Belle platine deux chambres, deux salles de bains copropriété idéalement situé à quelques pas de Beaver Creek Village avec accès aux pistes / ski-out ainsi que le service de navette régulier vers et à partir de la principale remontée mécanique et le village. La Charte de Beaver Creek est exploitée comme un bel hôtel avec piscines intérieure et extérieure et bains à remous, un centre spa à service complet et de fitness, deux restaurants, un parking souterrain, une boutique de ski sur place, une salle de jeu et de nombreux autres équipements. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent with ski in ski out and easy access to Charter and Village shuttles. A couple things could have been better: The mattress in the king bedroom is like a slab of cement, making sleeping difficult. Also Charter was having a problem with lock reprogramming, we had to deal with nonfunctioning keys for 4 days of our visit. It took 8 trips to the front desk to convince the manager to get their engineer to reprogram the door lock, so that we could have functioning keys.

Hey Jane, thank you for a wonderful week at your beautiful condo. This was a family ski week and to start, check in was a breeze and the bellman took all of our luggage and ski bags to our unit - not having to haul heavy bags and gear was a wonderful treat. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The unit location was perfect, easy access ski-out and just as easy ski-in with outdoor racks for our skis and poles. Just a short walk from our condo, up the outside steps to street level and within minutes, we were in the village for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our massages at the beautiful spa and took full advantage of the outdoor hot tubs and the ski shop which is located in the complex. Daily housekeeping, if requested, was a luxury as were the terry cloth robes found in our closets.
We raved so much about this place when we came home, that now our other kids are begging us to take them next. We will be back!

We had a great experience at The Charter. Jane was very helpful/responsive and her unit is clean and updated. The Elkhorn Lift is accessible on skis from the backside of the building and a path from Strawberry Express provided a 2nd option home at the end of the day. There are a total of 3 hot tubs and the village is a short walk for dinner and shopping. We will definitely look to return in the future.

This condo provided everything that we look for when choosing a vacation rental. It was super clean, well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the location in Beaver Creek was perfect for us. We loved being able to ski right out the back of the building and return home easily on the slopes. The ski shop in the building was a great "plus" for us, as the staff there was super helpful and accommodating with our rentals. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Easy access to skiing! Well appointed and comfortable for our family of 5. Indoor Pool and hot tub and outdoor hot tubs were appreciated at the end of a long day on the slopes. Would recommend.

Great condo for a family
Perfect spot in the village-you can ski in/ski out and a very short walk to the village. Nice beds/bathrooms/kitchen. The spa runs great specials and is being renovated this fall. Love the wood burning fireplace too.

Check-in was seamless, apartment was spacious, well-appointed and had great bathroom configuration for an even larger group. This particular apartment at The Charters is literally as close to the slopes as possible in this building which was a nice surprise as The Charters is a large sprawling complex of connected buildings. Recommend.

The Charter is a wonderful place to stay, we loved the facilities, using the fantastic restaurants when we were too tired to cook and the pool and hot tubs when we needed to relax. The apartment itself has everything you could need. They have made the place such a home away from home. So much space to spread out for our family, and we loved having a fire each evening (and sometimes in the morning as well!). We loved the ability to walk to town in 2 mins, which we did often for groceries, dinners out or ice skating. We also made great use of the shuttle to town when we were getting the kids to ski school. Discovering the “ski in” green run home (the “Charter Ski Way” half way down the Haymeadow gondola run) was a win for us as a family, makes getting the kids and skis home a breeze! We also enjoyed skiing in and out on the blue runs when the kids are at ski school.
The best ski holiday we have ever had, as our youngest said “I think I’ll only ski in Beaver Creek from now on”. We came all the way from Sydney Australia but we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Jane and the Charter for your hospitality!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this Mt property at the Charter in Beaver Creek! It is a lovely condo, beautifully furnished! This was our first time using VRBO and everything went great. This property is outstanding and in great condition, it is upgraded and well maintained. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, bars and Beaver Creek's summer activities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well. We hope to return to this amazing condo!

We always have a great time at Beaver Creek. The Charter is a great full service resort and this unit is in great condition. 3 times great!
We specifically liked the location of this unit within the Charter (near the village end so you're that much closer if you decide to walk in as the Charter is spread over several buildings). The owners have clearly invested in upgrades and maintenance is up to date.
Will definitely look to book again next time we visit Beaver Creek.

Our second visit was once again fantastic!
This was the second year for our family to stay at this fantastic condo. We all love it! This time we stayed for 8 days and it was perfect. Great skiing easy access to everything. We look forward to next year!

Great Condo Close to The Village
Our family of four spent 5 great nights here during our Spring Break ski trip. The unit’s location is ideal. It’s a corner end unit just steps away from The Village. For our group, we opted to take the shuttle to the lifts each morning. The Village shuttle runs every 10 minutes but most times, the Charter’s personal shuttle was waiting and would take us immediately to the lifts (3-5 minute drive).
The unit was newly remodeled and very comfortable for our family of four. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need.
The daily housekeeping is a great service. Each day, they would tidy up including loading our breakfast dishes and running the dishwasher. The onsite ski shop was convenient to rent ski gear.
Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely return in the future!

