Notre calme, charmant condo d'une chambre 1+ avec un excellent emplacement de moyenne vallée a été entièrement rénové en 2011. Seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport, centre-ville de Salt Lake, et les stations de ski de Snowbird et Alta, le condo est rapidement accessible depuis l'autoroute. Nice condo. Especially nice to have 2 full baths. Would stay here again. Nice location, nice to have car under roof in open air garage. We were on 2nd floor walk-up which was fine. Only negative was several fry pans were dirty in cupboard with old food in them. Fortunately there was a large new fry pan that was clean that we used to cook.

I traveled to SLC with my teenage son and the condo was absolutely perfect! Chris was very helpful and made our stay that much better. The condo had everything we needed and having access to the pool was the best with the hot days. Its likely we will be back to SLC in the future and if so this will be the first listing I look for! The apartment is spotlessly clean and has been recently renovated, so the finishes and appliances are all up-to-date and in good repair. One warning: it is a second floor walk-up, so it’s a bit of a haul getting all the gear in and out for a ski day.

Everything you could want!
This condo is amazing. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished. It is located near the highway but it’s setting is peaceful and serene. We loved having our coffee on the balcony and listening to the babbling brook. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for those wishing to eat at home and several restaurants are in close proximity. Chris was an extremely attentive host and even checked in with us via message while we were there. If we find ourselves back in Salt Lake we’d definitely stay here again.

Fabolous, comfy apartment in convenient location
Very stylish, charming and comfy apartment that offered the perfect home away from home for the week we spent in Salt Lake City for skiing in the area. We enjoyed the layout, the tasteful decor with many personal touches and the convenient location. The apartment is on the second floor of a group of 2 floor row-houses with quick access to local skiing resorts (there even is a bus stop right in front of the complex) and shopping (e.g. Trader Joe's) close by.
The apartment comes with a covered parking spot which is particularly convenient in the winter. The communication with Chris was easy and pleasant. Best vacation rental we have visited in a long time!

Review from a SLC local = terrific condo
My husband, newborn & I stayed for a week as a staycation to get some house renovations completed. Everything was lovely, the owner was very attentive with his communication, and the condo complex itself was also comfortable with parking & nice neighbors. We didn't use any of the amenities but walking the loop around the complex served as an unexpected bit of calm (enjoyed the cute duck pond) in a very centralized area of SLC. Don't hesitate to book, this is a place we'd suggest for our own family. Huge cheers & thanks to the owners!

Phenomenal stay
The condo was perfect for a snowboarding trip for my 16 year old son and I. This was the perfect distance to the slopes and to Salt Lake City.
The condo was perfectly outfitted with everything that we needed, the living room area enclosed for a private area for my son to rest and watch tv. A full kitchen and washer and dryer was really awesome so that we could make our own meals and wash our gear. The owners were very easy to reach and kept in contact. I will definitely be renting this property again.

Great Snowboarding Trip!
Great location for a week of snowboarding at Solitude and Brighton with my daughter. Everything we needed! The owner provided an extra mattress because they had received recent feedback that the pull-out couch wasn't comfortable. The mattress was perfect. Communication and check-in were easy. Super close to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else we could want. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for Skiing
Located 20 min from Alta-Snowbird and 45 min from Park City, perfect access. Condo has covered parking and ski storage. Unit itself amazing - well outfitted and located in the heart of local community with groceries/restaurants/gas stations within minutes. Owner Chris very helpful and easy to contact. Can not recommend enough - we hope to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get on and off the highway. Everything seemed to be a 30min drive or less, very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely return to this condo when we visit SLC again. It was awesome.

We Loved It!
The layout of this unit is extremely well-thought-out and suited our needs perfectly, with two separate living areas that can also be opened up as one larger area, as well as two bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and nice to have a W/D conveniently located in the unit. The view from the patio was nice, with spring flowering trees and the creek. Location convenient to markets, shops, restaurants, and I-215. Chris was great with communications. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent place in great location
The apt is wonderful, everything looked brand new. Owner is very responsive. Extremely convenient location, very close to shopping and restaurants. If you are a skier, from the bus stop to the door is 2min.. Crossing the street in the morning to the stop on the other side is ok as traffic is very light at 8am. Later you have to use the light but still maybe total 5 or so mins.

Great Little Place
Cute little one bedroom with pullout. Just the right size for 2-3 people and centrally located 15 minutes to airport and 25 minutes to Snowbird/Alta. It is stocked with all those things you don’t want to have to buy on a weekend stay (condiments, coffee filters, coffee, oatmeal, etc.). Flexible check-in/checkout times was an added bonus

We really enjoyed this cozy condo on our ski trip and found it very convenient to drive up both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon to the ski resorts. It was very nice to have the grocery store and restaurants so close by as well.

Immaculately clean and well stocked 1 bedroom/ 2 bath home. Great location close to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton Solitude and also fairly close to Park City. Kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, utensils) and the unit was VERY clean!

Beautiful Condo, super close to everything!
The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. Fully stocked kitchen, which we used to prepare every meal (avoiding restaurants due to Covid), and super convenient with tons of grocery shopping options and a state liquor store just up the road. It's a very easy and quick drive up to LCC and BCC for skiing, with multiple routes (highway and non-highway) in case there is traffic. Ski bus is super close as well if you don't have a car. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Bed is on the softer side but extremely comfortable (I'm usually a firm mattress only person), and with the thoughtful humidifier on, we slept like a champ. We would definitely stay here again!

A Home away from Home
We cannot say enough about this apartment. The proximity to Alta/Snowbird (free parking) and Solitude/Brighton ($20 parking) under 30 min door to slope is perfect. Or catch the bus that leaves across the street. The place is lovingly decorated.
The owner also made some great restaurant recommendations, one of which we would like to highlight: Hoppers Brew Pub - a great way to make local friends. We stopped there a couple of times after skiing. Aps are 50% from 4-6 and sitting at the bar is where you get the inside scoop on great restaurants. To add to the owner's list: Tiburon restaurant - we had their signature dish/Elk medallion and the seafood special. Sicilia Mia/Cottonwood Heights get the fettuccini made at table side in the Parmesan wheel. OMG!!!! As you can tell, we have nothing but great things to say and can highly recommend this apartment for either a ski or hiking vacation. Downtown is about a 20 min Uber ride or you can take the city tram.

After having some bad Airbnb experiences we were delighted as we walked in Chris’ apartment. It is a very clean, quiet and cozy place and well equipped. It really has EVERYTHING you need (and more). We can highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Grocery stores are just around the corner. Downtown SLC is a 15mins drive, very uncomplicated. The second bathroom and the parking lot are a big plus. Chris was very friendly and helpful and responded to our questions shortly. The information and instructions that Chris provides make it very easy to arrange oneself in the apartment. 5 stars!!!

Well-appointed, had every thing we needed. Easy to access. Parking space was a little tight but that's a function of the condo complex structure, not the condo. It really is a nice space with excellent amenities, a westward/northwestward facing porch great for catching sunset light, and multiple bathrooms as well as a gas stove. Liaison was responsive, willing, and helpful - all of which were appreciated. WiFi was solid and reliable. Great location for accessing a lot of places in Cottonwood Hts/farther south in to Sandy as well as 215. Great for couples and hope to return in the future!
