Descendez des pistes et dans votre confortable studio / condo, directement sur Park City Mountain Resort. Notre condo a été mis à jour avec des murs et des armoires fraîchement peints, plus de lumières ajoutées, une nouvelle porte de douche et le meilleur encore un nouveau MATELAS BEAUTYREST Sealy et le meilleur des canapés-lits gigognes sans canapé. Le canapé-lit, c'est comme dormir sur un vrai lit sans le matelas et les barres flasques qui vous tiennent debout toute la nuit. Le condo offre toutes les commodités dont un couple ou une petite famille pourrait avoir besoin.
Vous dormirez comme un ange dans le lit escamotable queen Beautyrest pour 2 personnes, avec un canapé-lit gigogne NO BAR pour 2 personnes de plus. Il y a une cuisine STUDIO complète avec une table à manger, une cafetière, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un four et une cuisinière, ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur / congélateur. Le centre de divertissement a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, ainsi que des lecteurs DVD / CD.
Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stockage avec une commode pleine grandeur, 1 placard et un porte-skis. Notre foyer à bois au gaz vous réchauffe après une longue journée de ski, et le balcon offre un bel espace extérieur pour regarder toute l'action sur la place de la montagne ci-dessous.
La station de Park City Mountain accueille les enfants de tous âges, avec des montagnes russes alpines toute l'année, une patinoire saisonnière et d'autres manèges et équipements pour enfants sur le thème des saisons. En hiver, vous pouvez faire une promenade en traîneau tiré par des chevaux dans un restaurant au sommet de la montagne (ce livre vite!). Pas besoin de quitter la montagne.
Mais si vous souhaitez explorer Park City, nous avons un bus de la ville qui vous emmènera dans toute la ville (Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, etc.) toute la journée, tous les jours - GRATUITEMENT. Le point de ramassage est juste à l'extérieur de notre complexe.
Nous avons un parking couvert gratuit, un accès à la piscine intérieure / extérieure, un jacuzzi intérieur au bout du couloir, un accès au centre de remise en forme / salle de sport, une laveuse et une sécheuse à pièces pratiques et une machine à glace. WIFI GRATUIT, TROP.

This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to be steps away from the lifts, restaurants, and shopping at Park City Mountain Resort. Heated underground parking is a plus.
Although we ate out at the nearby restaurants, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. The bed was comfortable and overall I really liked the condo.
The bus stop is just outside the complex and was free to ride into town and many other places, so you don't really need your vehicle once you get there.
Management was very quick to answer my questions.

We have stayed in the Lodge many times in various units. The convenience to the ski lifts is second to none. This unit was clean and well maintained, and communication with Holly was great. The unit is small but manageable for me, my wife and my son. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was functional. We made breakfast daily, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Great communication with the host. Great location for skiing steps away from the lift. We had a great time. Quiet condo. I would recommend replacing one of the frying pans and kettle. I would highly recommend this place for 2 people.

The location and communication for this property were unmatched. Great onsite parking and a short walk to the main PC slopes were very convenient. The property manager made the check-in/out process very clear and I felt up-to-date the entire time. I would highly recommend this property for an individual or couple looking to stay in Park City year-round.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in mid-December. I skied while she stayed in the condo and read. The location was great because I could come in and have lunch in the condo, rest a bit, and go back out in the afternoon. It was a short walk to the base and the lifts. The Murphy bed was fine and we had everything we needed.

The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better. Convenient for rental shop, ski in/ski out, few restaurants, and bus to Main Street. It was our first time in Park City and can't wait to visit again!

We loved staying at this property. Check in was very straightforward and Holly and her husband were very responsive and amazing hosts. This condo is in the perfect location, just seconds away from the ski lifts and walkable distance to downtown.

Truly no better location for skiing Park City mountain, the convenience can’t be beat, will stay again and again! That said, a couple things for owner/management to consider, would have really appreciated Kleenex’s & body lotion, typical hotel offerings. Only other “concern” is was a few of the glasses had chips/cracks so should likely be tossed and replaced for renters safety. Again, minor things to ensure 100% satisfaction but highly recommend regardless!

