Everything was great, although needs to be fumigated (had to dispose of a couple cockroaches)

We had 6 children and 5 adults and the house still felt Roomy . The location is unbelievable, right across a 2 lane street from the beach . We used the kitchen and grill for most of our meals, Costco is about 30 min away . The beds are comfy, the view from the deck gorgeous , the beach and water perfect . Love this house and would rent it again in a minute .

We enjoyed our stay. Kids especially enjoyed the pool.

House is sits in a perfect location. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and more importantly across from beach. Spacious for a large family or group of friends. Mattresses need to be replaced for all beds. Kitchen has most tools but it's a treasure hunt for what you need. House is in need of some love both inside and out but again location and space is amazing.

Needs more detail cleaning. Very dusty. NEW Mattresses needed desperately.

This property is in a good location and has good bones and a great view but it needs some serious updating. The floor in one of the queen bedrooms has bad water damage & is about to fall through, the beds need to be replaced, the dryer needs to be replaced, bugs of every kind were about. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job, someone left their underwear on the laundry room floor, socks and other items were under the beds, the shower curatins were full of mildew. It was just not a very clean place. I have rented through VBRO for several years and this is by far the worst house we have ever rented.

I can't say enough about the location! Everything we needed was just around the corner. The ocean was easily accessible. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The ocean views from the family room and deck were beautiful.

We loved the house! It was so convenient to be able to walk to restaurants and grocery store! The kitchen is well stocked and it is a plus to have a bathroom in each bedroom when everyone is getting ready for an evening out. Some attention needs to be directed to the mattress’ , we all had problems with them being uncomfortable, and the porches outside and outside furniture are in need in need of a good power wash.

We all had amazing time the house was worth the trip the views from all angles of the house to the beach steps away next time we will stay longer

Great location perfect space for family and friends! Everyone had their own bathroom… living room, eating area and kitchen was very spacious! Loved the decks & view! Pool was also a great option.. everything we needed was in walking distance!

Perfect location and easy access to beach. Clean and spacious. Elevator was convenient too. Only wish was able to have keyless entry and not have to pick up / drop off keys and linen to property management office.

The location of the property was ideal! Access to the beach was great and it was also very nice to be able to walk to the grocery store. Everyone in our family had their own bedroom and bath which was ideal for us. The third level is where we spent a lot of our time inside. It was very nice, spacious and loved the color of the room, so relaxing! We also enjoyed spending time on the porch. The view was awesome and loved having areas both covered and open. The only drawbacks were that some of the bathroom sinks did not drain well, the air return needed cleaning and the shower curtain liner in the 3rd floor bathroom had mold/ mildew on it. Also, the water temperature in the showers was not as warm as we would prefer. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation for us and we would be happy to stay again!

Our group was 6 adult women on a week's getaway and it truly was. Starting with coffee & mimosas to ending with a nightcap on the top balcony listening to the ocean. It couldn't get any better. Rooms with private bathrooms made getting ready to go out so much easier. The elevator helped get our luggage, groceries and supplies to the right floor so convenient. Everything was in walking distance too. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful time with a lot of good friends. The house was in the perfect location, And had everything we needed. Our lady's definitely want to book the same house again next year.

House was very nice

Proximity to beach, local grocery store, and liquor store were all just steps away. Heated pool was a bonus since we picked the one weekend when it was chilly to travel. The bottom level with rooms were chilly but it was great that they were spacious and all had bathrooms. All in all good stay and would recommend.

Great location....nice view from the living room . Property owner was always a call away if you needed anything .

Overall we loved this house. The pull out sofa beds aren’t great for adults, so I wouldn’t plan on full size people sleeping on those. The main living space is great, the two balconies are great for creating some space, and the pool is an excellent perk.

The house was beautiful, roomy and a great location in walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream! The kids and adults had a great time in the large pool and enjoying the ocean breezes on the large decks. Much needed together time after this crazy year.

You can easily put 3 families or 5 couples in this house. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The location has easy access to the beach and right next to a grocery store. The main road is very busy if you have kids with you. The elevator did not work while we were there. The owner was responsive and apologetic.

Would like to rent again next year, location was great.

We had a wonderful time at Charleston Court 10. Except for a few minor issues with the appliances, which the owner said would be addressed, everything at the house was great. The elevator was a god send for getting unloaded and then again when loading up to leave. The house was roomy and so full of light. the new mattresses were very comfy. We loved every minute of it. Just a tip for future renters - make sure you put the trash containers out beyond the fence and on the sidewalk every Sunday night and Thursday night. Even though the they are close to the street behind the fence they won't pick up unless the are streetside. We definitely will consider returning next year.

The beds were great -the microwave handle was broken it could use a once over but had a great time!

We enjoyed our time. Pool was not clean for first half. Suggest cleaning each weekend for new guest instead of waiting until halfway mark. House is close to eveything, that is good.

The house has a excellent location and everyone communicates very well with you! It was a excellent choice! Loved it and would have booked again for next year but, we are going on a cruise!!! 😊 it is really right in the beach almost!
