Si vous cherchez une escapade au bord du lac parfaite pour votre famille ou vos amis, ne cherchez plus! La maison du lac Lamoka est située à la pointe du lac Lamoka, en face de l'île Red Bank. Nous offrons l'évasion parfaite de la routine quotidienne. Avec 190 pieds de bord de lac, notre quai vous donne non seulement accès à un magnifique lac au fond de boue pour nager, pagayer et se détendre, mais vous pouvez également utiliser notre chaloupe ou canoë fourni pour certaines des meilleures pêches à l'achigan de la région!
Besoin d'une pause dans l'eau? Détendez-vous sur notre terrasse enveloppante dans des chaises adirondack confortables. Un foyer offre également un endroit paisible pour que vous et votre famille vous réunissiez pour terminer la journée.

Le chalet pittoresque a un prix économique, car tout le monde mérite un endroit pour se détendre. Trois chambres et une salle de bains entourent l'espace de vie commun de la maison. La salle de bain en trois parties a une douche avec une banquette. La kitchenette avec coin repas est entièrement équipée avec suffisamment de plats, ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine pour une maison pleine. Vous y trouverez une cuisinière électrique, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain et une cafetière, ainsi qu'un gril à gaz pour la cuisine en plein air. Le salon dispose également d'un futon (qui peut fournir un couchage supplémentaire si nécessaire la nuit). Dans la zone commune, il y a un écran plat, une télévision montée avec un lecteur DVD fourni et un accès par câble. Nous fournissons également Internet sans fil pour le confort de tous nos clients.

It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year.

We planned a last minute trip for the weekend before school starts. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The dock was great and the house was clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The host was so nice and accomodating.

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the finger lakes. Lamoka Lake is absolutely beautiful and the fishing is amazing. The host is very friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Brian's a great host, greeted us on arrival and offered his assistance in anything we needed. The dock was perfect for my boat and we enjoyed some good fishing on the lake.

Nice, basic property perfectly situated on a beautiful lake just below Lake Keuka. Nice sitting area at the water. Short drive to Watkins Glen, Corning and other spots in finger lakes region. Good kitchen amenities and roomy bedrooms and bathroom. Just bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.

Very nice little cottage.. well appointed .. only improvements I could suggest is somehow create some counter space.. we made it work .. had a great time .. our host Bryan was readily available.. and even helped us order some chicken wings .

Cute cabin with everything you need. Fishing was great, just steps from the cabin. Lots of firewood available. Brian very friendly and accommodating.

Cute little camp across the street from Lamoka Lake. Close to both Hammondsport and Watkins Glen, so conveniently located. Great for jumping off spot to go places and 3 bedrooms, so comfortable sleeping. Ample outdoor space for lounging/relaxing, but indoors not a large communal area. Who needs one with all that the Finger Lakes offers. Owner very responsive and willing to help. Thank you for your kindness.

We had our third vacation on Lamoka Lake at Bryan's place. As usual, we had a good time and Bryan was a great host. Fishing was good and it was fun to watch the frequent storms. We plan to return in 2024.

Wonderful location! Can’t beat being steps away from lake! Super clean, well kept property. Brian was top notch! Very welcoming, helpful, and gregarious! Recommend for couples or small group, as indoor living space is very limited. Very nice backyard picnic space, too! 10-15 minutes in either direction to Hammondsport, or Watkins Glen.

Our trip was short but sweet! Brian was very friendly and helpful. Great lawn, awesome area right on the water to hamg...swimming and were wonderful and having the paddleboat was a hit! The living area is small but when youre busy and just need sleep who cares?! Kids and adults all slept great. Would definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's lakefront property. We loved the dock area at the waterfront and being able to dock our boat there. The property was advertised and the owner was very nice and responsive to our needs.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. In close proximity to wine country and to Corning (we were there for the Corning Marathon). Large bedrooms and bathroom. The living space is small, but comfy. Would be great to be there in the warmer weather to have enjoyed the porch and lake dock. Brian was a great host. One quick note. This property requires you to bring your own linens, which is noted in the description, however, I unfortunately didn't read that part - doh! Would totally stay here again.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful lake. My family enjoyed taking the provided canoe (and paddleboard we brought) out on the lake. There was even a music event on the island in the lake while we were there. The house has all basic amenities someone would need (kitchen items, hairdryer, dvd player/tv, etc.). The owner was friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

The lake is right across the street. Which is only a few steps and the street is never busy. We had a row boat and canoe at our disposal which was very nice. There was a yard With a fire pit and plenty of wood. The place is a little small. But the beds were really comfortable, and we were outside most of the time anyways so we really don’t need much room other than asleep and I have a place to fix a few meals.

Our second annual stay at Brian's place was a very good experience. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is close to the lake, and we had good fishing from the dock. Brian was a very good host. We definitely plan on a return visit next Summer.

Great place right on the water! My family stayed there and used it as a jumping off point for local wineries and lake fun. Brian was great and provided local insights including secret fishing spots.

Great 4th of July Weekend
We had a lovely time staying on lamoka lake for the weekend. Brian’s house was perfect for what we needed and allowed us to enjoy spending time waterfront. Very clean property and Brian was very responsive. Would highly recommend if you want a house conveniently located between Keuka and Seneca lakes.

It was just okay - I wouldn’t stay here again
Prior to booking I asked if there were Uber’s and/or Lyfts available. The property manager said that there are… there aren’t. This property doesn’t have sheets, pillow cases or towels. Which makes me question if the blankets ever get washed. Traveling with that stuff is really inconvenient. We stayed for 3 nights but we ran out of hot water after the first day. So I ended up taking 2 cold showers. If I visit this area again I would not stay at this property again. The location is right on the water though.

Perfect
The property was in a great location, short drive to everything. The house was clean, comfortable for our group of 4, and in a beautiful spot on the lake. We enjoyed watching the sun go down from the dock every night. This property was just what we were looking for for a relaxing time in the Fingerlakes. I would highly recommend it.

Great Cozy Lakeside Stay
This little house served as a great home base for our weekend getaway! The host Brian let us into the property and was responsive, and even left a binder with information about the house amenities and fun places to visit or eat in the area. The common area was a bit cramped with 5 adults but if you plan to spend most of your time doing activities outside of the house, this is a great quiet location close to lake Seneca and Watkins Glen. The lake views are beautiful.

Adorable cottage, well maintained and well-stocked with essentials such as cleaning supplies, cooking utensils etc. Brian was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake.

Was concerned to not be staying at a traditional finger lake on this last minute long weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the family atmosphere and overall feeling of the lake

Great Time
We were there for one week and had a good time. Brian was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice on restaurants and places to visit. The cottage was clean and well furnished. Fishing from the dock was excellent as we caught many fish. The lake is very close and convenient to both Watkins Glen and Hammondsport. We definitely plan to go back there again. Very relaxing/beauty lake view
My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two kids and our niece. We had a great week of fishing, swimming, and just relaxing by the dock. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Brian was very helpful with any questions we had. The lake was beautiful and we caught lots of nice fish!
