Cette maison récemment rénovée et récemment décorée dispose de 3 chambres avec leurs propres salles de bains et terrasse donnant sur l'eau. Tout le monde a une mini-suite! La cuisine est fournie avec tout le nécessaire et comprend un tout nouveau four à convection électrique. Les serviettes de plage, les serviettes de salle de bain et la literie sont fournis. Détendez-vous sur la véranda et admirez la vue sur le lac avec une tasse de café (ou une autre boisson préférée). La table sur la véranda est parfaite pour les conversations en famille ou entre amis, les repas et les jeux de société / cartes. The best thing about this property is the view. From the screened in porch, you can see a 180 degree view of a wide part of the lake. The worst thing about the property is that there is no kitchen table at all. When you want to sit down to eat as a group, you have to go to the table on the screened in porch. Sometimes the weather doesn't permit you to go out there, like when it's 95 degrees.

This was our annual family lake vacation. We booked a little early this year so we could celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, and unfortunately we had a cold front move in for a couple of the days, but we still had fun. We enjoyed a trip to a local safari and spent some time shopping in town. The house was perfect for us. Loved that they had fans for all the rooms because we forgot ours and we can’t sleep without them. We also loved the dart board set up downstairs, that was something new for us. We love lake Hartwell and look forward to coming back.

Excellent communication, very well stocked home. Loved the views, the adorable town with great restaurants, the quiet neighborhood , the dock on the lake. House needs a bit of tlc. Quite a few cobwebs, bath tubs were not squeaky clean, needs some work on the ceilings. We had a very lovely time though! So much fun. Super sweet owners.

This is a great location on deep water with great views of the lake. It is in a good, quiet neighborhood, and there is plenty of off street parking space. The bedrooms are well sized & have comfortable beds. There are lots of games and puzzles for guests to use. The owners are very accommmodating and great hosts. Great Place!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect. It is at a great location on the lake with an amazing view from the screened in porch. I spent most of my time there despite the temperature. My husband fished from the dock and we just really enjoyed every minute of it. We will stay here again. It was a very peaceful couple of days.

Perfect for my needs. Brought my boat and ran the entire lake from the headwaters of the Tugaloo, the Damn, and well above Clemson. The screened porch is the perfect hang-out area with ceiling fans to keep cool even during the August heat. Could never get the "X-box" TV system to work, but didn't care. It was nice disconnecting from the world for a few days. The WiFI was fast and reliable.

Nice lake house. Beds slept good. All linens and towels provided. We enjoyed playing at the dock and chairs are provided. Kids loved jumping off the dock. Check in and Check out times awesome, no rush to leave on your last day. I had trouble lighting the gas grill, probably needs the burners and knobs replaced; however, there is charcoal grill downstairs available for use. It took long time to cook food in the oven which I suspect bottom element needs to be replaced. Didn't realize if you hall of the trash to the convenience center to be prepared to pay a couple of bucks. None of this distracted from our stay and overall great place to vacation with your family and we would rent again. Thank you for sharing your home.

My husband and three teens asked for a relaxing vacation, and this was PERFECT! Everyone had personal space AND could come together as a family. The extra boat slip was great for our boat rental. It was very nice to use the provided life vests and float. The top deck was excellent for watching the sun rise/set. Great communication from owners. We loved our time here.

This was our second year renting this amazing house, and we definitely want to make this our annual tradition 😍 This year was even better with the beautiful new back porch lights/fans and the addition of a TV upstairs so that while some were playing X-box downstairs, others could be enjoying a movie upstairs. As for the location, I don’t think you could find a house with a better view on Lake Hartwell as you can watch both the sunrise AND the sunset from the screened in porch or from the top of the two story dock! And speaking of the dock, it has room for both of our boats, our kayak & our paddleboard, and the water level seat makes getting on and off the paddleboard & kayak a breeze. The lake is like glass in the morning, and a super long cove is right around the corner if you don’t want to go out on the big water. The top deck is perfect for sunbathing with a white floor that never gets hot, and there’s rope to tie up your floats to the dock if you just want to relax in the water without floating away! We love the super comfy beds, and having a private bath in every room is so nice. Our kids can enjoy puzzles, games, X-box and darts downstairs while mama & I enjoy relaxing and reading upstairs on the porch or out back on the swing and the guys are catching tons of fish. We love eating all together on the screened in porch, and the open floor plan upstairs is SO beautiful. The hosts are AMAZING and so helpful. They are super quick to respond if you need anything and gracious to share if you’ve forgotten something too! There’s plenty of parking space as we usually bring multiple cars as there’s so much to do in nearby Hartwell. Shopping, eating, a great Crossfit gym (shout out to Contemporary Athletics!) and even a downtown celebration this year to enjoy! We also love that there’s hand-dipped ice cream, boiled peanuts, food, gas, shopping and more less than 5 minutes away. And although it was too hot to enjoy a fire this year, we loved making s’mores last year and sitting around the fire at night 😍 I also love that you’re not rushed to check out in the morning on the last day, as that way you can fully enjoy the sunrise one last time and some time on the lake before packing up to head home after lunch. Love lOvE LOVE this place!!!

For the amount of directions the owners had, they failed to mention the directions for the dishwasher. We spent a day in Savannah overnight and came back the next day. I noticed on a day, that 2 of the deck chairs were unusable. They told us to set them aside. When I went looking for an Apple brick to charge a phone, I found a pair of mens underwear between the wall and bed frame on the box spring. I let the owners know when I found them and all they said was that they were embarrassed. No offer to take the cleaning fee off. Also, bring quarters because you need to pay for trash removal. It’s a beautiful lake and just giving anyone a heads up if you want to rent.

It was amazing being at the lake. The owners told us about one of the marinas near the lake house and we ended up staying a extra day and renting a boat and stayed on the lake all day! They were very helpful especially letting us add another day to our visit. My family of 6 were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a armadillo that scared us the 1st night there lol. It made so much noise we thought it had to be a big animal but it wasn't. Geat property, beautiful views, and helpful owners made it a great weekend getaway!

We celebrated my son's 17th birthday by taking him and 5 of his friends to the lake, and this house was perfect. Adults (my wife and I) had the upstairs with a great view of the lake from the screened-in porch, and the boys had the downstairs with the TV, dart board, and bunk beds. The double decker dock was a huge hit as well. I highly recommend this great lake house.

We rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s 13th birthday. We had friends and family with us. The house was great! There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed enjoyed the lake everyday. The landing was super close and it was convenient to dock our boat at the house. We drove into downtown Hartwell two nights and had a great time there as well. We would definitely rent again.

The Lake House was the perfect get away! We so enjoyed coffee and meals on the screened in porch and our time on the two level dock. The house is cozy with ample space upstairs and downstairs plus screened in porch and multiple decks and fire pit. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like nice linens, cozy blankets, plenty of soft towels and a bowl with otc medicines just in case (band aids, ibuprofen, calamine lotion, aloe, etc). We also enjoyed playing cards downstairs in the game room. We are already planning to come back for more days next time! Laura was a great host and very responsive to our questions before, during and after.

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Such a warm and cozy feeling. The view of the lake was amazing. Some of the appliances need to be updated (refrigerator) and the patio furniture cushions were very stained so they need to be replaced but the overall experience was amazing! Will definitely stay her again.
