Confortable et confortable, ce condominium situé au rez-de-jardin est situé en haut de South Mill Street, à un pâté de maisons de la télécabine et de l'ascenseur 1A. Ruby Park Transportaton Centre est juste en bas de la rue!. Aspen a l'air magnifique été, automne et hiver et ce condo est parfait pour se détendre et profiter des commodités d'Aspen.
Il est situé au centre-ville et permet d'accéder facilement à tout ce qui se trouve en ville. La grande chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et de baies vitrées donnant sur les arbres de Noël éclairés de la piscine et du spa. La deuxième petite chambre (voir photo) a un lit double et le salon un canapé-lit. Il y a aussi un lit bébé. Le condo dispose de 2 salles de bains (une avec douche et une avec baignoire). Condo offre également une laveuse / sécheuse et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et se détendre.
La belle piscine d'eau salée / spa est l'un des meilleurs à Aspen et est situé juste à l'extérieur de la porte arrière du condo. La porte d'entrée donne sur Mill Street et se trouve à seulement quelques pas de la ville. Parking dans la rue juste à l'extérieur du condo. Notre condo pourra accueillir un maximum de quatre personnes.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. Size is great for a 1bed as well, we had 4 adults stay for a ski trip. We went out for most dinners, the location was perfect and the size was manageable.

Me and my two adult sons really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. This was our first trip to Aspen and the location is perfect. Short walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and bus station. We didn't even need to rent a car and easily managed to ski all four resorts and even a trip into Glenwood Springs. The host was super friendly and helpful and provided us with many tips on what to do and where to go in town. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This condo is in a great location a few blocks from the Ajax gondola and several great restaurants and shops. The unit is spacious for 2 people but tight for 3. The master bedroom is quite large but the second bedroom is tiny and has limited space for any luggage. We would stay here again as a couple. Nice pool and hot tub area and ample parking. Nice value for Aspen.

We loved this condo and its location. Quiet pretty building with great hot tub and pool, super convenient to lifts and walking around town. Condo was well stocked, very clean, sweet and cozy. Highly recommend.

I've spent a lot of time in Aspen and this is a great condo for any traveler. Whether you are looking to hit the slopes or just enjoy the town. Everything is easily accessible and the condo is so comfortable and cozy that you will be well rested and very relaxed to do it all!

This property is centrally located and everything in Aspen is very accessible. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Other than the notes below, the unit had everything you needed for either a long-weekend or week stay.
Some things to note for potential renters:
1. It would be very, very cramped with four people. The second bedroom is very, very small, and more suited as a ski gear staging area.
2. The TV's, though having a substantial amount of channels, are relatively small (if you do plan on staying in the room to relax for an afternoon, etc.).
3. The shower is relatively small. Ensure the shower head is facing toward the corner so water does not escape under the shower door.
4. Although not listed, there is an iron in the washer/dryer closet; albeit, we were unable to locate an ironing board. Consider bringing a hand held steamer.
In consideration of the above, the unit is reasonably priced and will meet all your needs. Lastly, the hot tub is right outside of the unit which was greatly appreciated after four days of first to last chair!

This a charming, cozy well stocked condo. Communication with Susan was also great! Large master bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of space and having 2 bathrooms and an extra twin bedroom was a great plus for 2 women friends.
Loved the location, only a short walk to the Gondola and downtown Aspen.
The only thing I wish I had known is that there is nowhere to store your luggage when you check out at 10am and can't fly out till 3Pm. I would stay there again.!

It is a terrace level with not much to view from the windows but back door to the pool and hot tub was nice. Two full baths and one large and one small bedroom and plenty of shelves and storage made comfortable for family of four. Not luxury but very functional. I would go back.

We were very pleased with our choice. It was just like Goldilocks, not too big, not too small, just right with a perfect location for us to logistically get around by walking to where we needed to be for various events associated with a wedding. We would not hesitate booking again and highly recommend.

Perfect location in Aspen
Perfect location for us, as many wedding weekend events were at the St Regis, just half a block away. Two baths were great, one was used by hubby & son, and the other by me; very nice when prepping for a formal wedding! While we could hear people at the pool with the windows open, the bath fan made a great ‘sound machine’ to override voices if anyone was napping in primary bedroom. Otherwise we never heard other residents. Susan called immediately when the area around the condo (250+ addresses) unexpectedly lost power Sunday night; the condo was stocked with a lantern (w/fresh batteries!), candles, & matches, so it was a minor inconvenience.(Power came back on a two hours later.) Lovely condo, we enjoyed the amenities, would stay here again! Thanks, Susan!

4th stay, as always EXCELLENT
Our favorite Aspen Vrbo spot. Everything fully stocked (wondeful kitchen) , comfy large master bedroom, always clean, close to gondola, Ruby Park bus terminal, downtown Aspen. quiet. My husband and I stayed a week, wish it could have been longer! Susan, is a wonderful owner on top of everything an very accessible for questions.

Excellent Condo
Charming 1 bedroom, fully furnished, with an extra bonus small twin-bed bedroom as well as 2 baths. Convenient location to everything and a wonderful hostess that does everything she can so that you have a great experience. Hot tub is right outside through the back door.

Perfect location
Cozy spot, super close to Ajax gondola and lift 1A. Susan was nice and helpful - a good host. Perfect for a couple with a small baby. Would stay again; recommended.

Comfy spot in an excellent location
Susan’s place is great. It is in a prime location steps from the gondola and Lift 1a. The kitchen is well stocked. The unit is comfortable. Hot tub is right outside of the backdoor. Susan and her maid are easy to communicate with.

2nd stay at condo. Always wonderful.
Excellent location near Ruby Park bus terminal and Aspen Mountain. Condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need .Huge master bed room an a small bedroom for 1, 2 baths with excellent showers. Quiet. Susan is a wonderful hostess, available for any questions. A bottle of wine awaits you. Pool and hot tub steps from door. Check cabinets before you go for groceries, many essentials plus are there.

Great condo 5min walk to Ajax Gondola!
Susan is a fantastic host with great communication. Her condo is located ground floor with front of street access, and her back door is steps to the condo's hot-tub and pool (heated in the winter). The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. You can hear occasionally from the livingroom some foot traffic above or going up stairs coming from neighbouring units, but bedrooms are the quietest rooms in the unit so the noise is not too disturbing.
Overall, fantastic location and great host. Would rent from again.

We were very pleased with this property,
The location couldn’t have been better!
It was close to the slopes as well as the town. Everything was just a short walk!
Susan was great to work with! Very prompt in answering/returning calls. She went out of her way to make surer we had everything we needed. Her condo was very cute and comfortable! I would stay here again!

Great little hideaway in Aspen
I tried something a tad different this time while in Aspen and that was seek something within walking distance of the town and more private in terms of the "hotel experience". The location was amazing and so close to everything. I was pleasantly surprised - the ability to be able to do laundry was a treat! - will definitely consider this again.

Great location
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week in Feb 2019. The condo was very clean and roomy. The location is great, we were able to walk to lifts, gondola, shops and restaurants, plus easy to reach from the airport. The hot tub and pool are just outside. One tip, if staying in winter and using pool/hot tub, suggest bringing flip flops or outdoor shoes, as some of the path was under snow. Highly recommend!

Had a great time in Aspen. Great location. Very close to gondola, Rubey Park, & town. Back door of condo opens to pool & hot tub. Condo is well furnished & equipped. We’ll stay here again.

Cozey place in Aspen
Nice cozy place with Hot Tub & Heated Pool just outside the back door is definately a plus. The bed mattresses were the hardest I believe I have every slept on.
