We loved this house. We had between 25-30 people stay for a week, and everyone seemed satisfied with the house. So conveniently located, near the beach, Bouleneaus, ice cream, and shops. Everyone loved having their own private bathroom. House was in good shape overall. Floor could have been cleaner. Would have also been great to have a 1/2 bath near kitchen

The house was great, despite no closets/dressers for clothing. Cleaning crew MUST do a better job, not rush for the next guests. House is in walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, water activities and other stores. New pool chairs are needed as well as chairs on decks to allow guests to enjoy the views. Wow, where do I start? This place is everything you can ask for, which in my case was a bachelor party. Had a pool, grill, enough space to comfortably sleep my party of 24 & actually had space for 5-10 comfortably. All plates, utensils, and all cooking pots and pans were provided. Check in and out was easy and the communication was great all around! WOULD book again & WOULD suggest to anyone looking for a place like this one!

We have been having annually family reunions for about the last 5 years. Our ages range from 60-85 so individual bedrooms and specifically individual bedrooms are extremely important and very difficult to find. This property fit the bill well. It’s close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants.
The only reason I marked the cleanliness a little low is because I’m a sock wearer in the house and I found the floors a little dirty but I asked for a mop and a bucket and I mopped our bedroom floor. Being that close to the beach, I’m sure it’s hard to keep the floors “sock” clean.
Communication was unbelievably awesome. The management company was extremely responsive and so accommodating.
Thanks to Together Resorts, we had another very successful reunion.
If anyone has any ideas of lodging that would accommodate 10-12 bedrooms/baths (cabins) anywhere in the US that is relatively easy to travel to, I’d love to hear about them. The one issue we discovered with Myrtle Beach is it doesn’t have real good airport connections.

This was a great house for a large family gathering. Loved having 14 rooms and private bathrooms. Everyone had their privacy. It is a block off from the beach and close to many restaurants. Communications were great, they always answered my questions fairly quick. The house could use a little TLC. We had a few issues with some of the toilets. They sent maintenance out. It was not immaculate as far as being clean, but for a large house that probably has lots of guests all the time it is hard to keep everything pristine. I would overall still recommend this property for large gatherings.

My family selected this property for our 2022 Christmas trip and we were pleased. This property was amazing, convenient, clean, and it was large enough for our family. The property manager was very helpful and solved any problem we had which was only learning how this work stuff in the house. This property has an elevator which we needed for our older family member. If you’re looking for a property for a large group this property would be an amazing.

Stay away if you don’t want to walk up and down a lot of stairs. I stayed here with family on a three night stay. I had elderly people with me and thought this would be a good place to stay since it’s like twenty one of us and it has an elevator. Well we arrived the first night and the elevator wasn’t working. I was told someone would be out the next morning to fix it. Well 12:00 PM came and no one came out. I reached out to the office and was told someone will be out shortly. I then received a call stating someone came out and the part wouldn’t be in for another two days. To be honest the elevator looks like it never works but I could be wrong. It just doesn’t look safe. The floors could also use a good cleaning and there’s holes in some of the walls. One of the tubs upstairs drains out really slow and a lot of other things (too many to name).

We booked a large house in Myrtle Beach for a company retreat. A few weeks before, the company informed us that the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed for months. We asked for a refund or credit and they offered to switch us to another location but didn’t give any guidance as to how it compared to location/set up of our current unit. Thankfully we didn’t have an employee who needed the elevator, so we stayed with the current location but then had a Covid outbreak before the event and had to cancel. Together Resorts refused to offer a refund or even a credit for the over $10k we spent with them. They said “this is why we tell you to get trip insurance” which we had a they refused to honor our request because we couldn’t provide doctor’s notes for all of the infected employees. Please do not waste your money on a company that just wants to take your money, provide shoddy locations and not work with you to build a relationship.

Family Beach Vacay
The pros: large home that can accommodate a very large party. The location was good, across from beach access and in walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Great kitchen table and theater room. The cons: House needs some tender loving care. A few things around the house were broken, ie: towel bars coming out of the wall, freezer door handle comes off if of the refrigerators, elevator was broken and the hot needed to be turned on daily at the convenience of the property and not the renter, the last night they didn’t even come out to heat the hot tub. A lot of rules on the “do nots” with a hefty dollar amount associated with items that were essentially already broken. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property left a little to be desired, if shoes were not worn your feet would be disgustingly dirty. Other than that we had a great time with family and friends.

Perfect place for a large group!
This house is the perfect setup for multiple families. We had 9 families and had plenty of space for everyone! Being able to have the pool heated was an added bonus. A block from the beach, just a short walk to the stores and restaurants on the beach and a quick drive to all sorts of activities.

My family and I have been to MB many summers and rent properties to stay in. This house was definitely not my best experience and far from my favorite. The property was large enough to hold all us but I would not say comfortably... each room had little to no space for luggage and walking (pack LIGHT). The vents were filthy upon arrival and there was mold in the bathrooms. Management sent someone to clean and offered to “paint over” the mold. Our decks were pretty much out of service because a step was loose and HAD to be repaired while we were there. We were able to enjoy a construction site, loud tools, and caution tape for the duration of our stay. The house was not what I expected after seeing the pictures, talking to Susan, and paying the large amount of money to stay. My family always makes the best of vacation but I’m pretty sure we won’t use this house or Together Resorts again.

Appliances show age, dryers not working properly. Bedrooms are very small. Floors were very dirty, cannot go bare foot. Media room was useless after 2 days, projector bulb burnt out and needed to order, we could not watch movie the rest of the time.

Church Family Retreat
Our group absolutely loved our venue. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our Family Retreat wonderful. The media room was perfect for family games and our Sunday morning devotional fellowship. The enormous kitchen island was the daily meeting place that allowed family activities even while we cooked. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We are already planning our next event there and would highly recommend for family and friend events. Oh and the sunrise from the front window is spectacular!! And it’s right across the street from the beach. You will not be disappointed.

Property was very nice. The wifi didn't work well and needs to be upgraded. There were some cleaning issues, however the staff responded appropriately and resolved the issue. A property that can sleep 50 should have more amenities for the price, something other than just a billards table. The pool is nice but of course in the winter there is an extra fee for having it heated. The kids enjoyed the pool. Property is in an excellent location. A few additional attention to details could make this a phenomenal destination. Upgrade wifi, assure cleaning of ceiling fans and filters are changed, dressers or something that clothes can be put in so a person is not living out of a suitcase for an entire week and additional amenities within the property. These would really enhance. All that said, the people you travel with really make the trip and we had great time with family. Each room having it's own bathroom is definitely a plus.

The rental was amazing! Everything was very clean and exceeded all of our very high expectations. We loved how close we were to the beach which made it all that more comfortable of a stay. We were able to plan a vacation for a large group so easily thanks to all the help from Susan and Melisa. If I were booking another trip in the area, I would definitely choose Together Resorts again.
