Bienvenue dans notre belle maison de style Cape à quelques pas de la plage de la 18e Avenue à Belmar, NJ. Nous avons une maison très confortable - avec toutes les meilleures caractéristiques: Double porche large pour le café du matin, parking hors rue (sans tracas - jusqu'à 3 voitures), une cour arrière ombragée clôturée, table extérieure, grill (charbon de bois et gaz ), cabanon et un must have pour ces longues journées à la plage - une douche extérieure !! Rue tranquille, conviviale et cul-de-sac. Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie, vous pouvez donc prévoir d'amener vos animaux de compagnie pour des vacances à Jersey! Veuillez noter que 4 - Pass plage sont inclus.
Il y a 3 chambres et deux canapés-lits: une reine au rez-de-chaussée, une reine à l'étage, deux lits jumeaux à l'étage et deux canapés-lits dans la salle de jeux. This is our 5th year staying here. After a two year hiatus, the updates were very welcoming. The kitchen update was amazing and the addition of a dishwasher was most welcoming when you feed a crew. Everyday was a beach day. We can’t wait for next year. This house is our home for a week.

This is a very nice house. I can’t think of anything we needed. We had perfect weather and enjoyed the beach everyday which is a short walk, approximately 15 minutes . For our morning walk we went around Lake Como which was only two blocks away and had a comfortable path around the lake.
We were pleasantly surprised by how cool the house was during the hot days. The front porch for morning coffee and the backyard where we sat after dinner while my grandchildren and grand puppy ran off energy, were both perfect.
Great memories were made at this house and I would highly recommend a stay there. Plus we had an internet question and the owner was rapid with a response.

- Gets hot 2nd floor. Could use more air conditioners. Bbq didnt work or hammock & could use upgrade on patio chairs/cushions Bit of walk to beach or tough get parking if driving.

Such a wonderful place to stay and amazing hosts! There was a challenge during our stay but the hosts quickly answered and helped us out. They were incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough :) can’t wait to come back!

Had an amazing long weekend at this cute bungalow. David and Cathlin were the perfect hosts. They were communicative and made check-in and check-out super easy.
The property was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.
Would definitely book again!

Just wrapped up another great stay at this fantastic Bel Mar bungalow. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors... walking distance to the beach, and just a few blocks off Main Street where you'll find lots of restaurants open all year round. Cathlin and David are constantly improving this already adorable spot, with the latest update being a completely renovated kitchen. Loved the addition of a dishwasher, but the best perk about this the Lake Como cottage is the fenced-in yard for people and pups to enjoy. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay at this home in Belmar was very charming totally relaxing even during this bad rain we had the house rental had games, comfortable furniture ,the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very accommodating. Pretty much whatever you would need to cook is available a 10 minute walk to the beach. Location is great. Front porch is wonderful. Backyard is really nice. Looking forward to visiting again,, people go check it out !! The owners, the Shapiros are terrific, communication is super ,getting right back to you when you have a question or concern. 😊

We were in town for nephew's wedding and enjoyed staying at this property. It is an older home that they are working to update and was just fine for our stay. We got to spend some time with both our daughters and our toddler granddaughter. They had everything we needed!

This property was the perfect place for my family to gather together and thoroughly enjoy the last week of summer break. It is a multigenerational property. Meaning from age 2 to age 80, all needs were met. The beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 6 blocks from the beach had everything any of us could have asked for. We had the best time, and a large part of it was where we stayed. Thank you

It’s a short walk to the beach, but it’s very nice and quiet on the street. It’s a great location for walking around the lake and the house has everything you could need and more. We spent a lot of time in the fenced back yard, or on the front porch

The property and the owners were fantastic. The property was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and in a great location. Every question was answered quickly, from directions to restaurant recommendations. The owners made us feel right at home and couldn’t have been nicer. Our family had a wonderful experience at this great location near the quaint Belmar beach. All the extras provided at this location made it one of the easiest and most relaxing places to stay. A true vacation, the front porch was the favorite gathering place for us.

My daughters and I had an incredible week in this house. It was spotless and very comfortable, the pictures were spot on, and it's within very easy walking distance to the beach. It also very close to a number of restaurants and bars, making it the perfect place for us to get away and enjoy all that the area has. We're already planning a trip back next summer.

Loved the property and such a cute house. The area was very peaceful. The best part was that it was walkable to the dog beach and regular beach. There is a walking path around Lake Como which was great! Although the weather wasn’t very cooperative, we still had a great time and the dog loved the fenced in yard! The owners were very responsive with instructions. Definitely will book again!

Arrived at the house first thing I noticed is the street was very quiet. The house was beautiful lovely porch for a coffee or tea in the morning. Kitchen was beautifully updated very clean. Bathroom was nice and updated, bedrooms were bright and comfy. Love the backyard all fenced in super quiet. The shed has everything you need beach chairs cushions for the outside furniture. Lots of grills to cook out neighbors are all super friendly. The house was very clean. Had everything you need very dog friendly, lots of squirrels for them to chase in the back corner up the tree, house is fully stocked. Walking distance to Lake Como and Spring Lake dog beach and Belmar beach. My only suggestion would be replacing the window unit air conditioners with central or split air conditioners and update the electrical box to handle the load. Will definitely return again.

We returned for another great vacation in this cozy beach house. Love the new kitchen and other updates! The house is in a great location and had everything we needed. David and Cathlin are always great to deal with! We will be back!

They have extra dog bowls, a locking/dog proof kitchen garbage, a fenced in yard all the way around back yard, great mud room area to wipe off paws , an optional pet gate if you don’t want them upstairs on the carpeted area , big washers and dryers for easy clean up, a huge couch with big window for squirrel watching.

This was my third time staying at this cozy Bel Mar home and, as usual, it did not disappoint! This home is in a great location... blocks from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unlike other areas of the Jersey Shore, most of the restaurants are open year-round, making this a great "home base" to see other sites in the area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the fenced-in yard is a huge plus for anyone traveling with fur kids. Highly recommend this awesome property and fabulous hosts!

My husband, son and I had a great stay in Belmar. Close to beach , restaurants and shops all with in walking distance. We we also brought along our 3yr old Labrador, the house was very accommodating for pets. Having a fenced in backyard was great and the dog bowls already there is a perfect touch. I would highly recommend this home and will hopefully return to it soon. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The home was clean and lovely. The beach, lake and restaurants are all within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We are grateful for the pet-friendly accommodation as the trip would not have been possible otherwise.

Had a good time at this property. Everything was as described. Great location to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The hosts were great and responded quickly to my questions. I bookmarked the property for future vacations as I will probably visit Jersey a couple times a year.

This is our 4th or 5th stay with David at Cathlins house, so I think that says all I need to! They are always quick to respond and every year when we come back there are new improvements; one year it was a new fence in the back yard,” the next it was new hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. The location is great and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Thanks again for a great stay!
