So centrally located! We loved how easy it was to get right out to the highway and off on our adventures! Furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of fans to keep you cool and everything you would need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Loved all of the books about Kauai to look at while we were there and loved walking around the grounds.

Great location in Princeville. We enjoyed the snorkeling gear and fully stocked kitchen. We had no issues cooking our own meals. Mary is a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home.

Place was clean, easy to access had everything needed chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, full decked out kitchen will come back :)

condo was very nice and in a quite area. had everything that you would need for your stay. owner was very quick to respond if you have any question about anything.

We enjoyed the tucked away feeling from the tourist rush. So nice and quiet. The house has the most comfortable beds ever! Master bedroom has AC which was so nice! overall, incredibly comfortable. Recommend!

Great place. Very clean and well stockrd. High class all around Struggled a bit with the heat as only one room has A/C. Otherwise no issues at all.

We had a lovely stay at this condo in Princeville next to The Westin property. There are two full baths (one down/one up) and two enclosed bedrooms (one down/one up) with a bed in the loft. This was great as we were two couples and this gave us some privacy. We came in late on the arrival day and had a little bit of an issue finding the place, as it was dark, but Mary was available when we called and she talked us through to the place. Access was easy and the place was clean. The condo has beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels and beach accessories for you to use—which we definitely did at the beautiful beaches we visited! When we return to Kauai, we will definitely look at staying here again!

Comfortable and well stocked rental! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were great to have. It was hot and humid during our stay, so the air conditioner in the main bedroom was very helpful! We turned it on in the evening to cool down the room and then slept comfortably without having to continuously run it overnight. Our only disappointment was that it’s not as walkable to the beach as we expected. While close to the property, the hike down to Wyllie’s beach was challenging in parts, especially after it rained. The short drive to Hanalei beach and town was great.

This condo is very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully designed. Location is perfect for the north shore. We enjoyed our stay very much

Our stay at Mary's place was wonderful. The location is great for exploring everything Kauai's north shore has to offer! The property was quiet (save for the ever present Kauai roosters which are everywhere on the island!) and extremely comfortable. The addition of an air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom kept us super comfortable on nights when the breeze didn't quite do it. It truly felt like a home away from home and we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Mary is great and just a phone call away. We had everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 kids. Nice and quiet location. We had a great experience.

Looks exactly like the picture and the location was epic! Would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t open the dishwasher and the remotes need batteries but these are not a big deal really, so over all an excellent property. Thanks so much!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! We got a little lost the night we arrived so we reached out to Mary, who called us right away, and made sure we made it safely to the condo! Very sweet and responsive! All around great host! The condo itself was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler). Our 3yr old loved playing downstairs and relaxing on the sofa after a long day of exploring the island! The bedrooms were roomy, the bathrooms were very stylish/modern, nice big kitchen table the family could eat at, and just a very homey feel. The condo also had plastic storage tubs full of snorkeling gear! In the downstairs bedroom closet there were boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We only got to visit one beach so we were happy to have all the beach stuff there for us to use! Overall a great stay and we highly recommend families staying here!

We had a wonderful family trip and enjoyed our stay at Mary’s. The townhouse is fully equipped for you to enjoy your days out exploring the island. We appreciated not having to purchase snorkels, chairs, umbrella’s and coolers. The location is perfect for exploring Princeville and Hanalei. Mary was a great communicator and was very helpful.

This property is a Gem and I cannot say enough good things about it! Location is absolutely beautiful and easy to find, check-in was smooth and easy. The home is large for a townhome and fit our family of 6 perfect, my husband, myself, my adult children. The living room was large and airy with comfortable couch and dining area, enough seats for entire family to eat dinner together. Kitchen is spacious with all updated appliances. Mary left us a bottle of wine, which started our vacation off perfectly, we have booked and canceled this property for the last two years, but due to covid had to cancel so this trip was so needed and we couldn't have chosen a better home to stay in, it also would not have happened if she had higher prices some of the lowest we looked at which we still cannot believe Mary you made it possible! We ordered groceries on line and it was ready to pick up after we landed which saved some time, as we just wanted to get to the house, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to make dinners at home, many spices and oils were available so we didn't have to spend money on those essentials, which was greatly appreciated, even a couple rolls of paper towels and tp were provided. We payed it forward by leaving our sealed coffee and tp as it appears someone did that for us. Mahalo! We went to the local farmers market for fresh veg and fruit and had amazing dinners on the lanai fresh shrimp on the grill! Snorkel gear is provided if I were to count it was over 6 sets, we used these to go to local beaches, and found giant sea turtles the kids swam along side of them and was an experience they will never forget! All beach towels were provided as well as a cooler and chairs. House overall was well equipped for everything you will need to have a relaxing and amazing vacation. We went at the end of October which I thought was a perfect month, average temp was 83 degrees with obviously the high humidity, but we adapted quickly and since being home MISS the moisture terribly, (we are from Arizona) the nights were amazing and we opened all windows and doors to capture the trade winds, the master bedroom has an air conditioning unit, which also was appreciated as we sleep warm, the upper loft unit and downstairs bedroom has plenty of fans and sliding door to open while home. We are all ready talking about booking a future trip as soon as we find an open date, cannot thank you enough Mary! And A Hui Hou Kauai, Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our stay here 🌺 We have family in Kauai. It’s at a convenient location and very reasonably priced. Very well kept. The kitchen is well stocked. It was really nice to have many of our meals home cooked, inside as well as on the grill on the back patio. We will definitely try to stay here again. The new AC unit in the master upstairs was an extra added bonus. Thanks for the stay Mary! 🌺

This condo was perfect for the 5 of us. Plenty of room, very comfortable and extremely well stocked with just about everything you might need. The only thing we didn't find was a beach bag. The only negative was the lack of places to put our clothes. A chest of drawers or similar in each bedroom would have been a big help. Mary was a great host and even contacted us while we were en route to let us know of a road closure. We would highly recommend this condo.
