Vous allez adorer vos vacances dans notre maison de plage à Beach Haven Gardens. L'étage inférieur de ce duplex a trois (3) chambres, 1 salle de bain et une nouvelle cuisine pour votre famille. Beau avec climatisation centrale, une belle véranda lumineuse et un mobilier confortable pour faire des vacances reposantes. Nous vous fournissons 6 badges de plage et wifi.
En bas vous donne une salle de soleil vitrée lumineuse pour l'espace de vie intérieur supplémentaire. Bdrm 1 a une reine, Chambre 2 a un plein, et Chambre 3 a 2 lits simples. Cuisine entièrement mise à jour fournit tout le confort pour un séjour facile. Les unités partagent une douche extérieure et une laveuse / sécheuse. Vous avez votre propre grill.
Profitez de tout ce que la magnifique île de Long Beach a à offrir. Sortez votre porte et 8 maisons à l'océan, vous n'avez pas à traverser une rue principale pour aller à la plage. Vous êtes dans un excellent quartier et si proche des restaurants fabuleux. Il est facile de se rendre à Fantasy Island, mini-golf, stands de crème glacée que vous êtes au centre de tout LBI! Had a great stay with our two young children. So close to the beach, walked to get morning bagels each day, and close to everything else.

We had a great time. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The house was in a great location for the beach and show/restaurants. We come to LBI every few years from the west. This was a great place to stay.

Really loved our stay at this property. Our family of 5 (2 grandparents in early 70's, our son and his two boys ages 5 and 8) were very happy with this house. It's close to the beach, many restaurants, shopping and other LBI activities. Really used the outdoor shower and laundry. We rented this property for it's close proximity to another family member's beach house just 6 blocks away. Sunroom is fully airconditioned and really served as a great "office" for grandpa who rises VERY early each day! The only issue for us was that it only had one bathroom and with 2 seniors and 2 small boys, it proved a bit challenging. Additionally since it's a duplex/two family home, getting used to the upstairs noise level took a bit of getting used to. Nevertheless, we had an awesome time. House was clean, contained all the necessities and owners are responsive and just great.

This beach house was so close to everything! We had a wonderful week- house had everything we needed. Kathy was very responsive to any questions we had and provided helpful information on the area during the COVID-19 situation. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Almost perfect
This house is designed beautifully, located perfectly, and has high-quality mattresses, furniture and washer/dryer, and smart tv, so it has all of the potential to be high-end value, but by the last week of the summer, it desperately needed a deep cleaning and some attention. I feel like with a new cleaning crew, and a mid-summer inspection/attn, this property could be a perfect 5.
