We had a great experience at this property and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit 30a.

The Southern Shores is an amazing condo. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen was perfect! We used it for breakfast most days! My children loved the bunk beds and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and several beach towels to use as well. Great location, a very short walk to the beach, watercolor restaurant and beach club. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with!

The condo was spotless! The decor was great! All furnishings were new. The view was great! It’s a great place to stay!

We have stayed in several units of these condos and this was by far the most beautiful. Great family to work with and so much help with tips to make our stay easier.

This property is beautiful inside and out! The location is amazing...just steps away from the pool, beach, Beach Club, shops, and Watercolor restaurants. The accommodations/furnishings are high end and interior is stylish and yet comfortable. The views from the balconies are spectacular. The unit was immaculate and the owner was a joy to work with! Will be back!

We loved this property and will be back ! The home has a beautiful inteior with an excellent kitchen to cook in while the waves roll in. 5 star quality. It was my wife and I and our two little girls as well as my mother and father. There were plenty of space for all of us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Many books were read overlooking the ocean from the master bedroom. It was heaven. We cannot wait to return!

I really enjoyed how the place was nicely decorated and every detail thought of. Beach supplies and towel were provided. Even toys for the kids to use while at beach were stored in the beach closet. The beach is right there, and there are several patios you can sit in to enjoy the views of the water. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking there since we have been trying to stay in our little socially isolated safe bubble these days. Both Whole Foods and instacart deliver to the doorstep so it made it super simple to get groceries. One thing about the area, for you city people, there’s no Uber eats or DoorDash Or even pizza delivery so for food you have to eat out or cook. I enjoyed cooking so worked out great. Thank you Nikki for lending us your beautiful spot on earth. We can’t wait to come back for another long weekend sometime in the future.

Our stay could not have been any better for our family!!! It was PERFECT! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and very well decorated. Great location with amazing views of the ocean! Owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had. Easy access to the Beach and the pool was great! I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!!

We were very happy with this beautiful condo. The view is beautiful, very convenient to walk right down to the beach and private pool. It was located in a perfect location for us! We had friends staying in Seaside within walking distance. We showed up and our bicycles were already delivered and beach chairs from the beach service were already set up! Thanks Nikki for the heads up to book both of those in advance. The condo was decorated beautifully, we can’t wait to come stay again! Nikki thank you for the great communication and for making our vacation the best!

The owners were always available for questions! Condo is in a great location . Easy access to the beach and the condo pool, which is very quiet. We are sad to leave!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I cannot wait to come back. We have been staying at Watercolor since 2004 and this was our favorite home ever.

We had a great time staying here. We couldn't be closer to the beach, we were steps away from two pools (and there will be more when Watercolor's beach club is finished) and not too far from Camp Watercolor. The condo was beautifully decorated and felt like home. My husband, two year old daughter, our nanny and I stayed here and the set up was perfect. Our daughter stayed in the bunk room, which she absolutely loved, we were across the hall in the master, and our nanny had some privacy on the first floor by herself. Everybody had plenty of space and then some. Nikki was so responsive and helpful the entire time and just really lovely in general. We ended up having to stay longer in Watercolor because a hurricane came between us and our drive home and Nikki was very helpful and accommodating. Renting from someone who is responsible, responsive, and caring really makes a world of difference.

Nikki is great to work with. The decor is beautiful and the furniture and beds are very comfortable.

Awesome condo! The layout was perfect, the location was perfect, everything was perfect! I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back!

This place was PERFECT. About as clean and organized as you can get. Pristine yet VERY comfortable. We had another family with us so there were four adults and four children and it was ideal. Close to the beach, a bunk room for the kids, restaurant(s) right next door, heated pool(s), and walking distance to Watercolor AND Seaside (although a short bike ride to Seaside is easier than walking). Although it’s not really being “present”, all we could talk about was what we were going to do when we visit again! The only complaint is that there is too much to do and we didn’t get to do it all! We can’t wait to go back and it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else... SO easy and about as close to perfect as you can get! Thank you to the owners for being organized and on top of it! P.S. The only thing we stressed about were the beautiful white couches. We made the kids keep food only at the kitchen bar and breathed a sigh of relief we didn’t mess them up! Haha. Thanks again!

