Wonderful family gathering
My family gathered in Austin at Suzanne's for Christmas week. The house and the location was ideal. The house inside and out is wonderfully equipped for relaxing and catching up. The location is also perfect for walks to Barton Springs and many Austin restaurants.

Great House in Beautiful Location
We loved our stay. We had 9 ladies and enough space for all of us. We are all in our 30s so weren’t looking for a full party house, but something nice and close to town with a pool. This fit the bill. There is a pull out and a full bed so be prepared to share there, but everything was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the pool and extremely grateful that there’s a lot of shade in the backyard. There are a few floaties already, and the kitchen was a great gathering space.

Weekend in Austin
The weather did not quite cooperate, but the rental did not disappoint! The check in process was seamless and the house was clean and welcoming from the start. It was so nice to have bathrooms off of all of the bedrooms. We enjoyed staying in Zilker and wish we were able to explore the surrounding area more!

It was the perfect setting for our family vacation to explore all that Austin had to offer. The home was spacious, wonderfully appointed, with a backyard oasis/pool that we so enjoyed after the days adventures! Would most certainly return and occupy again and recommend to our friends!

We LOVED this property! In an climate where you're required to stay in this made the weekend feel special. We had resort style relaxation with the sanctuary of a clean and quarantined environment.

Fantastic ACL experience in the best house around
Although this house sleeps 10, we only had 4.....and we loved every minute in this gorgeous house. Suzanne made us feel so at home and was available if we needed anything, which we did not. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!

Stayed here with a group of girls to celebrate our 20 year pledge class reunion. The house was absolutely perfect! Perfect size for our group of 10, amazing pool, house was nicely stocked with towels, toiletries and other items that made our stay so comfortable and easy. Hope to be back one day!

We came to Austin for a girls weekend and this home was perfect! It was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. Suzanne made sure we had everything we needed and reached our prior to checkin.

Beautiful home, spacious, & comfortable!
We loved our stay at this house! The home offered a comfortable spot for everyone and privacy. The house was incredibly kept and clean. A huge plus was the fantastic interior design - wow! The owner (Suzanne) is very thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. Although we were in town for business, this home offered us a place to retreat to and relax after a long day. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the house is a short distance from downtown Austin and dining options. I highly recommend this home, we had a great experience!

The pool was shaded, cool, and relaxing for the adults and the kids loved it. I have rented at least 15 properties in Austin and this is my favorite. Suzanne was most accommodating and even lined us up with Chef Maurice and his wife to prepare and serve a fabulous, in-home, birthday feast for us on Friday night so that we could spend the evening together without any crowds. Chef Maurice was most complimentary of the kitchen, dining areas, and other food-related amenities. I will rent this home again when I have a large enough group to fill it up.

Great home & great location
We enjoyed a great family wedding weekend in Austin. Close to Barton Creek Country Club & Smith's Family Chapel. Nice to have a place to meet family, visit & play games and then be able to attend the wedding festivities as well. Host was wonderful and contacted us prior to our arrival. No issues. Would lease again. Great experience.

Gorgeous home!
Stayed here for a girls wknd getaway and it was fabulous! Suzanne was so nice to work with and made check-in & out super easy. The house itself is amazing and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The pool was great, and the entire house/backyard had a great layout. True to what her description says about being really close to many restaurants/bars/etc. Just a quick Uber ride to anything! The only thing I'd mention is that this house has some very nice finishes, so she does have signs up to remind you of what not to do on them (as to not to stain them etc.). I'd definitely book this house again!

Beautiful Home in a convenient location
We had a large group in town from New York and this house was perfect for our discerning crew. It's spacious, beautifully renovated, and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool and deck were essential as it was over 90 degrees the entire weekend! We loved the proximity to Barton Creek, Zilker park, and Lake Austin - we rented a pontoon one day and went paddle boarding/kayaking another (and would highly recommend both). Loved all of the outdoor activities available in Austin. Suzanne was exceptionally easy to work and quick to respond when there was a minor issue at the house (no one's fault and fixed in a snap.) And the central location was really ideal as it allowed us to explore a number of neighborhoods around the city. My only suggestion for the house would be to add lounge chairs by the pool (they're pictured but we couldn't find them). We so enjoyed our time outdoors playing board games and eating on the deck, but an option to lay out in the sun would have been great.
All in all, a really wonderful weekend and we would absolutely book this house again if we return to Austin! Thank you, Suzanne!

We rented this house for 8 girls for my "girls weekend" before getting married! It was a wonderful house with great amenities. We enjoyed the very comfy beds, large living area and wonderful bathrooms! The best part though was the deck out by the pool. Although it was Nov and we couldn't swim, we sat out on the deck all day one day just talking and hanging out. It is also in a great location - very close to downtown and South Congress! Also has a ton of close, excellent restaraunts off of Barton Springs. Would definitely recommend!

I rented this house for ACL 2011 and it was fantastic. Its close enough to walk but far enough to not restrict normal access because of festival traffic. Plus its a beautiful home; spacious living room, great pool and deck. Relaxing with friends here after the festival was almost as much fun as the concerts. Lastly, the owners were great to work with. I highly recommend Austin, ACL, and this house!

We booked this lovely house for a girls' weekend away and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious with one large master bedroom and several smaller rooms that can each accomodate at least two people. In addition, the large living room was wonderful for our group as we had space to stretch out. We spent all day by the pool the second day we were there which was very relaxing. The house has a large outdoor deck with plenty of furniture to accomodate a group and the house came fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels and kitchenware. All we had to bring was food/beverage! The house is right down the street from a small market as well as restaurants and bars. We took a cab from the airport which took no more than 20 minutes! All in all this was a great house and a great weekend!