Great location. Not so great condo
You can’t beat the location and ease of parking in the garage. The condo is a perfect size for a couple or small family. The condo itself is in desperate need of some attention. The ceilings and walls need to be painted. The ceiling of the bathroom is covered by plastic boards to cover up some damage that has not been fixed. The doors to vanities and kitchen cabinets are almost hanging off their hinges. The clothing console is falling apart. The building itself is pretty run down too. The check in process was easy and property manager was very accommodating.

Perfect for skiing
You can't get any closer to the lift than this. This condo is so convenient. The unit is clean and has everything you need, as advertised. Being able to park right underneath the condo building makes it so easy! No more waiting in line for the drop-off line or taking the shuttle with all your ski gear. If you want to go to Main St, just hope on the free shuttle! So easy. Great value! The host was super responsive and helpful! Can't wait to return.

Wonderful Studio
The wife and I stayed at this property in January 2022 and we were very happy with the location and the condition of the room. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the room set up was ideal for two people. There is a large hot tub down the hall and a medium hot tub one floor up in the building. There is an indoor/outdoor pool and additional hot tubs in the building next door (we used them all). The "free" city bus system picks up right in front of the building so getting around town is easy. The manager was easy contact by email and/or text.

Great stay, great location
This place was perfect, I stayed there alone but can easily accommodate more if needed. Couldn’t ask for a better location, on and off the mountain and easy shuttle ride to Main Street. Appliances were great. Easily accessible gym and hot tubs.

The property was as advertised. I stayed the summer, when things are very quiet (almost ghost town like) in the area by the place. Probably quite different in ski season. There was a slight issue with the bedding (missing pillow cases), but the owner/manager was extremely quick in fixing it.

Perfect stay
The location of this condo is perfect, just steps away from lifts. We enjoyed taking a break in the middle of the day and being able to grab lunch or a snack in our condo.

Great location!
The studio unit needs updating, but it’s clean and you don’t spend that much time there if you’re skiing all day. An indoor hot tub is just a few doors down the hallway. The property manager, Holly, is very responsive, usually within 30 minutes. It’s just a short walk to the Payday lift, and to free city transportation. You don’t need to rent a car, but if you do, there’s free convenient covered parking below the condo.

Convenient ski in/out at Park City Mountain Resort.
We have stayed at this location on several ski trips. The owner is great to work with and highly recommend! The location is very convenient to the ski resort and the free bus service gets you to downtown Park City and other areas.

Excellent value
Holly provides the best value for a stay in Park City. Clean, comfortable and accessible to literally everything Park City has to offer. We were very pleased to see the pool and hot tubs were open during this time and being used responsibly. Highly recommended!

Good location
The studio is located in a nice area at the base of the ski slopes. Mexican restaurant at bottom of steps good and convenient. Pool facilities with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing I can complain about was the Portable AC unit. It is loud and the vent that connects to the outside wasn't secured, so I had to keep messing with it for it to not come off. The balcony's floor wasn't swept, there was a cigarette butt and dirt. Ceiling in bathroom and living room need to be painted. Microwave and stove need to be updated. Besides these minor things we enjoyed our stay at this studio.

Our Stay
It was a little tricky trying to find our way in, but once we found our way to the condo it was easy. The condo is located very close to the ski rentals and most importantly the slopes. It makes it very easy to comeback to the condo mid afternoon for a lunch break.

Easy walking access to lifts. Bus system picks up right outside the condo to go downtown. Condo is perfect for two people and the kitchenette was perfect to make breakfast. Great coffee place downstairs. Would stay again

Close to the slopes
Very close to slopes to get right on payday or crescent lift to go up the mountain. Murphy bed was comfortable but pull out was a little more firm and uncomfortable. Owner was responsive to get everything we need through a text. Overall a good place to stay in park city.

Great spot and walkable to everything you need
We had four adults in here! We unpacked our bags and stowed them away and hung all of our gear up to keep things organized. You can't beat the location. So close to the mountain, but also rentals, and walkable to Main Street and more restaurants.

Convenient Ski In/Ski Out Studio
We have stayed at this property three times in the last four years and we have been very happy with the Studio and the service. The owner has been very responsive and when possible has permitted early and late check in/out. The location is convenient to the Park City slopes and the free bus system.
