Notre unité au dernier étage 501 a une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis son grand balcon couvert avec de beaux alizés. Il y a un coin salon avec deux fauteuils et un ensemble de salle à manger Frontgate Cafe qui peut accueillir quatre personnes. Notre spacieux condo de 1 000 pieds carrés entièrement climatisé comprend une chambre principale qui a été améliorée avec un matelas king-size Serta de la série I, de nouveaux oreillers, une télévision à écran plat, des meubles de chambre et des draps de luxe. Des rideaux et des tiges occultants Pottery Barn ont été installés. La vue depuis le balcon de la chambre vaut la peine de se réveiller.
La salle de bain est en carrelage, marbre et granit avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Il y a une demi-salle de bain idéalement située dans le couloir de la chambre.

Peaceful Ocean View
This was our second time staying at this location. The condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean with spectacular views of St Barts to be seen over that morning coffee. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and the on call staff friendly and helpful. You can count on a good nights sleep in the excellent bed. Hope to return for years to come.

This apartment at Princess Heights is as portrayed in the advertisement. It is bright, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. If you have issues with stairs this unit is not for you. Otherwise it is perfect

Overall this is an outstanding place to stay. The facilities are very nice, the pool, gym, laundry, all things that are great at this resort. we loved our room, the spaciousness of it, the privacy offered. overall a real good experience.
there were a couple of items that may be an issue for you if you come here, they were for us.
1. the resort is overwhelmed with cats. at one point i counted 17 , and 2 of them did have a litter before we left, so right now between 20 to 30 cats will be on the resort. they come from the rocks in the upper parking lot, they stay in the garden area by the gym, which smells like cat pee something awful. our first room we had to leave because the cat pee & dander smell overwhelmed the room, which was a shame because we had stayed there before & the owner of that room {Tim & Janet Mathews} were so wonderful to work with. she & the staff worked together to move us & try to alleviate the problem. they did a good job of re cleaning room ductwork, surrounding area, but for someone who is allergic, like me it did not help. they moved us to a second unit which was better, but you still had to walk around the cat pee smell in several areas.
2. the only other issue that some might have is that building A has no elevator, so be prepared to take steps if you are there. we got moved to building B which has a lift, but the only time i used it was when my wife & I went out for the day or evening. I liked the steps because it gave me a good work out. other than that , this is an enjoyable place, but we probably will not come back to stay until something is done about the cats. which is too bad, because we really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff & owner. They are awesome, but the seem to be at a loss about the cats and someone who is highly allergic to them.

The perfect spot!
We just had a lovely, relaxing week long stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as described and communication with Janet was a breeze. Even when our airline changed the day of arrival for our trip, she quickly adjusted our rental without any issues at all. Having an actual reception desk is like having the best of both a hotel and a HomeAway rental all rolled into one. They are responsive and incredibly helpful, even though you are renting from the owner (which is not always the case at other properties).
The location is beautiful and always received ocean breezes. We ate all of our meals on the balcony to take advantage of the view, breeze, etc. The condo itself is very well appointed with everything you may need and some thoughtful extras as well. And we LOVED the 25 m saline pool.
We walked over to the French side a couple of times for supper as it was only about a 20 minute walk. If you want a fantastic dining experience, try Oasis. Food, service and ambiance here were outstanding.

Anniversary trip

Exactly as described!
Many times on VRBO a unit falls short of the image created by the owner...not here! The condo is quite large, beautifully maintained, and well-managed. Princess Heights has on-site management so you have assistance if you need it. Janet, the owner, was in constant communication making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. The location is quiet but a short drive from Phillipsburg and Grand Case. Restaurant options and beaches are close.
The complex is fairly large but you don't see a lot of people. The area feels quite safe and I walked every evening.
I've read reviews of the condo that fretted over having to climb stairs. I'm 68 and the stairs were no issue.
I had the condo to myself but it's big enough for multiple people comfortably. I definitely look forward to my next visit.

Amazing Time!
We had the best time staying at Tim and Janet's place at Princess Heights. The whole place is gorgeous and there was plenty of space. The room is filled with all the essentials and more. The property is in a perfect location to view the gorgeous sunrises on SXM. Loved the peace and quiet of the entire property! The owners are fabulous and respond promptly to any requests or questions. We definitely will be staying here again! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

This is the second time we have stayed in a Princess Heights property in St. Maarten. The service from the office staff couldn't be better! These folks are very attentive to your every need and question, which is always a plus when you are traveling.
This condo was very much like the one we previously stayed in, except this one is five floors up! Therefore, you have to climb five flights of stairs every time you are headed to your condo. (You might want to do some cardio before you come here! Whew!)
That being said, the bed was extremely comfortable and all of the amenities were as described. The only issue we ran into was intermittent and sometimes weak WIFI signals. It seemed to work much better with the laptop than with our phones.
I must say that we were initially shocked to see that some of our favorite eateries had been totally wiped out by hurricane Irma. However, we made a project out of discovering restaurants and visiting destinations we missed on our first trip. I am hopeful that the vegetation on St. Maarten returns within the next couple of years! I miss seeing all of that greenery! We spent most of our time on Orient Beach (which is our favorite!), so experiencing those beautiful turquoise waters again made the trip definitely worthwhile.
We will return to St. Maarten again in the future and look forward to seeing additional improvements to this adventurous island!

