Cette nouvelle maison d'hôtes est située sur les rives de la rivière Frio. Il est nouveau en 2017 pour le marché locatif.
La maison est à 500 pieds de la rivière Comanche Basse traversée par le Big Bluff Entouré par les arbres âgés de 500 ans Oak et Cypress. Situé sur Haggerton Family Land détenue depuis 1960.
La maison est décorée et meublée avec un goût impecatable avec un twist unique et obscur au-delà de la norme.
La maison a deux (2) cheminées de 20 ', 28' plafonds de cathédrale dans la grande pièce regardant sur la rivière. Très grand porche de 600 pieds carrés avec une grande cheminée extérieure. La maison est construite avec de luxueux blanc Austin Stone.
À l'intérieur de la maison est meublée avec King Ranch Furniture, tous les compteurs sont faits de 5 "dalles épaisses de noix de pécan du Texas, Cyprès et noix. C'est vraiment une maison 5 étoiles unique en son genre. Planchers de carreaux, deux grands réfrigérateurs côte à côte, grand garde-manger pour tous vos consommables. Cuisinière à gaz et four, une grande barre de 14 pieds, deux niveaux faite de 5 "dalles épaisses de noix de pécan du Texas. Cuisine entièrement meublée. Cinq chambres, trois salles de bain complètes et deux 1/2 salles de bains. Beaucoup de nombreuses fenêtres Beautiuful avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière et les montagnes dans la vallée privée. Cette maison sera sûrement louée un an d'ici 2018.
Une caractéristique unique est que nous vous permettons de vous garer sur le bord de la rivière avec votre véhicule pour talonner et regarder les milliers de gens flotter devant notre Ranch. * Un UTV Kabota peut aussi être utilisé pour votre usage. Garez votre voiture sur River Road et payez, attendez, battez les foules et récupérez votre voiture, ou même faites l'ascension du Hot Bus avec de longues lignes est une chose du passé quand vous restez avec nous. * Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous déposer au Seven Bluffs Water Water Crossing pour votre agréable retour à Haggville de frio où se trouvent nos maisons d'hôtes.
Nous avons également une maison supplémentaire derrière Porter's Tree Haus qui peut accueillir 24 personnes aussi bien. Et pour ajouter à ces maisons, la caractéristique la plus unique est HideAway d'Axel niché entre les deux maisons. Axel's dispose de cinq (5) mini suites Bungalows pouvant accueillir quatre (4) adultes supplémentaires, chacune dotée d'une salle de bain complète, d'un mini-réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes et d'une cafetière ainsi que d'une kitchenette. Great spot. Great communication w/ owner. Had a last minute hiccup w/ my check in date and Donny was able to accommodate no problem.

Porter's Tree Haus is a Fantastic Place to Stay. The house has everything you need to cook your Family's Meals in and there is also a 2 drawer Dishwasher ( I don't like to wash dishes).
The house is big enough to have a small Family Reunion at, lots of outdoor and indoor seating and Lots of beds to accommodate everyone.
Just a very short walk to the river but you can drive and park at the river for the day.
Donny is an extremely nice and helpful Host,
We will stay at one of his places again!

My family of 10 adults and 9 kids spent four nights/five days at Porter's Tree Haus and it was perfect, the home is beautiful, clean and a short walk to the river. The outdoor area/kitchen is amazing, and it is where we spent most of our time, so much room and the small pool was great for the kids after spending all day in the river. Bedrooms were comfortable and the AC in the house worked great. Kitchen cookware and utensils were abundant. Being able to drive a truck to the river for tailgating was also a plus, we put up our canopy and never worried about anyone bothering out things. We cooked every meal at the house because no need to go out when you have the indoor and outdoor kitchen as you do in this home. We booked our stay for next year already because it just doesn't get any better than.

A large group of us stayed here for the eclipse. Donny was totally accessible and helpful and added a lot to our visit. We were all thankful for his assistance.
The property is amazing, the river was lovely. The house itself is interesting and quirky, lots of personality.
The one practical tip I’d offer for future guests is to bring absolutely everything you might need food-wise in with you. They don’t supply anything (eg salt and pepper, condiments, etc) and in fairness don’t pretend to. And anyway there are grocery stores and lots of restaurants close by.
Overall a great experience, highly recommended!

Just a great place on the river. Indeed being able to walk down to the water easily was a huge plus. Nicely furnished and the owner was happy to help.

We had a blast. Place had plenty of privacy despite being close to other units. Golf course was decent.
The only thing I would change is the time of year we went. It was incredibly hot and the river was low in late August.

Communication prior to arriving was great. Check in process was easy. Their was a small hiccup with the propane the first night but it was fixed as soon as it was possible and did not affect our trip at all. The location was great and loved being able to drive our truck down to the water. The water was super low and we were unable to float but enjoyed the house and hanging out down at the water. Donny was super helpful when needed and the house was gorgeous with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Total relaxation. Close walk to the river. Clean refreshing swim pool. Comfortable beds. Lots of refrigeration storage. Excellent patio seating areas. Outdoor tables for dining. Both Texas style smoker grill and gas grill. Everything you need for sweet retreat!

This was a great house for our group of 13. The only small issue is that even though there's tons of beds in this house, privacy can be a concern and coordinating groups in rooms. If you are flexible with that, it's fantastic. Plenty of room in the living and kitchen area is great, and there is no shortage of tables and places for large groups to sit and enjoy inside or outside. The river was low, but we can't control that part. Donny was very helpful in taking us to a place on the river with more water and a little bit of "floating" with what we had to work with. All in all, Donny was a great help and was very responsive. We recommend this place highly.

Beautiful property and so close to the river! We spent a lot of time on the river and outside. The outdoor siting area was very spacious and comfortable. Donnie was quick to respond and help with anything we needed! Great place!

This property is so beautiful. The outside areas were so nice for relaxing and conversations.
The private section of river is perfect for playing in. Donny is super responsive. The upstairs seems to stay a little warmer than the downstairs area, there’s even free laundry machines on site.
We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We will be back! Lovely place

We spent New Year's weekend with a group of friends @ the property. The house was great with multiple gathering areas, fire places, and the outside covered area was fantastic. Very close to the river, and with its own private access. Donny is a great host who addressed any questions or comments we had immediately. We will certainly go back again.

We have stayed 7 years in a row around the same time. Although the price has gone up over the years (most likely due to the property taxes in the area), its always worth it because of the view and freedoms provided by the location and owners of the property.

The house was beautiful and the property was in the perfect location to watch kids come down the river and also to go to house pasture at night! Super great people who own and manage it also.

His hospitality was amazing and the home had more than enough room for our entire group (17 of us). Not to mention, the river was literally in our backyard! Best home rental on the Frio River!
This was the second time our group (25 women) have stayed at Donny’s Porter’s Tree Haus! We LOVE IT HERE! Donny goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and if you need anything all you have to do is ask! Waiting to see availability for next year!!!
