Our 2nd visit to Paloma Finesse and we also stayed in Paloma Orenda in 2022. The hotel is perfect for a family with children: decent aquapark, territory and kids club. The staff is always friendly. No issues with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can find available even on the first line new the sea or pool.

I would increase number of reservations per week in restaurants (Med, Beach club). Sometimes, the cleaning service wasnt good enough - dirty floor, havent added tea bags/ coffee, toiletries, towels. Breakfast porridge was overcooked

The whole structure is very well maintained. The gardens are beautiful and well taken care of. The aircon is very silent. Once inside the room, no noise can be heard from outside nor neighbors so rooms are very silent & peaceful. The buffet restaurant exceeded all expectations; made on spot food, tasty, enormous variation of food for ALL TASTES. Fresh salad buffet with lots of choice. Baby food & Infant Milk (Aptamil) available for guests with baby. Without hesitation the best food I have ever had in a hotel.

Bathroom is very small. The food at the MED kitchen could be improved (except the ceviche), the food at the MED doesn't match the hotel standard. I sent 3 emails to request a baby cot in the room but never got an answer, I assumed there wasn't any...but I asked it for the 2nd night and they brought it right away. I think when there's an infant in the reservation they should automatically add one or ask the guest prior arrival or even at the check in. We were asked for tips by the concierge who showed us the room at arrival which is a bit annoying when you've travelled the whole day and he didn't do much to deserve it honestly.

Very nice and clean rooms, most of the staff were helpful and smiling. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful. The aquapark is great, only in the part for smaller children - it would be better if the water didn't splash everywhere, my younger son was afraid and even then the water was icy, and when we went with the children on the smaller water slides, you couldn't go to the top, so you wouldn't be completely wet. The other water slides were awesome. I would also highlight the possibility of renting sunbeds in the first row by the pool. From the beginning I was skeptical that something had to be paid, but it's great. For a small fee of 10 euros per day you can come to the pool at any time and you always have a lounge by pool side to yourself, comfortable and in the best position for the sun. The other guests went already in the morning to fill the sunbeds with towels, so if you came later, you were looking for places in the last rows.

We had high expectations, unfortunately we were a little disappointed compared to other hotel in Turkey. The beach umbrellas were in a bad condition - rusty and without hooks. In the children's corner, the animators were not very sympathetic. They gave to the children coloring books, when I asked if the son could get white paper, they said they didn't have any. The other son didn't even want to go to face painting. They were only there once and we didn't put them there again. I couldn't take fruit from breakfast on a plate for the children to the pool, even though there was no problem taking a plate 20m across from the bistro building, but only with desserts or pastries. Unfortunately, they only offered fruit next to the ice cream stand for one day during our entire stay. Minidisco for children was only 15 minutes.

the grounds and aesthetic of the property was fantastic

there was no iron , if you want to iron your clothes you have to pay for dry cleaning . the food was basic and was the same everyday . we was never told about the a la carte restaurants you could book and when we did find out we only managed to book one . the spa is very overpriced and the workers are not that pleasant or informative

Very good restaurant, very large thinly-populated territory. Exceptional for relaxed stay. Wifi works fine most of stay duration.

Beetles in bathroom some days. A bit slow waiters sometimes. Loud morning territory cleanup. Large but very simple non-scary aqua park. That's good but I've expected much more thrilling slides)

Beautiful hotel, everything you look at. Wide range of high quality food for any choice, we had an amazing chef experience at one of the alacart restaurants, would definitely come back. Even though the hotel was full, we never actually felt that it was crowded. Also the people who come to the hotel were very calm.

Our cleaner didn't come even when we requested, had to wait. Also we could hear some noise from the dj, but that's because we had a front seaview that they gave as as an upgrade us for free upon arrival.
