Bienvenue dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de New Paltz! Près de Mohonk Preserve et du parc national Minnewaska, ainsi que de New Paltz et Gardiner. Nous nous sentons très chanceux d’offrir un appartement neuf et privé avec 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain qui peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes au deuxième étage de notre maison de transport. Le plan d'étage ouvert, de hauts plafonds et de grandes fenêtres offrent un espace lumineux et spacieux pouvant accueillir 4 adultes confortablement. La chambre a un lit queen size et beaucoup d'espace de rangement avec de belles vues de l'étang. Il y a un futon dans le salon avec une très confortable matelas queen size avec un placard plus petit. Vous pourrez le ventre à la barre tout en préparant un repas dans la cuisine. La cuisine est équipée d'épices de base, des huiles, du café et du thé. Il y a un petit balcon dans le salon pour prendre l'air ou vous asseoir et boire un verre. Le balcon donne sur le patio en pierre bleue avec gril à gaz et foyer. Dînez en plein air sur le balcon ou le patio. La salle de bain a une machine à laver, sèche-linge, sèche-cheveux et beaucoup d'articles de toilette.
Profitez des vues de saison de l'appartement. Sentez-vous libre de faire une promenade autour de la propriété de 5 acres et profitez de belles vues panoramiques toute l’année sur la crête ou de moments calmes au bord de l’étang. Sortez vous promener, courir ou faire du vélo dès votre porte, traversez le quartier et admirez la vue sur la crête le long du chemin.
Notre emplacement est idéal pour un accès rapide et facile à la réserve de Mohonk Preserve et au parc national Minnewaska, ainsi que pour explorer New Paltz et Gardiner.
Notre famille de 4 + 1 cabots et un chat d'intérieur vivent dans la maison voisine. Nous sommes sûrs de fournir à nos clients la confidentialité, mais on peut souvent les trouver autour de la propriété pour répondre à toutes vos questions ou préoccupations, et bien sûr, ils sont toujours disponibles par téléphone cellulaire. Les deux logements sont Energy Star et ont été construits en 2016.

Our stay was a halfway place between two Christmas family visits. View of the Gunks! The walk up was cozy and clean. Coffee maker and everything else you might need. The biggest bathtub I have ever seen! Heavenly! Jamie was awesome. Check in easy. She was flexible and let us arrive a bit early. And when we had a problem with the Tv, she fixed it right away. Wish we had time to explore the area! We would come back!

We enjoyed our stay over thanksgiving holiday! Bed and futon were very comfortable, and kitchen was nicely appointed. This neighborhood is very dark on a moonless night so we appreciated the motion sensor lighting and ease of parking. Property has beautiful views and lots of forest. We look forward to a future visit!!

Loved staying here. It was an adorable, clean place. New and perfectly decorated and maintained. Enjoyed the private patio off our stoop to relax by the fire pit. The owner was so easy to work with. And the bed was sooooo comfy! Just know there is a young family on property, which we didn't know so you may hear and feel doors slamming (as the breezeway to the apartment is connected to their home) and hear kids yelling at times which we weren't expecting. Otherwise, a perfect getaway spot with nice views!

Adorable and Close to Preserve/Parks
Loved this place. My husband and I (and our dog) really enjoyed this cute walk up in a beautiful setting. Close to spectacular hiking and biking. Spotless, great hosts, excellent value, great location. Could not ask for more. Check out the German restaurant nearby- great beer and food. We will be back!

A GEM in the Gunks!
My weekend was a Mothers's Day gift, so I could rest, relax and do what I love most=HIKE! The location was idyllic, the place was very comfortable with central A/C and it had all the amenities of home. The hosts, Jamie and James, were very nice and the keyless check in process was the best yet! Looking forward to staying there again.

