The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We each had our own spacious rooms. The house was clean and roomy and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach and town. Great location.

Great for biking running and swimming in the local area

Location was good. Good view of the water (when the sky was clear) and Morro Rock. Walking to shops, restaurants and waterfront was a daily activity for half of us. Stairway to upper floor was not for mobility impaired (as identified in other reviews). Listing said hot tub, but we never saw one...just a whirlpool bathtub. Laundry on site, but only available if you are staying a week or more. We are game players, so we had to do a little ceative furniture rearrangement for the for of us. Communications was execllent, but most could have been handled with a 'how to ' book.

This is a very nice, very well-furnished house, with everything you could possibly need. The three bedrooms make it ideal for 2-3 couples, or a family of 4. And its central location puts you a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater.

Every thing was neat and clean. We loved the proximity to town. And the view of the rock is amazing. Thank you.

This property has such great potential. In town, easy walk to anywhere in town, lots of room, great vies of the rock and ocean, well appointed and furnished. The house is exceedingly quiet and whatever is outside has to be loud before the interior peace is interrupted. Just a few nits. Please, work on the interior lights to make things brighter (many bulbs burned out or so dim the rooms are sort of dark). Though there are closet cabinets in two rooms, had to move a lot of spare linens and blankets stored in them in order to be used. Otherwise, a great location in a great town to relax in.

We stayed in this lovely home in early October. It is very tastefully furnished, and the view of Morro Rock is wonderful to wake up to each morning. As others have mentioned, the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and bathroom are upstairs. The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the entry-level floor. Be aware that this home is not a good fit for those with mobility issues. The reason I only gave the home 3 stars is because of the fact that the owners do not supply propane for the outdoor gas grill. There is a sign in the kitchen that says renters have to buy their own propane if they want to grill, but there are no propane vendor suggestions provided. We have stayed in VRBO’s all over California, and this is the first time that we have ever seem an owner provide a grill, but no propane. It just didn’t make sense to us. The weather was unusually hot for Morro Bay when we were there, and we wanted to grill one night. But the propane tank was empty, and we weren’t willing to buy an entire tank of propane for one meal. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing, actually. I think at the very least, the owners should be clear in the VRBO listing that propane is not provided, so that renters can plan accordingly. To end on a positive note: being so close to restaurants and having a parking spot were big pluses. Morro Bay is a great vacation spot!

We had a great weekend spending time with our family. The weather was amazing in October. The house was great, enjoyed every minute of our trip.

Place was perfect

The location it great - You can walk everywhere. Such a large comfortable house. Beautiful view of the Morro Bay Rock from the living room and patio. The beds are so comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Very clean and convenient to the Embarcadero

All was perfect except the stairs are slick and narrow making it difficult bringing items up and down stairs. I would be nice to have directions on dish washer. If you have occupants with mobility issues this is not the location for you. The driveway has a lot of rocks also a problem with luggage on rollers and not level to walk on. The rest of the stay was great, beautiful view.

Walking distance to restaurants and stores

We loved the house, especially the kitchen/living area and the master bedroom! Loved being able to open the windows to get the fresh air and hear the seagullls. Just a short walk to the water and close to everything we needed! The only negative was we couldn't find an ironing board or iron to use. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This location was immediately very homey and comfortable. I never went looking for anything (except the coffee pot, and the owner was very communicative and helped find it). The location was close enough to the embarcadero of Morro Bay to be an easy relatively quick walk but I actually had a nice time walking to some of the more inland restaurants that were friendly and good as well. I would definitely book again.

We were a group of adults coming to Morro Bay for a charity event. It was lovely to have 2 bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs. Gave everyone some privacy. Kitchen is well stocked. And the furnishings are well maintained and very nice. Hope it's available next year when we return!

The place is down the street from all of the main bars restaurants and shops in Morro Bay. The upstairs bathroom is incredible, there are two king beds and a queen, all of which are so comfortable, and the balcony is spacious and wonderful as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Stayed for Cal Poly graduation. Beautiful home with great upstairs gathering area and balcony to watch the sunset. Everyone had a great stay. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was the perfect place to stay. It is centrally located in Morrow Bay. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. When we arrived we all felt at home. The owners have put a lot of good vibes and love there. A great rental.

I looked at reviews and they were all positive. I was excited to spend the weekend there. The house was super cute and the location was great. The house was better then pictured or expected. The host Beth was great and had bo problems. We will be back again

We enjoyed our long foggy weekend! This is one of the best equipped rentals we have ever stayed in, making for a very relaxing stay. Unlike many rentals, the place was BETTER than the photos. The view from the dining table was a treat. We hope to be back in the fall.

This put us in the middle of downtown with a view of the rocks and the stacks. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed the near by shops. Plenty of space for this family of 4.
