Two families from Texas that are pretty discerning and this home was fantastic! So much so we booked two weeks for the summer as well!
Loved everything about it. Fit two families with teenage boys who really appreciated the larger beds (not twins). We’ve stayed in Rendezvous for 10+ years this is definitely one of the best.
Probably only drawback is the only TV is downstairs and this was during the college football playoffs so that was dicey for two families from Southlake Texas….so we just brought a TV with us and we’re set. Obviously we drove.
Seriously, Becky Shaw, the host was above and beyond and the home didn’t disappoint. And the views!!! Great from all the porches! This might be our spot from here on out!

Everyone in our group loved the house. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the beds were comfy.
The views were incredible, and the garage was tall enough to fit our SUV with a gear box on top.
We would definitely stay here again when we go to WP.

We had a great time in this house. It had the comforts of home, along with many of the kitchen gadgets and tools. The beds were comfortable, the layout of the house was awesome to let in some fresh air, sit on the deck and enjoy the views (without direct sun entering the massive windows). We would love to live here…our time flew by

Overall, a great house and location. The base of the main floor toilets were a bit dirty and we found an old, dirty washcloth in a drawer in the main floor master, which is why I rated cleanliness a 4 out of 5, but everything else was great.

Great house with wonderful views. The layout is perfect for a large group - we had eight adults. Everyone had their own space and the large dining room table brought everyone together at night! Perfect space for a winter get-away

This lovely home suited our large family beautifully. We especially appreciated that all bedrooms had queen beds and not a bunch of bunk beds (which no longer meet the needs of our adult children). Kitchen was well-equipped, heated garage was awesome, Sonos sound system a real bonus (!), and just a wonderful place all around.

Perfect house for our rescheduled Christmas family trip. (Southwest Airlines melt down). It had everything we needed. The view of the mountains and valley was great. Heated garage is a plus.

Incredible views from almost every room in the home include beautiful panomic views from large kitchen/living area. Kitchen is very well equipped and has high quality appliances which aided all the cooking and baking we did. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Very nice art and photography on the walls. We had a great visit.

High scale home, beautiful view of Winter Park, Frazier area and beautiful view of mountain range across the valley. Aspen were just turning, had deer and fox visit the yard - wonderful place to vacation.

Amazing vacation home
I stayed in this rental in September with a group of high school friends. We’re 30 years+ past high school and we had the best time sitting around the huge table and laughing while enjoying the beautiful scenery. We saw deer several mornings! The place is very spacious and the four of us each had our privacy as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home
The house is simply gorgeous! We had a family Thanksgiving and Birthday celebration. Our group had 10 adults and 3 small children and there was plenty of room in this home for everyone to have their own space and privacy.
The large kitchen and dining area made it perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner.
The views from this home are breathtaking, we are from this area and miss the lovely Rocky Mountains.
The location is convenient to easily get to Winter Park and Fraser.
The only thing that I can say that wasn't great about this home was the driveway to the house. It had just snowed a little and the drive has a steep turn and there is a drop off on the right of the drive. After manurering it a few times and snow melted it wasn't so bad.
We recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family home.

Gorgeous Home, Incredible Views, Close to Town
This wonderful home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in the mountains with our family. It was immaculate upon arrival and Becky, the property manager, was quick to respond when I had a question. We spent much of our time on the deck admiring the mountain views and the starry, starry sky at night. The furnishings throughout the house were very comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time admiring all of the wonderful artwork all throughout the house.
The kitchen was well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and private, but restaurants and grocery stores were conveniently close, just 1-2 miles away. We highly recommend!

The house met all of our expectations. The house was clean and had a wonderful view off the porch looking to the SW. We saw fox and mule deer around the property.

Amazing weekend Rendevous
Prior to arrival never having been to Winter Park I was worried if this location made sense. Turns out it was PERFECT. The location is literally less then 5 minutes to the ski parking lot. Less then 5 minutes to the food store but beat of all - elevated on the mountain side affording the most spectacular views. The physical space is impeccably clean and extremely well maintained with high end finishes. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and host extremely organized. Can’t wait to stay again.

Buyer beware they charge a full deposit and not a hold and now we have left 2 weeks later and have not received a refund after leaving property in perfect condition. When contacting expedia they just say contact home away. I would not use expedia for home rentals.

Wedding weekend
We had a wonderful 4 night stay for our son and daughter in law's wedding. The view from the living room and master is nothing short of amazing. The house was lovely and spacious for our 6 person party. This is our go-to place for every trip back. The very large kitchen had almost everything we needed (maybe a cooking sheet, pie plate, wine glasses). The beds were super comfy with wool blankets. Homemade quilts and throws everywhere was a nice touch. The art is so incredible, its like a mini gallery!

Christmas trip
Overall the home is amazing. For the price the futon in the TV room down stairs was very uncomfortable for watching TV. The upstairs furniture was nice and very comfortable the downstairs was not. We really liked not having a TV upstairs. Bedrooms were great. No Christmas decorations. No hot tub. For the price find another location. Just to plain for the money.

What an amazing house! The views are phenomenal and it’s a short drive from winter park resort. The large kitchen, dining area, and living room worked well for our group of eight adults. Highly recommended!
