Salon spacieux avec TV écran plat 55 ", câble, lecteur Blue Ray et wifi inclus. Grande chambre principale avec lit queen et un balcon privé en bord de mer. Crescent City est un endroit idéal pour profiter de la côte nord de la Californie et de l'Oregon. Il est assez petit pour échapper à la foule et à la circulation, mais assez grand pour trouver toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin, notamment des épiceries, des restaurants et une grande pharmacie. Explorez les nombreuses plages voisines ou faites une randonnée dans les séquoias. Jedadiah Smith State Park est très proche et possède de magnifiques bosquets de séquoias le long de la rivière Smith vierge. Crescent City est à environ 15 miles au sud de la frontière de l'Oregon, il est donc proche de nombreuses attractions, des casinos au rafting, en passant par des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée et des plages préservées.

We stayed a few days for a trip for the Redwood National Park, and it was perfect. The view was incredible, the bed was above average and the bathroom/ shower was on point. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that it seems the area has fallen on some hard times and had some questionable characters wondering around, and some properties that were in disrepair nearby that gave pause (never felt unsafe really), but it was honestly not a big deal. Just something to be aware of. Also, nothing in any way within the control of the property owner.

Everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The king mattress upstairs was so comfortable and to fall asleep to the sound of waves was amazing. There was room for everyone to spread out in the large house. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the sunset. There weren’t many gluten-free dining options in town, so we cooked most meals in the kitchen and it was well equipped. It was nice to walk down to the beach below the house at low tide and explored the tide pools. A great location to visit the Redwoods, make a stop at the visitor center in Crescent City for good info. Grove of the Titans is a great hike! Was fun to drive along the Oregon coast and explore those beaches as well. Overall this home is a great location to head out for many adventures and then offers a comfy spot to come back and rest!

The pictures do not do this place justice! Unbelievable views from every room and deck/patio is bigger than expected. The hosts really thought of everything, including shampoo, body wash, room spray, night lights, laundry detergent and air mattresses. All the rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved walking down to the rocky backyard to explore the tide pools. We saw star fish, snails, crabs and sea urchins. We highly recommend the Chart Room for dinner and the Sea Front Baking Company for breakfast. The Hiouchi trail was a short drive from the house and has amazing redwoods and access to the Smith River, which our girls loved swimming in. We even saw 2 river otters swimming near by, which was a fun surpise. Hope to come back soon and stay in this amazing home.

We always enjoy our stays at Leslie's home. It's a great location for hiking the redwood parks and the views of the ocean from the house can't be beaten. The house is comfortable and well-provisioned and Leslie is a great host. Cannot rate this home highly enough.

This house is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning! The house is updated and is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to stretch out. The kitchen is well-stocked so it is easy to prepare meals. Everything is perfect. My teen daughter, my mom, and my husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay and we would have stayed longer if we could. Communication, check-in, and check-out are easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be. We love the redwoods and the ocean so it was a perfect spot for us. The whales were hanging out every day so that was a bonus treat. I would definitely stay here again.

This is such a wonderful house. It has everything you need, you won't want to leave. The town is so cute. You are close enough you can walk to the beach & the light house (both just around the corner in different directions from house). The master bedroom has the best balcony & you can leave the windows open & listen to then ocean all night long. Total privacy. We would love to stay here again.

My husband and I were blown away by this property. We booked it originally because of the back deck and it did not disappoint. The inside of the house was just as pretty. You can see the ocean from every room! The bed was super comfortable, and waking up to the ocean was something I already miss.
This was the perfect spot for all our adventures during the day. Hiking through the redwoods, Trees of Mystery, Ocean World... Fern Canyon is a MUST. Also you can't go wrong with Crescent Seafood, SO fresh.

The house and location was so great. Highly recommended. My favorite spot in the house was the couch in the dinning room. Perfect for reading a book, listening to the waves, and taking a nap. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed. Very clean. Everything in good working order.

We chose Crescent City for access to the National and State Parks, and it worked out great. But the house itself was amazing. The view... words won't do it justice. The house was set up perfectly for us. We don't prefer stairs, but having the bedroom on the second floor was not a problem, as the railing and stairs felt very safe. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is big enough for my 6'3" broad-shouldered husband and we had everything we needed. The kitchen fit the bill, too. Clean and well-stocked. We only spent a little bit of time in the living room, as we were outdoors a lot, but the sofa was comfy and the TV worked great. We used the heater a bit, and it also worked great. The laundry facilities, like all of the appliances, looked in great shape, although we didn't use them. Fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher... all a thumbs up. I hope someday to go back and take our kids and grandkids... they'd love it!

This location on the water was spectacular. Home is so well made and sturdy, no creaks, just sounds of ocean breaking. It was very specious, showers were hot with lots of water pressure. Ate many meals (order online from SeaQuake and pick up) at the table overlooking ocean. Watched an ospry catch a fish and eat it on a rock in front of us. Samuel Boardman scenic corridor a must to add to Redwoods.

This place is perfect. Waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocky shore was incredible. The sunsets are stunning. It’s the perfect jumping off point for hiking the redwoods. Pictures really don’t even do this place justice, we’ll definitely be booking again for future trips.

The house is on the water, in a great location, one day was a rainy day but just sat in the house had tea, and coffee, and just enjoyed the view even though my 8-year-old daughter was totally contended with staying home.
The host is amazing, and always very responsive, and the instructions are well-written and very helpful.

How to fall in love with Crescent City:
1) Stay in an immaculately clean and private home with windows across the back on both floors that provide you an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean.
2) Come during a huge storm that closes the Redwood Park trails due to high winds and forces you to stay indoors.
3) Grab some provisions at any of the great local restaurants/stores/bakeries for a few days.
4) Put on some soothing music while you grab a blanket and a good book and watch the ocean engulf the sea stacks over and over again....each as unique as this wonderful home.
