Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, I was in town for a conference so wasn't at the property much but had a comfortable stay! Was very clean, communication was great, needed something printed and Megan was very accommodating, definitely recommend and would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Great little place to stay and it was SUPER clean. The host check in instructions were easy. Easiest check in ever. The living room furniture could use a little updating but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for being an awesome host!

Nice place. Bed was really comfortable after siting in a metal chair at a music festival all day in 4 inches of mud.
Great place. Everything you need and it is close to all the TAMU activities.
A couple of minor issues: Breakfast was not included. The TV did not include local channels to see local weather reports - major storms were passing through. And, that TV needs a sound bar. The sound on it was really bad.

We loved staying within walking distance to the Quad for Final Review. This was the perfect location to enjoy a special weekend with our cadet and attend a TAMU baseball game. Close to HEB and restaurants. I'm so happy we found this spot!

We've stayed her a few times. Walkable to Kyle Field. It's small 1/1 with a pullout couch that is perfect for our family of 4.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, smelled great, and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t cook while we were there but there were enough pots and pans to do so. The bed was comfortable and the pullout sofa worked great for our 11 & 9 year olds. Easy walk to Kyle Field to watch the Aggies BTHO Mississippi State rounded out this perfect home. The owner was very responsive, too.

This pristine "home away from home" was perfect in every way. In addition to the immaculate clean condition, the air conditioning and ceiling fans were excellent to spare us from the over 100 degree outside temperatures. We loved the secluded, quiet neighborhood with private, covered parking six steps from the entry door. The drip coffee pot was an added treat for us "geezers" who aren't into the "pop top coffee club". The frig was full sized. Luggage racks were plentiful. The place was thoughtfully furnished and had great lighting, both ceiling and individual lamps. We especially appreciated the close proximity to the event we attended. And a special "shout out" to our gracious, responsive host.

Highly recommend! Very clean and cute, super comfy bed and pillows and the pull out sofa our son slept on was much more comfortable than most. Although we didn't use it, there is a nice little kitchen area well appointed with dishes, coffeemaker, and cooktop as well as microwave and fridge. Very much appreciated the cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. (It's HOT y'all;) Bathroom has a hair dryer and body wash/shampoo and plenty of towels. Door to the bedroom doesn't close completely (but stays put)...the house has probably settled over the years...it was no big deal. Beautiful neighborhood and very close to campus. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here 2 nights while moving both Aggie daughters into their places for the school year. The property owner was super fast at responding to messages, easily changed my dates, accommodating when I needed anything. Place was so cute and updated. Waters and coffee pods were a nice bonus!!!! Neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

This suite was located in a beautiful neighborhood, down the street from Kyle Field. Loved how it was convenient to get around College Station. Comfy king size bed and easy access in and out, private entrance. Thank you. Amber for sharing your suite!
