Ocean One 101- Gorgeous Ocean Front 4 Bedroom Condo with 3 Walk In Showers.
Ocean One est une propriété de premier ordre située dans la célèbre plage de South Forest à Hilton Head. Ocean One 101 a de nouveaux propriétaires et ils ont remodelé cette unité de haut en bas. Il est magnifique et vous épatera avec confort, style et toute l'expérience de la plage! Ocean One 101 est un condo Ocean Front de 4 chambres. 2 des 4 chambres font face à l'océan - chacune avec un lit King Size. Promenez-vous hors du curseur de verre du salon sur le patio face à l'océan face à l'océan. Ce complexe offre une passerelle privée vers la plage. Après une longue journée sur la plage, vous pouvez retourner à la propriété et vous baigner dans la piscine face à l'océan. Profitez de la brise de l'océan et de la musique en direct de la cabane Tiki à côté. Ocean One a ajouté un nouvel espace barbecue avec 3 grils à gaz pour les clients à utiliser et il est idéalement situé à environ 25 mètres du patio de l'unité 101. L'intérieur a été mis à jour avec une nouvelle cuisine, 4 nouvelles salles de bain avec 3 douches à l'italienne et 1 combo baignoire / douche, du parquet et des meubles. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision. Le propriétaire a fourni un accès gratuit à un placard situé dans le couloir extérieur près de la porte d'entrée. After years of staying in floor 4 or 5 condos, because we had 5 young grandchildren in our party this year we tried a 1st floor unit and had a great week. We missed the full ocean view but had great, easy access to the pool and beach without hauling all our belongings down the elevator.

The location was excellent! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach. The size of the condo for 9 people worked out perfectly. I was disappointed in the bedding as it had some holes and was a bit old. The unit was quite clean. The kitchen was not very well appointed - no cookie sheet, no decent size frying pan, only two teaspoons (the rest were tablespoons) and the coffee maker leaked. So that was disappointing. The management staff was very friendly and responsive.

When we arrived there were 2 bathroom sinks that were filthy (shaved hair in the sink and back up stuff in one sink and brown stuff with foam in the other sink. Bathrooms marginally cleaned. Kitchen marginally cleaned. Dishes DIRTY with food on them and we had to clean. Not a useable pan in the kitchen. We went to the office and showed them pictures of the sinks and the conditions of the pots and pans. They sent housekeeping again who only rinsed the sinks and did not clean! They gave us a new pan we could use thank goodness so we could at least could cook. Disgusting

The location of Ocean One #101 is great. The unit is in need of TLC. All bedding is at least 5 yrs old, the kitchen supplies are less than adequate. We had to buy a pan as the largest one available was 8 inches. The attention to a clean turnover is seriously diminished. The sheets in the queen bedroom had not been changed, with evidence they had been slept in; had to wash upon arrival. Would recommend with skepticism, as the noted items should be addressed.

Responsive staff. The layout of the condo was amazing enough room for everyone at the end of the day, this really is an amazing unit. So close to Colugby!
A few minor things. The pool was closed a few days that was disappointing. Need More pots and pans and food storage. Right burner on stove is slow. Other than that it was great! Would stay again.

We had a nice time but the condo we rented really needs some freshening up. The walls need new paint BAD, the furniture needs updating as it’s worn out and not comfortable at all. ( mainly the living room). The towels were very dingy and old looking as well, so I actually went and bought towels, bath cloths and a coffee maker to use while there because the ones provided was so old and worn out.

Management company communicated effectively that there was construction taking place within the complex. This did not effect our stay with regard to noise etc.. and I was pleased that we were made aware of this prior to arriving. Unit was spacious and clean. Location is great with access to the pool and beach. Would highly recommend. Only complaint was we were disturbed by a real estate agent who was apparently there to show the property with a group of people and we were not expecting them.

Absolutely a wonderful location to walk anywhere in the area. We were here a week. Lots of space for 7 adults. It was quiet with only a few people playing in courtyard this time of year. It's a corner unit and fabulous for access to beach with three entries on the water side. The den needs an update with new couch and/ or swivel chairs to accommodate as many as it sleeps. It is a bit worn out. A little difficult to sit and enjoy football bowl games and movies for adults. If you like a pancake pillow you will be fine. They need new ones! They had cards, games and movies to enjoy! That was a bonus. The little shopping village is great with lots to do and taste. Do the segwa on the island! It was so fun. Also, if you golf and go to Indigo Run the golf course is amazingly beautiful and worth every penny!!!!! The pro is from MS! :)

This was the perfect spot for our family's vacation in Hilton Head. Easy walk to Coligny shopping, steps from the beach, and close to an awesome pirate ship playground and children's museum. Our young kids loved playing in the grass patch outside the condo. We also liked having a bathroom connected to each room and plenty of room in the common areas for our group of six (four adults and two kids) to relax. You could hear music coming from the Tiki Hut until around 10, but it wasn't loud enough to disrupt nap/bed time for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location right on caligny beach. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room. Pool is nice. Check in process was a little antiquated. You have to go to a separate location a mile a way to get your code instead of it just being texted to you. There is bar next door that blasts music. You can hear it in the condo but it’s pretty mild.

Condo was great. Everything was great except the refrigerator freezer was broken. The frozen food we bought melted. Repairman came but nothing was ever fix. So i would just confirm that the fridge was replaced. Repairman said there were no option but to replace it.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and most of the unit has been updated. Oceanfront walk out
This is a beautiful nice condo. We had 6 adults, 3 couples. We could have also had room for a few kids in the kids room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice for privacy. It was a chilly weekend, but the beach was beautiful and lots to do in the area!

Location near Coligny Circle was convenient for quick shopping/groceries. Wonderful playground across the street for children. Unit was clean but I am real picky on cleanliness, so floors could have been dusted better and frig had some major spill issues that were never cleaned properly. Needed to take glass shelves out and scrub. Plush towels, comfy beds, bathrooms for each bedroom made our stay comfortable. Lots of beach toys, chairs available.
