The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a good location, parking for our car and it was walking distance to the city center.

The only thing that was a bit painful was the key for getting into the building was a copy and it was very hard to unlock the door. We had to fiddle with the lock every time we got back to the apartment. We only figured out on our last day that you have to pull it out of the lock about 1 cm in order to get it to work. Until that point, getting the door unlocked was super frustrating.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. A lot of facilities were provided and we were able to make our own meal a few nights. Not a bad location, nearby small supermarket for food and essentials.

Good communication with the host before we arrived in Vicenza. However, the meeting point was not very well discussed in advanced, and we expected them to be waiting for us outside but we had to wait for the host instead, not knowing where we were.