The location was ideal for us, split between the town of New Paltz and Lake Minnewaska State Park. A short 15 minute drive would get you to either location if interested in shopping in town or exploring the trails at Lake Minnewaska. The Mohonk Preserve was also nearby with several options to explore the outdoors.
The walk-up was just the perfect size as the area above the garage provided a living room, dining area, bathroom and bedroom. All furniture was in excellent condition. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed as we prepared dinner there every night during our stay.
The view driving to the walk-up and behind the home is incredible, especially in the morning as the light reflects off the Shawangunk Mountains.

We had a wonderful time here over Thanksgiving. We cooked in the fully-equipped kitchen and really enjoyed relaxing in the walk-up. Our dog particularly enjoyed running around the property. Close to hiking, rock climbing, and downtown New Paltz. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great Stay
The property was perfect for our weekend getaway with our pup. It was even nicer than I expected! Very clean space and conveniently located to hiking, wineries, and downtown New Paltz. Would stay here again!

Gorgeous private apartment in a beautiful location
The Ridge View Walk up is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a very private, quiet, well-appointed suite with everything you need for a weekend away in the Hudson Valley. It's about 2 miles outside the town of New Paltz and between it and Gardiner in a beautiful valley. This property is new and sparkling clean. Very cozy for our family of 3 and pup who got to come along. It is in a perfect location to explore the Mohonk Preserve and Lake Minnawaska State Park, both beautiful with very nice trails, as well as many other trails around the "Gunks". Many other small towns along the Catskills and Hudson Valley are also close by, such as Woodstock. Jamie was easily accessible via VRBO messaging, cell phone and lives on the property if you really need her. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay
We really enjoyed staying here .....very private and yet close to everything.
It was a great location to visit the New Platz , Wallkill area..very close to many beautiful trails and cute towns .
The accommodations were excellent, very clean and cozy .. very new and crisp. Pretty views , beautiful yard .Keyless entry that worked wonderfully. One can walk in and feel right at home .
Jamie is adorable... available, but left us to ourselves.
We hope to visit again this great accommodation.

Wonderfully, modern apartment
My husband, toddler and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place in Gardiner. The apartment was modern and clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the coffee in the cupboard every morning and the washer and dryer (so we could keep up with our dirties). We even enjoyed the outside when we took our toddler outside a few times to play. Jamie was awesome to communicate with. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely choose your place again when we make it back to NY. :)

Lovely quiet stay in a beautiful setting
This area is my favorite playground and I feel lucky to have found Jamie's carriage house set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a view of the Shawangunk Ridge. The carriage house is new construction and immaculate. I very much enjoyed the outdoor seating too. There is only a short car ride to Minnewaska State Park, Mohonk House or Preserve, and the town of New Paltz. I will come back often for sure!

Amazing walk up
This was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I. Everything was described perfectly and it is definitely bigger than it looks in the picture. It was only a 5 min drive in to town and vey close to great hiking and all of the vineyards in the area. It is new and clean and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Gunks Location for Climbing
Jamie has built a beautiful one bedroom apartment above the garage of her lovely new home, five minutes from the Trapps. This is a quiet spot, and an ideal location for a climbing trip to the Gunks. The kitchen and living room appointments are top notch, and while attached to the main house, has a separate entrance and feels quite private - Highly Recommended!

Great Little Hideaway in the Woods
Really enjoyed our stay in New Paltz. The walk up was very well appointed - really good use of space. It's about 4 miles out of town, in a very quiet location with great views, and although the owners live next door, you wouldn't know it. Jamie was very welcoming and helpful, but not overly intrusive. The only thing to suggest is that with such a great kitchen a few more utensils would have been useful.

Exceeded our expectations!!
From the moment we arrived, Jamie was right there to welcome us "home". And what a lovely little home it was! Everything was super clean and so modern. The kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were all well chosen. One of the first things my husband and I said to each other was that we could actually live in a place just like this! Each morning we enjoyed jogging and in the afternoons we leisurely strolled the neighborhood. Found some great places to eat close-by and fun, eclectic shopping too! Although the mornings were still quite cold, the apartment was so well insulated that we didn't notice it one bit. Thank you so so much. Great time and great memories. Already planning on our return trip!!!