This is our 3rd year at Charter and our 1st time at 1210. We loved the location!
We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and our local family members that live in the area. Clean and completely updated!! We recommend this unit and hope to use it again.

Great condo and great skiing
Our family loved staying at this condo! It was the perfect set-up for a family of 4...close to the slopes, close to the center of things, able to have a fire every night. The maid service every day was also a fantastic bonus! We look forward to our next visit! It was also easy to work with the owners and the staff at the Charter was wonderful!

Great location, Great condo!
I highly recommend this property and concur with every positive point in others' reviews. The well appointed condo and furnishings are comfortable, spacious and in very good condition. The communication with the owner and management company and all front desk and other personnel at the Charter was fast, simple, and pleasant. The Charter complex is close to the BC central village and this particular condo is the closest in the Charter to the village (the Charter consists of several large buildings and this condo being the closest unit (in the closest Charter building) to the village makes a significant difference)... my wife, teenage daughters, and I would take a short, easy walk to/from the village even when with ski equipment while other friends in farther Charter units had to take shuttle (which is also convenient but we liked the added ease). It can literally take 7-8 minutes to walk from one end of the Charter to the other end and the locale of this unit made us feel we had the best unit in the Charter (our kids were constantly walking back and forth to/from condo and village meeting friends and grabbing crepes - at least they told us that was what they were doing). Like other reviewers said "We LOVED this unit at The Charter! Honestly, everything was perfect....We will be back."

Beautiful, comfortable, will stay again!
I have truly enjoyed staying in this lovely condo for a week of skiing at Beaver Creek. The unit itself is one of the best decorated I've seen in the complex. The beds are comfy and the linens are luxurious. The living area is spacious, homey and sophisticated. The kitchen is all new. The Charter complex itself is also very convenient and has lots of amenities like their own shuttle, a restaurant, a bar, and their own shuttle. There are two ski in routes, depending on which side of the resort you end your ski day on. It is also ski out, but I've been using the shuttle so I can start on Centennial lift. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Beaver Creek, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful White Christmas for a Florida Family!
My family and I planned a Christmas ski vacation in Beaver Creek after several friends recommended the destination. I did research online as to different accomodations and settled on this unit sight unseen. I contacted the owner who was very quick and professional in her response. The reservation and payment process went very smoothly. The Charter is a very large complex of units with a 24 hour check in desk, underground parking, and onsite spa, restaurant and ski rental. The onsite check in is very convenient and the underground parking was very nice since we received almost 18 inches of snow while we were there. We also enjoyed the indoor (and outdoor) pool and hot tubs. The daily housekeeping service was also very nice and alleviated the need to shop for soaps and paper goods throughout the week. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't discover the "short cut" to the Village until our 2nd day but this unit is so close to the Village - a very short (5 minutes) walk on a path that was continuously cleared of snow and ice. Finally, the porch full of split wood and fire starters were wonderful! We had a beautiful fire every night. We LOVED this unit at The Charter! Honestly, everything was perfect. We’ve stayed in many condos and resorts throughout Colorado and Utah and our stay at The Charter was by far our favorite! Of course, the ski conditions couldn’t be beat, but we found this unit so warm and inviting. The unit is very clean, nicely appointed and so convenient! We will be back.

You should stay here
We just spent a few days in Beaver Creek at this beautifully remodeled condo. We were 2 couples and this unit had a bedroom on each side of the living room so we had some privacy. The master bedroom features ski mountain views. The Charter is in walking distance of the Beaver Creek Village. In the winter it is ski-in ski-out. It is a full service property with a front desk, parking, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools and a restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The weather was exceptionally warm and sunny so we were able to spend time around the outdoor pool which had great views to the ski runs. The next time we visit Beaver Creek, we will stay in this unit. I see no reason to look further.

BEST Location at The Charter!
We have stayed at The Charter a few times. We love everything it has to offer including the indoor pool and hot tub. This was BY FAR our favorite condo and location. Down one flight of stairs and you are out the door and a very SHORT walk across the street to Blue Moose. We have 2 young children in ski school so it was very convenient to walk them over without having to get on the shuttle and waste a lot of extra time going that route. We actually rented a locker in the village and left all of our skis/boots there overnight and it worked beautifully for staying to play in the village after skiing. This unit worked so well that we will be back! It was homey and comfortable and we couldn't have been happier!

Great Value and Comfortable Charter 2bd- closest to the BC Village
My family just returned from a week of Spring Skiing in Beaver Creek and had a great time and enjoyed this 2BR/2BA unit in Building 1. The Charter is a huge condo complex and this unit is the building he closet to the Village and a great deal. The owners were great in terms of communication and everything went very smoothly. The Charter has a fitness, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tube(s)- decent resturant- great breakfast buffet and is ski in and ski out. The Ski shop in the building was very helpful and I would recommend reservations for ski equipment prior to arrival. We had several other families staying at the Charter and the trip was a success. Overall, a great place to stay and a decent value in Beaver Creek where there are not too many values.