Spacious luxury condo with pool
We enjoyed our stay very much.
The condo was spotless and in great condition!
The owner paid a lot of attention to details starting from furniture, to kitchen tools, and bathroom supplies – all very good quality.
Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great lounge/living room area ideal for chilling after a hot day outside.
Owner was easily reached for questions and we received quick and precise answers.
Also, the Princess Height reception personnel was very friendly and available when needed.
The location is a bit secluded which is what we wanted – a car is needed (rental or taxi) to go to different places throughout the island. There are two beaches within walking distance.

Excellent Winter Escape
We totally enjoyed our three week stay at Princess Heights. The unit was clean, efficient, spacious, well decorated, and had beautiful oceanviews from the balcony. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment and the pots and pans were new too!
Our only disappointment is that the unit is already booked for the weeks we were hoping for next year!

St Maarten Bliss
Truly a little gem. The condo was exactally as advertised. It was clean, with everything in good working order. You can expect a comfortable sleep in the very good king size bed. We were able to keep up with current news with satelite tv and internet that worked excellent. Outstanding views for that morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Very quite. The very friendly staff along with our hosts Janet and Tim gave quick responses to the few questions we had. We would not hesitate to book again. Thankyou for sharing your condo.

The apartment is very well equipped and everything that was needed for a really comfortable stay was provided. Really excellent accommodation.

Great choice!
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely condo. We were very happy with our choice. Janet was extremely helpful and very prompt with her replies to our questions. Even though we arrived after dark on the first night, the condo was easy to find and we appreciated the fact that Nigel helped us with our suitcases. The office even called the next day to ask us how our first night had been. The condo was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The view from both balconies was stunning! The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. We found it easy to drive anywhere on the island from this location. We enjoyed breakfasts at Holland House (Philipsburg), La Sucriere (Simpson Bay), Oyster Bay Beach Resort (Oyster Pond), and Le Croissant Royal (Marigot). We also picked up delicious croissants and sandwiches from Le Fruit a Pain in Quartier d’Orleans. We had tasty lunches at Taloula Mango’s (Philipsburg), the Rib Shack (Grand Case), Oyster Bay Beach Resort (Oyster Pond), and Bikini Beach (Orient Beach). We enjoyed dinners at the Rib Shack (Grand Case), Topper’s (Simpson Bay), La Villa (Grand Case), and Al Dente (Cul de Sac). We drove to Orient Beach almost every day. On our last morning the office called to remind us that checkout was at noon. They said to let them know when our bags were ready and they would send someone up to carry them down for us. This was greatly appreciated! We enjoyed our stay at Princess Heights and would recommend it to others.

Loved it
stayed 2 weeks middle of may , 2018. this unit was perfect for our needs, it was spacious, separate rooms, totally full kitchen with everything needed. loved the extra room this unit provided. only down side of the unit was there is no washer or dryer. the complex only has one of each and it is 2 floors up and other side of second building. had to carry laundry a long way and hope they were available. no elevators in our building, so a lot of steps, but in spite of those things the facilities are nice, gym was great, pool was exceptional.
unit does need a new mattress, wife and i both came home with back issues, and they would reveal themselves every morning when we awoke. i am thankful to tim & janet for helping make this trip possible for us. we have been coming to the island for 20 years and this trip would not have happened without their help. a great couple to work with, exceptional response time. we will come back, just would like a couple of things different, but overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful
This was our 6th trip to St. Martin and our second time staying at Princess heights. Tim and Janet's place was beyond expectations. The condo is immaculate and the views from the 2 balconies spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to make any kind of meal which came in handy as the majority of restaurants were either closed or in the rebuilding stage after hurricane Irma. Dawn Beach is a short walk away and the others nearby if you rent a car. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this condo to anybody looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay. Jeff and Diane Nikkel

Amazing stay!
I would like to thank the owner Janet for her availability and kindness. She was always available for any question we had and she was very helpful. Princess Heights was absolutely amazing. We rented an apartment (unit 501) with a great view, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and good A/C.
The staff in reception welcomed us warmly and were very helpful in any request we had.
We would return to Princess Heights and I highly recommend it.

A no fault!
We would like to thank our hosts for their availability, the quality of our exchanges and their kindness. Everything was in line with our expectations. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Very up-to-date and well maintained (which is important in the islands). The pool was greatly appreciated by the whole family. The view is magnificent and the location is ideal if you wish to spend a holiday in complete tranquility. And what about the staff on site, the customer service was outstanding! I recomand without hesitation this rental.
