Very nice three bedroom house with ready access to ski slopes. Everything was as advertised, or better. Large kitchen and very comfy living room. Host lives downstairs and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was well located not far from the airport with easy access to the highway and all of the ski resorts. It was clean and well outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a relaxing stay. The kitchen, bathrooms and furniture were all modern and well kept. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We spent 10 great days here enjoying the skiing, the city and the neighborhood (Holladay has redeveloped an area nearby with shops etc). Very spacious home with everything we needed. Sean was very responsive to all communication. Thanks Sean.

Everything about our stay at this home was 5 stars. Great location near restaurants, stores and the highway. Easy access to the ski resorts we visited. House was clean and modern. If anything, the main photo on the page doesn’t do justice. The main living area is larger than the photo seems. Bedrooms are large the mattresses are new. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to prep and cook breakfast and dinner. Carport for your vehicle right next to the entry door. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the home. Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice clean place with fairly new kitchen and bathrooms. Sofa needs to be updated but everything else is great. Having laundry room downstairs is super convenient. Manager is super responsive and helpful. Internet, cable TV and everything you need are provided. Car port parking just in front of the front door.

Had a great stay! House was clean, plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked. Laundry area was clean and easy to use. Everyone was comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. Super easy spot to get up canyon and to/from airport.

Perfect!!
This was the perfect place for us! King bed was so comfortable (great Master) and so was Queen. Probably the most comfortable beds we have stayed in. Great location. Close to anything you need. Ski bus was less than 5 minutes away. Sean was awesome to deal with and always replied with helpful information right away. Also you can’t beat the price. We would stay here again in a minute!

Cozy place great alternative to a Hotel
We chose this location as it was in close proximity to skiing and our clients. This was the perfect spot ! Very comfortable place to stay. Was on a busy street so if your not used to the sound of traffic it could be bothersome, but at night it was pretty quiet. The owners we super nice and helpful , beds were comfortable this would be a great place for a family visit to the mountains. Would definitely stay here again in the future !

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood on the edge of the valley. Close to interstate for ease of travel. Near restaurants and stores. Lots of room for 5-6 people.

A great spot and lovely house!
We loved staying in this cute house! It’s right in the middle of everything you’d want to do in the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and the same to Park City. We highly recommend doing a sunset hike to Ensign Peak near downtown, it was lovely. Also lovely was Park City, a beautiful drive to a special little town, well worth a visit to shop and eat in their downtown. The owner was very communicative and thorough. We’d stay here again in a minute!

Great access to Cottonwood Canyon
Sean is a great host. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week of skiing. The location is great to get to any of the ski areas in less than half an hour.

Great manager and location for ski trip
Can’t think of anything to change. The mgr was so helpful and easy. First rental I have ever stayed at that didn’t want you to do trash, run dishwasher; etc when checking out. In fact, NO check out chores! Perfect location for skiing multiple areas and restaurants. Very roomy and house has everything; Like extension cords for electronics next to both sides of bed to Kleenex and extra toilet paper!

Clean and Great Location
Enjoyed our 3 day stay before moving on to Park City for a week of skiing. The home was very conveniently located near the highway so it was very easy for us to get out and explore other areas. The home had everything we could have needed and more. Very clean and confortable. Our host, Sean, was very responsive to our questions and we enjoyed meeting him and his new puppy Luna during our stay. The furnishing were very tasteful and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I might have for the owners, would be to add some heavier curtains to the master bedroom. It was brighter at night that what we are used to.

A great home away from home
Our family spent almost a month at this house as a covid escape from the east coast. There was plenty of room for all four of us to do work and school remotely. The location is outstanding -- access to the Belt Route is so easy we could get anywhere in minutes and the mountains are an easy commute. The living room furniture was so comfortable that we wanted to take it home. And most of all, Sean was an extremely accommodating and helpful host, often going above and beyond to make us welcome.

Great location to access 4 resorts (Snowbird/Alta, Solitude, and Brighton). Highway is just up the street making Park City and Deer Valley trip easy.Also close enough to downtown SLC to easily visit for a day off from skiing. Close to restaurants and shopping. House is very comfortable to stay in.
