Superbe maison, PAS DE FUMEUR DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE CE SOIT, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, 2nd St est parallèle au front de mer. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre belle maison de plage avec 2 étages pour créer un plan d'étage fluide et ouvert. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vie à la plage avec votre famille et vos amis à Ocean Isle Beach. Doit être âgé de 28 ans pour louer. 4 chambres, matelas neufs sur chaque lit.
La cuisine bien équipée comprend un réfrigérateur, une machine à glaçons, un grille-pain, un four, un mixeur, une cafetière et toutes les commodités pour votre famille et vos amis. La table de cuisine peut accueillir 6 personnes et le comptoir de bar de cuisine étendu peut accueillir quatre personnes avec des tabourets de bar.
L'un de nos moments préférés est de marcher tôt le matin ou vers l'heure du dîner avec des apéritifs et un verre de vin ensuite.
La tanière a un nouveau téléviseur haute définition 50 "avec Internet sans fil pour votre commodité. DVD et stéréo Bluray.
Un accès pratique à la plage avec des douches est à quelques pas - environ 130 mètres. De plus, un parking pour voitures et voiturettes de golf est disponible est souhaité ou nécessaire.
Il existe de nombreuses options pour les coureurs et les marcheurs à l'OIB avec des trottoirs à gogo et des passerelles naturelles de plusieurs kilomètres de long situées à l'est de l'intérieur des terres. Si vous exécutez le «point to point Island Run», il s'agit d'un itinéraire de 7 miles!
Golf: Le comté de Brunswick compte plus de 40 parcours et c'est avant d'arriver dans la région de Myrtle Beach. Nos favoris sont Panther's Run, Lions Paw, Carolina National GC, Crow Creek, Farmstead, Cape Fear National, Pearl East, Sandpiper.
Tennis: Ocean Isle Recreation Park est sur Georgetown Road, à environ 1 mile au nord du pont. Tournez-vous et parcourez 1 mile pour 8 courts de tennis à surface dure avec des pare-brise et de l'eau. Belle aire de jeux pour enfants aussi.

This was a perfect place for us. I can’t say enough how pleasant the experience was. It was more like a home away from home than a VRBO. The appliances in the kitchen were amazing. Everything was great. There were so many extra touches to make our stay a great experiences. Will definitely use this place again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Goff's island home. This was an "overflow" house for our very large family and the Goff's location was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as represented online. We had no issues or problems during our stay. All of the instructions for check-in/check-out, use of the keypad, wi-fi and remotes were very thorough. My family were the lucky ones who got to use this property as our "retreat". We will definitely keep this property on our radar for any future OIB stays!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how easy Tom was to work with. The house is very close to a beach access street and it was well appointed. It also has one of the best outdoor showers! Hot water, great shower pressure and high enough shower head for taller people. All descriptions were accurate.

Can’t get a better deal on a great house in a great location to the beach. If you do come, I highly suggest renting a golf cart to get to the park, ice cream shops, and restaurants. That was the only regret I had, not getting a golf cart.

Excellent experience renting! Short stroll to the beach. Less than a mile to the center of the island with its park, bars / restaurants, shops and pier. House was very clean and spacious. Excellent water pressure for great showers and comfy beds. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful island.

We had a very nice stay. There were a few gnats but we tried to kill them as we went along and I never could figure out how to use that can opener. The house could use a few games or something for kids but likely my granddaughter brought some of hers.. we would come back

The house has everything you need for a great beach stay. Close enough to the beach to walk. I would remind renting a golf cart for your stay.

Family Vacay #2
This was our second stay this summer. This time we had our baby granddaughter, her mom, and dad with us. Made use of the ramped beach access not far from the house. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Plus all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Plenty of space with many amenities. Perfect for viewing the 4th of July parade. Comfortable with the exception of A/C problems. Owner was quick to respond. Looking forward to another stay we’ve already booked in early September. Did learn that with a baby it would be nice to be closer to a beach access with ramp

We rented this house for a family getaway and it was just what we needed! Comfortable space, well equipped and nicely decorated. A very quick walk to the beach as well. The nearest public beach access has a lot of stairs, so if you're carrying lots of equipment to the beach just keep that in mind. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was very responsive and quick to send someone out to fix it. Overall a very nice stay!
