our family to hang out. We will definitely look to go back in the future.

This property has an amazing outside area. The pool is fabulous. We had a blast playing corn hole every night!!! We dined outside almost every night! This is the place to stay! The basement has foosball and a pool table and a huge shooting video game!. My kids loved it!

Outside retreat
This is a wonderful property for those looking to utilize the backyard oasis. The pool, hot tub, grills created the perfect atmosphere for hanging outside all day. The fitness room was also excellent and even had a peloton. The owner was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Great stay!
