Great place to stay for a family trip! Beach and pools are a few steps away, house is clean and spacious and has everything you need! Hosts are great to communicate with! Hope to vacation here again in the future :)

This was our first stay on Cinnamon Beach and won’t be our last. Steve and Tammy were wonderful and we didn’t have one issue. The house is comfortable and roomy enough for three families. The location next to the club pools was wonderful for the kids and adults. There is as lovely cafe at the main pool that served great drinks and food. The adults loved ending the day on one of the many porches for conversation and a glass of wine. Thanks again to our hosts❤️

Rent this house if you are looking for a great family vacation with the pool house next door and ocean across the street. This house is in the absolute perfect location inside of the Hammock community. No need to bring any beach/pool towels or toys, Steve has everything you need!
Steve, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. The house is clean and has anything you need for a wonderful vacation. We cooked out daily at the house, the kitchen had all amenities necessary. The rooms are all spacious, extra linens, blankets, towels as needed.

We had a great stay! The house was large for multiple families, clean, close to the pools, kiddie area and beach! We enjoyed the local restaurants and visiting Flagler. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a quiet getaway with all the amenities and will consider this spot for future vacations!

I have rented many VRBO properties for various trips and vacations and always choose to stay in Palm Coast for this particular outing. Our group was a little larger this time so we were looking for something with more room that would be comfortable for all. This house is fantastic! Super clean, super comfortable and in a gorgeous neighborhood with the ocean right across the street. Hosts are also wonderful, very attentive with excellent communication and genuinely committed to you having a great visit. I have rented some nice places and had several good experiences with VRBO; this one is now my favorite.

We booked this beautiful beach house for my wife's 60th birthday and it was perfect. The owners were obliging and answered any and all questions and the property was exactly as described. Altogether we had seven adults and four children ages three to six. Everybody had their own space and the dining room and kitchen area fit us all comfortably. I can't recommend this property enough. It was a weekend to remember.

What a great home and a wonderful location….only steps from the beach and 2 pools plus hot tubs. There was so much for every age level to enjoy. We had 5 teenagers and never heard those famous words…what can I do??!!! There were games to play and plenty of room to play them. The back patio was wonderful to watch the sunset from.

We all live within a 2 hour drive of Cinnamon Beach and have visited this area many times. We chose this property because we needed a place large enough to accommodate 4 couples and 1 single. The community is beautiful and the location fantastic. The home itself was superb and working with the host was seamless. The house has several large spaces for entertaining, gathering, dining and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and tools. I would highly recommend this property.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for our three families to enjoy a birthday month week!
Very large and spacious for the 7 of us. And the cleanliness was fabulous. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Fun board games, foosball many TVs, beautiful two patio areas overlooking lake. Very short walk to the swimming pools and beach. All the goodies for the beach provided in garage. We have stayed in many VRBO's and we will definitely come back.
Any questions were promptly answered by owner. We would highly recommend this lovely home.

The house is amazing and has everything you could need! The location of the house is great because its right next to the pools and beach access. The owners are always quick to respond if you have any issues. I would recommend water shoes for the ocean as the rocks seemed worse this year. This house will always be my first choice if we return to cinnamon beach!

There is so much to say about this home, but let me start with LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! One door down from the Children’s Pool/Cafe and access to the adult pool and beach. We watched other families drive up to drop off family & beach supplies, then go back home to park & walk back. Not us!!! We stepped out our front door and were there! And no need to carry our supplies, as Cinnamon Beach provides a canopy/chair service. If you don’t want to take advantage of that service, the home comes with plenty of chairs, sand toys, and even a beach wagon.
Sadie’s Place is extremely well-stocked with kitchen, grilling, cleaning supplies, and personal products. We didn’t want for anything! 2 washer/dryers, 3 kitchens (including a complete outdoor kitchen), & microwave/mini-frig in the Master BR. A garage is also provided for use. The furnishings are top-notch and tasteful, the mattresses are comfortable, and the home includes state-of-the-art electronics and Wi-FI.
We also enjoyed views of the serene lake from our 3 rear balconies and lovely backyard landscaping. A Fitness Room is also available at the Clubhouse.
Steve & Tammy were wonderful to work with and responded to my emails promptly.
All-in-all, you cannot go wrong with this home! I highly recommend Sadie’s Place!

