Great Escape Gretsky à Brighton Ski Resort est une grande cabine familiale de 2000 pieds carrés. Situé au pied de la station de ski de Brighton et à seulement 1,6 km du canyon de la station de ski de Solitude. Nous avons un accès facile toute l'année au large de la route principale Big Cottonwood Canyon. Notre cabine est située en amont de la route de Guardsman Pass et offre un accès direct sur la crête de Wasatch à Park City et Deer Valley! Il y a beaucoup à faire depuis notre porte sans jamais monter dans votre voiture: faire du vélo, de la randonnée, explorer la région naturelle de Silver Lake, et bien sûr faire du ski pendant les mois d'hiver!
Avec de nombreux lits confortables et espaces de rassemblement ouverts, "Gretsky's Great Escape" est la cabine parfaite pour les grands groupes ou les familles nombreuses en vacances ensemble.
Niveau principal: Chambre des maîtres avec lit King surplombe la zone boisée arrière et le pont. La grande salle et la cuisine principale (appareils neufs) partagent des plafonds voûtés avec poutres apparentes en bois au niveau principal.
Niveau supérieur: 2 chambres privées donnant sur la forêt et terrasse arrière avec bain à remous. Le dortoir double dort 2, la suite de la Reine peut accueillir 2. Le coin lecture sur la mezzanine est meublé avec un futon dormeur pleine grandeur.
Le sous-sol est un appartement de belle-mère entièrement fini. Il peut être accédé de l'intérieur de la cabine et a également une entrée séparée extérieure. Il comprend une cuisine complète, salon, chambre, salle de bains, douche, laveuse / sécheuse, foose table à billes, etc. Parfait pour les oiseaux de nuit et les adolescents!
De nouveaux appareils électroménagers, meubles, literie, ustensiles de cuisine, appareils électroménagers, système de chauffage confortable, dans l'intérieur récemment rénové de la cabine offre un environnement relaxant avec de nouveaux meubles.
Situé à 16 miles de Big Cottonwood Canyon, nous avons un accès facile toute l'année. Une fois à la cabine, vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo au Molly Green's Pub ou prendre un hamburger au chalet Milly. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire quand vos jambes sont usées!

This was a perfect place for a family trip. The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. The host was super friendly and responsive. We would definitely book here again.

Great place, clean and roomy, close to the lifts. Really responsive owners; they even left an extra TV and extension cord for us!!! Highly recommend; we plan to stay again next year.

This house was amazing-- extremely clean, organized and uncluttered. More beds than we needed for a family of 5. 2 kitchens available. Hosts were very attentive. House was cozy and even had a Christmas tree. Hot tub was clean and very large. There is a shuttle to the resort but the walk is about 8 min. We found it easier to have one person drop off and pick up everyone and equipment, and then that person could just walk to the car. We stayed across from lift last year, but this house is much nicer and we would return to this one instead in the future.

Very comfortable, pretty location. It was useful having the two kitchens, as we used both ovens and dishwashers to feed a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub and had several moose that slept in the back yard. We hope to stay there again.

Emily & Alex are the most friendly and responsive hosts you could ask for. Their cabin is incredibly well stocked with amenities galore, which made it that much easier for my wife and I to celebrate our marriage with our party members. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place! 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and our hosts were exceptional throughout the entire stay! Alex even came first thing in the am after a winter storm came through so we could get out and catch our flight on time!

Probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Anything you could think of, it’s there! A very Welcoming home with beautiful views of the mountains. Great location for summer hiking, walking distance to many trailheads. Close to a few restaurants too. Loved it!

Spent father's day with family then the next night was our Anniversary
We absolutely loved the cabin, it was completely stocked with everything you could imagine. Very clean and modern, the hot tub was amazing, the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.

Short Getaway
My daughter had her Western Gymnastics Championship in SLC, so we decided to make an extra 2 days of it. Was an awesome location and great hiking and scenery. Unfortunately all the ski resorts closed as well as restaurants but the Silver Fork Lodge was awesome for breakfast. Hosts were more than accommodating with helpful suggestions and instructions. Using the hot tub was icing on the cake!

Unique cabin at Brighton
Fantastic space with plenty of room and nice kitchen amenities including spices and basics like olive oil, condiments. Private hot tub which was nice and easy to use. Plenty of towels and everything obsessively labeled for location of items and instructions on what to do.
Somewhat loud location right on Big C'wood Canyon road and a little precarious getting out onto road cuz of snowbank. 10 minute walk to Brighton base. Used car to get to Solitude and with carpool discount, parking is 5$--more convenient than public trans. Overall would recommend for large group.

Brighton Blast
Property was awesome. Emily and Alex were truly responsive before and during our stay. Cabin is a short walk to Brighton bus which took you right to the base of Brighton . We had a major storm roll in dumping 25" of fresh POW POW. So to say the skiing was spectacular is an understatement. Alex arrived at the cabin that night and cleared out the driveway and back deck of the 25" of snow. He also came inside and reloaded us up on supplies that were included in our stay. Great Cabin, Great location and Great Hosts. When we come back we would definitely stay at the Great Gretsky Escape.

Attentive and Responsive
Alex and Emily have been the best hosts through our week long snowboarding trip! They were super responsive and understanding with our arrival process. With most rentals, the kitchen is only partially stocked, not the case with the Gretsky House! Pots, pans, griddles, decent knives too! Everything an at-home cook could want. The rooms were well maintained with extra blankets and pillows, hot tub was exceptional with plenty of space, and the distance to the lifts was reasonable!
Our entire group throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for all your help and assistance making our 13th Annual Snowboarding Trip a memorable one!