It was great having our family return to the Gerwig's exquisite retreat at Watercolor. The condo has plenty of room to either give our college kids their own space or accommodate family games and puzzles on rainy days (all available there care of the owners). It is located close enough to the pool, beach, and Seaside that anyone can shop, hit one of the vintage food trucks (our favorite was Meltdown!), or just walk along the white sands. We highly recommend Grayton Beach State Park for canoeing and adored all the shops and restaurants in nearby Miramar as well. We loved returning and hope to continue to visit as often as we can all get together!

Overall experience was awesome. Place is immaculate, well maintained, really tastefully decorated. The owners are awesome to work with and the Watercolor and Seaside are great. I’d suggest that they have a few more ‘staples’ around. Things like salt and pepper, little things. Nothing that diminishes the value in any way. The kind of things that you expect when renting from what appears to be investment owners. It’s appears to be a great investment property. It would be nice if there was an initial supply of the beach club towels stored at the condo. Possibly, a larger supply of beach towels, although the towels from the beach club are great. These are pretty nick picky item to voice. Buy disposable coffee cups because their coffee cups are too small. Seriously cant find anything negative to write about this place aside from these small items! Will be back!

This was the perfect setting for a family vacation with limitless options for all ages and interests. Walking along the pristine beach gave us the perfect opportunity to see both sunrise and sunset each day as we combed the beach for sand dollars. Don't forget to look for jumping stingrays in the water just at sunset! It was a joy to watch! Even though the spacious condo had everything we could need, the short walk down to Seaside revealed a variety of shops and restaurants that we all enjoyed exploring. The Seaside Repertory Theater had a wonderful Christmas performance while we were there that helped add to the Christmas spirit on this warm winter vacation. We spent many nights outside on the wrap around deck off of the kitchen and living room just eating and talking as we were lulled by the ocean waves and gazed at the breathtaking star field. I even ventured down to the beach at night for a walk. It was astounding!! I saw so many tiny and large crabs out at night. Be quick though! They move fast for cover when your flashlight hits them. The rest of the vacation seemed like an adventure every day. We were able to spend time hiking on the nearby State Park trails, biking on the bike path and taking some of the more challenging trails through the parks, canoeing across Western Lake (We paddled within 2 feet of a pelican before he flew away!), and swimming in the heated pools of Watercolor and the invigorating December ocean water. Coming back to the condo after each excursion felt like coming home. Remembering the family sitting around working on puzzles and just enjoying the surroundings will last for a long time to come. Thank you to the fabulous owners that shared their home with us.

Thank you for a wonderful trip! First, the owners are friendly and accommodating, loved working with them. The location is perfect! You are on the beach with views of the water, all the amenities of Water Color and next door to Seaside's restaurants and activities. The condo is gorgeous, spacious, with large windows looking out on the emerald coast...large kitchen, family room, giant TV and wifi for those non-beach days. We will be back!

We visited Watercolor for the first time over the Thanksgiving Holiday this year. The location is perfect! Beautiful beach, resort amenities are great and the people are so friendly. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is amazing. It is beautifully decorated, has outdoor balconies, and a view of the beach from almost every room. It makes you feel at home while on vacation. The area of Watercolor and Seaside, which is within walking/biking distance are so relaxing. So many people riding bikes, walking, lounging at one of the 5 pools available or sitting on the beach. The shops and food trucks/restaurants are fun to visit with great food. It was so nice of the owners to share a list of their favorite locations for dining and also activities available posted in the condo. We had an extremely enjoyable trip and cannot wait to return to this fabulous condo again! Truly loved everything about this condo and the location. Highly recommend!

Our stay in this condo was perfect! It is beautifully located with pool just a few steps away and beautiful white sand beach just over the dunes, both can be seen from 2 bedrooms and living area. When you walk in the front door, the first thing you see is the view through all the windows. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Owners made this experience extremely easy for us. Owners have lists posted with great local restaurants, activities in the area, and shopping. Biking trails are just outside, no need to drive. We will definitely go back again.

We have vacationed in several different locations along 30A and in Watercolor. This is by far our favorite! The view is amazing! It was just a short walk and we were right on the white sandy beaches that we look forward to relaxing on every year! So close! The pool was great! We felt like this was secluded yet we were right on 30A and in Watercolor and in the middle of everything! Seaside was just a short walk or bike ride. The condo itself has beautiful furnishings and is a quintessential Florida beach condo! Wow.....just beautiful! The photos really do not do it justice! The owners are great! We cannot wait to stay here again next year!!