We were extremely disappointed with the beach. Hugh rocks in the water made entering dangerous!
The home was very nice, but we had issues with the ice maker and the tv in the family room. The shower in the master bath has low water pressure.

My husband and I rent a beach house each year and invite our grown children and grandkids to come stay. Over the years we’ve learned we like access to a pool and the beach (we don’t want to carry all our stuff a long distance) and this house provide both and some. Each family was able to have their own space/privacy when needed and then you had a very nice open concept in main living/kitchen to cook and have dinners together. The house is stocked with everything you needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the beach. We did not expect it to be coquina shells (very little sand) and lots of large coquina shell formations at the shoreline making it difficult to enjoy the ocean. Kids could not boggy board or go in above their ankles. With that being said if your not that much into swimming in the ocean this house is perfect! The two pools are plenty and the grandkids loved the splash pad area. The two game rooms were nice to have for days when you couldn’t enjoy the outdoors. And the cafe didn’t disappoint, nice cocktails, chicken strips and ice cream! Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay! Our group consisted of 3 families with young kids and we had everything we needed while we were there. There were plenty of sleeping options for each family, lots of extra pillows and blankets and the kids loved the bunk beds. The arcade games and foosball table in the basement were fun and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. One of our favorite things about the house was the location. We were one house over from both pools and super close to two points of beach access which made our days so easy to switch from the beach to the pool when the kids were ready or to run back to the house for lunch. The hosts were great communicators and made sure that we were well set up before our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Great house in a fantastic neighborhood and a beautiful part of Florida. The house had everything you could possibly need. We have rented many VRBO homes and this one was perfect! Three stories, tons of room and steps from two amazing pools and the beach. The owners were super responsive and we would highly recommend the house for the perfect family beach getaway.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful reunion in this gorgeous home. The property was very clean and so thoughtfully and completely well stocked, especially the kitchen . The owners are very responsive and helpful. The location right across from the beach and clubhouse/pool was ideal. The community is beautiful too. Only suggestions to owners would be get a lower bed in 3rd floor king room - it is hard to get into because it's so high.

We highly recommend this property! The owners answered all of our questions & were very responsive through the booking process & our vacation. The property is amazing location to the pools and ocean. For our group of 11, it was perfect with the 3 levels so each family had their own space/bathrooms/laundry/balcony. Property is beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We did encounter a few issues with the home , all minor, but also unfortunate to our stay. Communication was difficult as cell service wasn't the best, not did we have great Wi-Fi during our stay. Communicating via the VBRO app proved to be difficult for us. The owners were on a vacation themselves so that added to the communicating issues...and we hated to bother them while they too were on a vacation. But all in all a great place and I'd recommend this house for your stay in Palm Coast/Cinnamon Beach.

Your home was a wonderful place for a long-awaited, previously postponed, family reunion! For years, we gathered annually, but it had been hard over three years of life getting in the way. This time spent at Palm Coast was filled with hours of laughter, joy, puzzling, a family poker tournament, and many, many, rounds of Code Names:Pictures (complete with commemorative tattoos, of course)! This home is the best one I have stayed in. I travel a lot but this one took the cake. Clean and roomy. The owner are the best. Good communication,replies in length of time. Let me do a late check out. I recommend this house for a group of friends or a family. This house is owesome. I can't wait to the next time to come and hopefully it be available.

This is one of the nicer homes we have stayed in. Our family of 10 stayed here for my daughters wedding. It was a great location with plenty of room. We loved the access to the beach and two beautiful pools. The home was well stocked for meals and plenty of room to spread out. The host had good communication to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home

This property was very nice, it is in a great location with excellent access to the beach! However, the description does not say anything about having multiple cameras including inside the main area. I think there were around 8 cameras in total. IF this doesn't bother you then this is a fantastic location, but should be listed in the listing.