Friends Ski Trip
Great location near Brighton. Didn’t need to wait in long car line for Brighton or Solitude on the weekends. Bedrooms are well outfitted for a larger group, and hot tub is fantastic. Kitchen has all you need but is a bit small. Emily and Alex are very responsive and helpful.

The lodge was stocked with everything we needed, the location was PERFECT, Emily was very helpful and responsive, and Alex was awesome with his timely snow blowing and clearing off the deck and hot tub! Don't wait on booking this wonderful cabin in Brighton! It's truly amazing. The Gretzke's have taken such care to make the home comfortable, cozy, efficient and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need (and more). The hot tub is wonderful, the beds very comfortable. We had a large snowfall while we were there, and Alex come continuously to make sure the snow was cleared. Emily is completely fantastic at communication. We would rent this home again, without a second thought, when returning to Brighton. Truly charming in all ways.

Great ski house close to Brighton Ski Resort.
The house is across the street from Brighton Ski Resort and a short drive to Solitude. It is clean, well stocked and adorable. When not skiing our family of ten enjoyed the hot tub, foosball and TV. We loved the heated mat walkway to the hot tub. We found the hosts to be very responsive especially since it snowed a ton while we were there and Alex came over to shovel and snow blow several times. We had a great time.
We had a great time at the Getsky’s cabin. The cabin is very tidy and homey as it’s equipped with everything you need. We loved the fact that it’s super baby friendly. Has baby gate, pack’n play, and high chair. Emily and Alex are great hosts and were there when you need them. Great location, was very close to the slope. Outdoor hot tub is everything. Love this place. I can definitely recommend it.

This was a wonderful weekend getaway. The cabin was clean, incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and meals, the hot tub was perfect, super close to a little store and Silver Lake. All in all we loved and appreciated getting to stay there.

Perfect Girls Getaway
The Gretsky's Great Escape cabin was absolutely perfect in every way! We could not have asked for a more perfect cabin or experience. This was a long overdue girl's trip and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The cabin was very well stocked and very clean! The beds were incredibly comfy (super important to us) and the hot tub was fantastic. There was a welcome binder with plenty of suggestions on dining and things to do. The cabin is steps away from hiking trails (which we enjoyed both days) and we loved sitting and chatting on the secluded back patio while we watched the hummingbirds and squirrels. The highlight was seeing the resident moose, Margot, and her baby across the street in the field! Truly, an unforgettable time. Don't hesitate on booking this wonderful cabin. The owner's are fantastic and we hope to stay again! Thank you for sharing this treasure with us!

Great escape at the top of the mountains
This cabin was very clean and family friendly. We had a fabulous time hiking through the mountains, then coming home to a relaxing cabin each night.

Great quiet getaway in cottonwood canyon
The hosts were attentive and helpful, giving us great advice for hikes in the area and answering questions during our stay. The cabin was comfortable for 7 adults and we loved starting hikes from the front door. Comfortable beds, relaxing decks, and good company made for a great stay.

Fantastic!
We love this cabin. Perfect place to stay after skiing. We enjoyed the hot tub and having enough room to spread out. This cabin has everything you will need for a stay like home. We hope to return one day. We really enjoyed stopping at the Silver Fork Inn for dinner which was just a short drive from the cabin.

Great cabin
Went here for ski trip with friends. It's a nice set up with multiple bedrooms and bunk beds to accommodate singles and couples. It's about 5 minutes walk to the ski lift, parking at Brighton was free so we opted for this and drove back for lunch. We enjoyed the huge hot tub. Emily was very responsive to my messages. Gretsky’s Great Escape!
This is the best stay I’ve had at a Vrbo! The cabin and its owners were exceptional. The cabin was very clean, organized, nicely furnished (including heated bedding in the master) and I was greeted with a card and bottle of wine! The Gretsky’s were attentive and friendly and even showed up to shovel off the hot tub. An exceptional location as well, a short walk to the base of Brighton and ski in for advanced skiers. Thanks so much for a great stay and we hope to return next year!

This cabin is prime location and walking distance to Brighton which also connects to solitude which makes for an easy day of skiing at both locations. The hot tub on the private back deck was perfect for after the mountain and Alex / Emily were awesome as hosts.

Worth it!!
Our stay was perfection! Being from Florida, we wanted the true mountain experience (go big). We booked this cabin for the proximity to Brighton- its a 5 min walk, door to lift or you can even ski right back to the house if you find the trail. We knew the cabin was going to be nice based on the photos, but it truly was something special. Aside from being supremely well stocked with kitchen, recreation and baby accommodation supplies, its also spacious, functional (hello mud room and ski racks) and well charming. Once you settle back in from a day of skiing, take a dip in the hot tub on the back deck under a charming string of bistro lights or lounge cozy by the fire. The bluetooth speaker and flickering candles that pop on just at the right time with baskets of fur blankets are exactly what you need for that cozy mountain experience. The hosts are obviously organized, detail oriented and provide a thick binder/bible full of local info and house instructions. I cannot wait to come back with more family, since this house will fit us all with 3 levels of space. This is a true gem!

The cabin was just as advertised and worked great for our family of four. Both teenage boys had a floor to themselves and the beds were super comfy. Walk to Brighton and 5 minute drive or UTA bus to Solitude. Well stocked kitchen and games.
