Entièrement rénové avec des finitions de haute qualité, ce trois chambres / deux salles de bain et demi est niché sur Columbia Street dans le syndicat historique des mineurs. Miners Union # 11, situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de la rue principale de Telluride, Colorado Avenue, vous ravira après une journée de divertissement en montagne ou d’aventures dans notre région.
La grande salle spacieuse est parfaite pour les réunions de famille et aider le chef du groupe à assaisonner le repas. Que l’entrée soit la bienvenue ou non, le grand écran plat risque de vous faire perdre une aide non désirée, mais sachez qu’il s’agit d’une télévision intelligente, pas de câble. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. La grande table de la salle à manger est suffisante pour les 9 invités. La cuisine a des finitions haut de gamme.
La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec douche à vapeur, idéale en toute saison à Telluride. Pour plus de commodité, la vanité a deux lavabos. Confortez-vous avec un livre et faites de beaux rêves dans cette suite parentale spacieuse. La première chambre a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a une couchette du capitaine avec un jumeau sur un lit double et un lit gigogne double, dormir trois confortablement dans cette chambre. La deuxième salle de bain a une combinaison douche / baignoire.
Il y a une grande buanderie avec une salle pour les skis et les bottes avec une porte extérieure à Pine Street.

Loved this property. Fit our party well. Only concern for us was that the bunk beds are designed for small people and we have very tall people.

Perfect setting . . . two blocks from downtown and race finish.

We loved this place! It fit 9 adults comfortably. The kitchen was large, the table had room for all of us, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It is a block off the Main Street and near the center of town so the location is incredible. The management company provided all the information we needed and was very responsive. We have been attending the Blues and Brews fest for 7 years and this was the best place we’ve ever rented.

Telluride is a special place and this condo made the visit even more special. Much larger unit than I expected. Huge master, nice guest and kids rooms and a great kitchen living space. Literally one block off of Main Street, it was easy to get everywhere including restaurants, the town park and gondola. The property manager was a great communicator and answered all of my questions promptly. We would definitely come back.

The Miners Union is a lovely historic, refurbished building. Unit 11 is ground level with 3 bedrooms -which was perfect for our family gathering. Location, location, location- excellent! There is no on-site parking which can be a little challenging. We were there for the bluegrass festival and fortunately the parking restrictions were lifted if you had a town pass, otherwise all of the parking in the area is 2 hour. I believe you do get a parking pass with the unit. The apartment had plenty of space for everyone to gather. The only downside is that in the living room you have to walk down 2 steps to the front door. The way the furniture is positioned, there is a very narrow walkway between the couch and the steps. We had no problem, however if you weren’t paying attention it would be very easy to step off
into the recess by the door. The living room had way too much furniture and too many throw pillows (not a common complaint in rentals) and if it was scaled down and rearranged, you could creat a larger walkway and mitigate the problem of the steps. Overall it’s a great rental and I would stay there again. The staff at the rental agency, “Accommodations in Telluride” , were really great to work with. Super responsive and helpful- especially Erin.

Great spot in great location
Property is in a brilliant location and has loads of space for a large group or families. It had all of the essentials we needed for a week in Telluride.
It needs a few more pots and pans and a couple of the gas rings did not ignite, both of which should be easily rectified.
I would definitely consider on any future trip to Telluride.

Won’t be disappointed!
The place was perfect for a large group of friends! Can walk anywhere around the town and easy walk to the gondola. Management was super responsive with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Surprise
Didn't know what to expect from the historic building. The unit is very spacious with high end finishes. Our crew loved it! Great location for food, shopping and getting to the lift!

Great place to stay
We had a great time and the property was beautiful and close to everything. My husband and I used to live in Telluride and it was so nice to be back "home". I highly recommend this condo for a family or a group of friends!
