Ozark seclusion with a fully loaded cozy cabin, creeks, springs ,oh my!!!
Nous sommes parfaits pour tout ce que vous voulez faire dans les Ozarks, qu'il s'agisse de flottement, d'équitation, de randonnée, de spéléologie, de chasse ou de retour à la nature. Nous sommes hors des sentiers battus, (exactement 3 miles sur une route de gravier), dans un cadre très intime, où vous pourrez vous détendre en toute intimité. La cabane est entourée de forêt avec une faune abondante et des sentiers sans fin que vous pouvez monter à cheval, en VTT, en VTT, en moto ou en 4x4 tout ce que vous voulez. Nous proposons désormais le wifi avec netflix.

We stayed in the cabin and hit the parks in the area. The cabin is in a beautiful remote location. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I sent our boys to summer camp and were looking for a short trip just the two of us. We love kayaking and never kayaked in Ozark Riverways. We were looking for a place to stay away from crowds and peaceful. Love! Love! Love this place! It was super clean and cute. Away from everything and everyone. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed drinking wine and playing some card game on the screened in porch. I could not recommend this place enough if you’re looking for something secluded and quiet. The owner was very communicative. We also loved listening to the horses and rooster in the distance. Highly remmended location!

This is a very cute cabin. I had stayed there once before and enjoyed it. My last stay here was just as well. Check in process is easy. Having a washer and dryer is a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved that it had a washer and dryer, hosts we're great at communicating! Pretty far off the main road from Eminence,but beautiful country side with well behaved doggos,lots of deer and horses!
Would be a stretch to say it sleeps 6 tho. Understandable that country houses have a few bugs to deal with.
Overall a cute cabin!

Cute little cabin in an absolutely perfect setting! It was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely go back. We happened to meet the hosts and they are the sweetest.

I loved the remoteness of the cabin. It was beautifully quiet and “away from it all”. Exactly what we were looking for.
There are likely springs and creeks on the property as advertised, but there are no paths or maps. We found Maynard Creek, a gorgeous Spring fed creek not far from the cabin and enjoyed time there.
Would be nice to have ceiling fans on back porch, but that is just a suggestion. The cabin was great, well stocked, clean, directions there perfect.
I would definitely go back.

An absolutely wonderful experience! If you're looking for a cabin in a private secluded area that is completely safe I highly recommend the Birch Tree Cabin. It's less then 10 minutes from downtown Eminence and located in Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The Cabin is clean and nicely furnished and the host was extremely friendly and was available whenever we reached out. I will definitely stay with them any time I'm in the area...

Such a pleasant location. Quietly tucked away with a relaxing view across the pasture of horses. We loved spending time sitting in the screened-in porch every morning as we drank our morning cup of coffee. Due to the inclement weather, the porch also provided us the opportunity to enjoy the scenery while staying nice & dry! The kitchen was a little small, but was well stocked. The queen bed had a memory foam mattress that was too soft for our liking, but most likely would have been comfortable for a younger age group. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. All in all, a very enjoyable stay for our girls trip!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to drive fairly short distances to some great hiking trails. The kitchen was well stocked and were able to prepare breakfast/supper, the BBQ grill and fire pit out front were appreciated! We saw deer and turkeys. The hosts were in contact with us for any need that might come up, but we really didn't need a thing.

Cabin was clean and owners thought of every amenity you could ask for. The view from the front porch was amazing with horses and deer playing all day. The owners dogs were a great welcoming committee and were very sweet. The peace and quiet of the cabin was absolutely the best. This is one of the best places we have stayed.

This was a perfect quiet place for a couple days. The cabin is very well kept and the location is good, close enough to the things to see but far enough so you will hear little to no traffic sounds! The only improvement I would suggest would be a king size bed but it is a very nice spot for some downtime. The dogs are very friendly and were fun guests the one time they came to visit.

Stayed here for our annual fall getaway. Loved the daily visits from their doggies and enjoyed giving them treats along with the horses. Very pretty and relaxing. Internet did not work here but that didn’t bother us.

From scented towels and candles, to fantastic views; they made us feel at home while respecting our privacy.
The visiting pets (dogs and horse), were a definite bonus.
The internet at the location is a bit on the slow side, but that's to be expected with how far "off the beaten path" they are. We were grateful to have it, as our cell phones (t-Mobile) didn't have signal. It's a great place to go for a while to be off grid if that's what you're looking for.
We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened in porch, and star gazing after dark.
We're looking forward to when we can return, perhaps in the fall for the color changes through the Ozarks.

Very nice ,quiet cabin. My son loved the horses. A little further out of town than I anticipated, but still able to get to quite a few state parks. Had everything we needed. Overall very nice!

My husband and I just spent such a relaxing 3 nights here. The cabin and area are as presented in the listing. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We hope to return in the winter.

3 of us travel to Eminence yearly for the past 30 years. This was our first time to stay at The birch tree cabin. We loved every thing about it. It was wonderfully secluded. Had all the amenities we needed. The cabin was very comfortable. The owners quickly responded whenever I contacted them. I would definitely stay there again.

The only problem I had was it was advertised as sleeps six. there was a bed. a futon that would sleep 2, a couch and a live seat. One person could sleep on couch but maybe not so comfortably and the 6th person would be sleeping on a loveseat and that would have been very uncomfortable unless it was a small child maybe. Our bed was very uncomfortable and the pullo s and bedding could have been better

This property is beautiful. We have never experienced such solitude and space to just relax. The animals around the property were a bonus Two Great Danes and horses. We highly recommend.

It was a very enjoyable stay at the cozy little cabin. It was clean and warm.
Location was perfect for what we were looking for. First low water bridge stay to the left as there is a pot hole on the right side.
Lots of great reads that we read when internet went out. Maps are available to make routes for your stay.

Once again my husband and I had a great time at this cozy little cabin. We had everything we could possibly need, except for food and we brought that. We have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back. I’m f you are wanting something off the main road, this is the place for you. The owners are absolutely wonderful to make sure you have everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! This cabin was perfect for a quiet couple getaway. We stayed for our anniversary weekend from the listing to the directions and the comfort of the bed it was spot on! This was a very cozy quiet setting with super sweet fur babies that came to visit to make us feel at home! We loved this cabin and will visit again!! The property is gorgeous, the owners are very friendly and accommodating, the house was spotless, the linens were freshly cleaned… it has everything we needed for a woman’s getaway. I’ll be coming back in the future! Next time longer stays! Love love loved it!
