Ce condo de 1700 pieds carrés est situé dans un cadre paysager tropical magnifiquement entretenu à quelques pas de la piscine de luxe, offre une vue sur l'océan et une passerelle privée directement à El Anclote Surf Beach.
Il est équipé d'une cuisine de luxe, d'appareils électroménagers haut de gamme, de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes.
La plupart des endroits répertoriés comme «Punta Mita» ne sont pas réellement à proximité du centre-ville de Punta Mita. Ils sont dans les environs. Presque toutes ces unités nécessiteraient une voiture ou une très longue randonnée pour se rendre à n'importe quelle forme de marché, restaurant, marina pour des excursions, etc. Cependant, nous sommes situés dans une communauté exclusive et sécurisée juste au bord de la bande principale. Pour les clients qui préfèrent marcher et profiter de l'expérience locale, c'est l'une des rares options. Cette unité avec vue sur l'océan complète avec une belle piscine et une cabane offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin à un prix étonnamment bas. Plus important encore, c'est vraiment comme dans les photos, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas.
Notre complexe dispose d'un chemin de randonnée privé à l'extrémité ouest de la plage.

We had a lovely time. Two families with four kids shared the unit, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is large enough for nights in over drinks, and the area is perfect for evenings in beach side bars or local taquerias.
The pool kept the four kids (5 and 7) busy during the day, and the waves on the beach are great for beginner attempts at surfing (but wouldn't be enough for veterans).
We would certainly stay here again.

Faro de mita was an excellent spot for a family getaway. Close to town and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants we enjoyed our stay. The pool was a welcome option for hot days. While the beach access was a bit rocky, we couldn’t appreciate the friendly staff that helped to make our experience special.

The condo itself was comfortable and really nice. Great for retirees. Okay for kids but the pool is very quiet. Beach is beautiful. Calm. Not for surfing. The hot water was my biggest issue. I only had 1 hot shower the entire stay. They said the hot water heater is very small. The concierge and security guard were great. Very safe. Overall, we were comfortable but next time we’d stay somewhere with more kids and activities. Really great restaurants and epic whale watching (on boat through concierge/Brian) but otherwise not much to do unless you travel.

We were looking for a relaxing place to escape for a week of relaxation and fun. This place fit the bill perfectly. The concierge team was able to set us up with great dining experiences, fun adventures and even had the place stocked with all the provisions we needed upon arrival. The property is very well maintained, and the location is fantastic. Will definitely visit again!

Despite the ominous weather reports, (rain storms), we basically experienced sunshine every day, it just came at different times. The condominium itself was spotless, better than the pictures depict. In PV / Punta Mita, air conditioning is a must- and this condo delivered- I counted 4 AC's and they all worked!

Beautiful condo, spotless, toiletries provided, plenty of bath and beach towels available. Bed linens are in pristine condition, and bed mattresses are very comfortable. The condo rental price included housekeeping every other day. The pool is a good size and clean. The condo has many restaurant options within walking distance. And two small groceries stores within a block and a few coffee shops within a block.

Great Punta Mita condo
If you want a stay a way from the hustle and bustle of puerto Vallarta, punta mita is a great location away from it all. This unit was very clean and perfect location. The conceriege was very helpful with any questions and the security was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break in Punta de Mita
Excellent location and very relaxing setting. The property is clean and well maintained and very quiet. It was the perfect getaway to just escape and relax with our daughters and significant others. Multiple excellent restaurants were within a three block area close to the property and the sidewalks roll up about 11:00pm so the nights were quiet and comfortable.
Any questions we may have were quickly answered and transportation to and from the airport was easy and efficient. Small grocery stores were within a block to get simple snacks and basic food items.
Highly recommend the property for a simple weekend and getaway.

Perfect spring break getaway!
The property was just as it looked in the photos! Very clean, spacious and authentic decor. And being a corner unit, it was nice not having neighbors on all sides. The Concierge made things seamless by arranging transportation, activities, groceries and covid testing on departure. And the on-site staff (Abraham) was always checking in and was extremely helpful. The location was perfect....private access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and market. Waking up to the view overlooking the pool and the ocean was AMAZING! We'll be back!

Ideal Vacation Spot
The property was AMAZING, from the 24hr security to the friendly and attentive concierge. The property grounds were well maintained and beautiful. I had teenage daughters that like to workout/run everyday and I felt safe with the surroundings and letting them do that. My only complaint- there was not a BBQ to use. Other than that, everything was perfect for our family of five.

Great stay near the town and beach
Julio and Lily took great care of us. Love the surf board storage, parking, and easy access to the beach. Walk-able to (touristy, but nice) restaurants, a high-end grocery, and shopping. We'll return.

This was a perfect spot for our family. We had a variety of ages. Surf beach , was close. But pool was perfect for the 3yo. Perfect Family Getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FDM. For my family of 4, this property was more than spacious! Everything was clean, and the welcome food of guacamole, salsa, and chips was a great touch! The pool and the surrounding area was beautiful and clean, and the location of this property to town was perfect! We will definitely be back.

We loved staying here! It was so nice..very friendly, safe and peaceful. The perfect place to be after long days at the beach to come back and relax, watch movies or just hang out!
Pedro who is the manager is amazing! He helped with any questions or issues that ever came about within minutes. A few times the internet went out, but that's to be expected in a different country I'm sure, but always came back or fixed very quickly! Couldn't have been any better!!

What a great experience. We were all super comfortable in our condo. Family total of 8 (2 were young children). It was the perfect getaway. Daily choice of pool or ocean. Everything is nearby. 2 small hiccups during our stay but were immediately taken care of. This is honestly perfect for 2 families. We will def be returning

The daily maid service was a pleasant surprise.
The pool is excellent and the pool chairs super comfortable.
The third bedroom is really a laundry room and does not have A/C
The beach by the complex has a rocky entry so be prepared to walk through town to a beautiful sandy beach.
