The condo was very nice! The renovations are very modern and tasteful. The setup is great for a couple looking to enjoy a weekend in the mountains; I would not try to have more than two people, it would be a little tight.
Close to the Mountain Inn/slopes, and parking is right at the building/condo entrance (no need to park in the lower lots). The owner was super responsive and helpful, which made the process seemless.
A few minor things:
- This is a unit amongst four (4) total in the building, so you can sometimes hear neighbors if they are heavy-footed or someone yells. This was not an issue for us, but if you're sensitive to noise it could be.
- The bed seemed to be soft; I'm a big guy, and it almost seemed to sink overnight. Not sure if that was the mattress, box-spring, or just me.
- The internet is spotty; it would work great and then buffer. This is probably more to do with being up on a mountain than anything. We were out 90% of the time, so not a big deal.
Regardless, we would stay at this unit again as overall it was a great place!

Very convenient and practical with keuring machine for k cups, cooking available to save $ with microwave and range and tools available. The firewood and fireplace is a nice touch. The stackable laundry and pull out couch make for ultimate convenience.

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to this condo for a weekend away. We were in close proximity to all of the great places on 151 for fun and exploring and were close enough to go do a wonderful hike at Crabtree Falls.
The condo was very clean, had all of the basic amenities and everyone was very accommodating- we cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely loved this place, perfect for a lazy quick getaway for a couple. Fire place and huge stack of wood in the front of the building. In walking distance to everything at resort too!

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
The room is on the ground floor. Our children loved going out the sliding door/back porch to jump around in the snow behind the condo. Our kids also loved the fireplace so we had this going the entire stay.
The kitchenette was stocked with all the utensils and cookware we could possible need for a short stay.
The room had TV/Streaming services working while we were there but the wifi wasn’t available. This wasn’t an issue for us so we made no attempt to resolve this during our stay.
The room was a 5 minute walk down to the resort (the road/path from the condo is about a 6-8 degree inclination so the walk back up to condo is a little tough, make sure to save some energy after skiing/snowboarding for this)
In the welcome message, The owner sends a reminder to make reservations to the restaurants ahead of time. Please take their advice and I’d like to extend this warning to the tubing/lift tickets as well. They book up days in advance and go very quickly. Don’t wait until you arrive.

I stayed at the property for a Spartan race weekend. The condo was presented exactly as described to the letter. Delightful stay. Will definitely consider booking again

We love that the condo is so close to the lodge, we could just walk over for dinner/activities. Its also a short drive down the mountain to a bunch of wineries and breweries, but if we wanted some down time it was the perfect location for peace and quiet. We have stayed here twice, once in the winter and once in the fall. Both times we had beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

The home was cozy and once we got the fireplace going was nice and warm on a very rainy and cold arrival. The updated kitchen had all we needed for our dinner that we prepared. All in all was an ok stay.

Blue Ridge Vacation
Property was as advertised, good location for exploring the Blue Ridge and surrounding areas. Descriptions on use of the condo and the wifi connection need to be updated in the condo manual as it wasn't clear what the condo wifi address was and the only place it was noted was covered by the cable box, finally found it. TV in living room didn't connect to the cable so couldn't be used, the one in the bedroom worked. Cleanliness of the condo should be improved as well. Overall average accommodation for our stay.

Fall Getaway
We have stayed in a few other Condo’s at Wintergreen that didn’t have updated furnishings or kitchen. This property was updated and nicely decorated. I liked having a lower unit where you could walk out the back and sit on the deck. I only have 2 suggestions which would be to have a drip coffee maker (the one there did not work) but they did have a Kurig. The other would be to have more comfortable chairs on the deck so you could sit and enjoy the area. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will be returning again soon.

A little damp
Could use less carpets and a dehumidifier but nice overall.

Condo needed a more complete cleaning . My wife spent the first hour cleaning cob webs and wiping counters. Cable did not work the first night . The cable man came the next morning nd added an ethernet cable and it worked after that. The unit was a lower unit and with tall trees there was not much of a view. Kitchen was nice . We went out exploring and views from other parts of the area were beautiful.

Relaxing weekend retreat.
Cozy condo. We enjoyed out stay. Well stocked kitchen and oversized liiving room furniture. A couple things that would have made the stay nicer are deck chairs that you can actually sit in and read a book, sturdier toilet tissue, black out curtains in the bedroom to block the parking lot lights and a chair in the bedroom. The bed is super comfy but so tall you cannot sit on it.

Great stay on July 4
The property was fantastic. It had all of the amenities and more for our party of 2. The updated decor was very welcoming and the check-in process was a snap. During the 4th of July craziness, having a dedicated parking area was fantastic. Finally, the location is prime to get to the Mountain Inn and all of the amazing amenities Wintergreen has to offer. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Stay and Great Location

Lovely cozy condo
Well appointed condo, with easy access to the slopes. Comfortable for 1-2 travelers. We had just a couple of issues, 1) we could not get cable on the TV in the main room , and the phone number in the information binder was the wrong provider. We could stream Netflix, and service on tv in bedroom was fine. And the code for the gate changed on Saturday and we didn’t receive notification of the new code. Fortunately, a skier who was staying in the neighborhood knew the changed code, so we could get in after a day spent hiking Crabtree Falls. Overall, it is a nice condo, and we enjoyed our weekend!
