We would rent it again. We really enjoy the outdoors and took advantage of the large patio every day. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, and the people we met at the pool were very friendly. The property is as advertised, fully stocked kitchen, excellent wi-fi, comfortable beds, great neighborhood and mountain views (especially at sunset). The only (ONLY) issue we had was with the garage door, but after a phone call it was repaired within 2 hours. Excellent place, highly recommended.

The property was even nicer than we expected. We are very familiar with Green Valley, but had never been in this neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised with the location and beauty of the area. The house had just about everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay at this property, clean and well stocked, had everything I could need for a month long stay. Nice to have a garage also. Very pleased.

I started out last October on a road trip from Minnesota to Florida. I didn’t care for Florida, so I changed my plans and decided to head west on a cross-country trek to Tucson, to visit friends and possibly look for a place to live. Since it was still tourist season, I was unable to find a place to rent in Tucson. I had to widen my search and I fortunately ended up at this gem of a place in Green Valley. It was so nice to be able to unpack my car and settle in to re-group and just relax for a month. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed to cook my own meals. Having the laundry in the unit was SO nice! I loved sitting out on the front and back patio’s, and having my car in a garage again was such a luxury. This is a really lovely community. I would love to live here. As a single woman, I felt totally safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Alyssa is a very gracious host, and she gets back to you right away if you have any questions or issues. I would love to rent from Alyssa again when I come back to AZ.

The people we encountered on our walks were friendly and the scenery was gorgeous; we never got tired of the mountains or the desert.The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished and the front patio was large and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and silverware and it felt like home from the moment we got there.Conveniently located within a couple of miles were drug and grocery stores and also gas stations.If you want to relax on your vacation, this is the place to be.

A lovely place to see spectacular sunsets and rises. Perfect place to watch the ever changing mountains from the patio or walking paths. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. Very friendly HOA. Pool and spa were open and we had them to ourselves almost every time. On those few days when the weather keeps one indoors, you can take a trip around the very nice in home art gallery. Alyssa was so quick to respond it was like she was next door. She texted us about a power outage almost before we knew it had happened. Our favorite of the six Green Valley places we have rented. If you can get this place, you will not be sorry.

This is a very peaceful place! It is private, super clean, with all the appliances you may need. Alyssa has EVERYTHING in the kitchen, for the ones that love to cook and bake, huge pantry, lots of space! Loved the back yard, with those sunsets taking over the sky. The house is so well taken care of, with great pieces of furniture, big closets dressers. if you have a family or are a couple, this is just the right place. Alyssa is an amazing human being, fast to respond and to accommodate, she is just lovely. Whoever takes cares of this house cleaning wise must be extremely detailed! Even the silverware are put so nicely together! The house has no issues, the washer dryer are new and so great to have, especially during a relocation time. Love the shower great pressure! The BBQ in the back yard is wonderful!! Wonderful neighbourhood, take a walk in the evening you will feel so at peace, very safe, PCSD is 5 min away, Library also, there are a couple of nice restaurants at the Plaza, one is called Javalena fun, they bring artists and play nice music while you dine. Also trails around , if you love to jog or walk. There is a pool for the guests to use around the corner. Green Valley is great area, safe and all markets, banks, gas stations are 5 min close by. I am so lucky to have found this gem. I’m looking to buy a house and this place was just a dream to find! Oh, the garage is a plus, to park inside. This was all could have hoped for, nice 2 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Would like to book this next year for 2 weeks.

This was a very clean and nicely decorated property. Very quiet with great Mountain View. There is no TV in the second bedroom as stated sand no cable TV which would have been nice on the rainy days. We would stay there again however.

This home is a little gem - so comfortable and so well appointed Patio especially is delightful. We would love to return for a month Next feb. fabulous location. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We were in town for Christmas with my 90 year old Dad, the location was perfect, the house was just what we needed..

We came to Green Valley for our first time to visit family and take in the sites in a warmer location. Our accommodations were perfectly located, clean and comfortable.

Owner responds quickly, easy check in, quite area, nicely furnished, clean. Had a few questions about check out procedures but unable to contact managers by phone.

Neat, clean, central location. We booked for a week and - as our new home in GV wasn't quite ready to be occupied - we were able to extend for a few extra days. That helped us out greatly and we really appreciate Alyssa's flexibility in that regard.

The home was as described, check in was easy, contact information and response from owner (via email) was timely. I loved this place. CLEAN, very quiet (it's not snowbird season at this time), and bonus... a very private patio! The home does not have GVR, but has a nice little pool/Jacuzzi for the neighborhood. All the items you need to get started (coffee filters, salt, pepper, toilet paper, basic bathroom toiletries). The gas grill worked great. I will definitely re-book this property in the future. Cons: the ice maker did not work, the TV isn't cable, just basic channels. Not a deal breaker by any means! Great property!

The process was easy, the condo was well maintained and clean. The owner was gracious enough to provide basic supplies needed for a couple of days so you didn't have to rush to the store once you arrived. Responses to any questions we immediately answered. I would rent the property again. Perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay. Quiet, very clean, comfortable beds, large living area and outside patios. Well stocked kitchen. Will be even better when Internet and cable service available.

This is a great value--corner location has the feel of a separate house. Large patio and garage. Wonderful views of mountains. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans--ideal for long-term renters planning to cook meals. Entire condo is nicely furnished and decorated. Access to nearby community pool and sauna is a big plus. Local contacts were cordial and responsive. We are among the first renters for new owners--only recommendations would be to connect wifi, add more silverware and provide a page of guest instructions.

The place was nice and comfy - we spent very little time there since we were visiting family in the area. It worked great for us!

Easy access, quiet and beautiful desert views. Wonderful books containing area history. Art throughout the home reflected the local environment and added to our feeling of being in the Southwest. Lovely place to stay! Thank you!
