Ne pas rester dans une chambre d'hôtel à l'étroit quand vous pouvez avoir votre propre grand, confortable maison loin de la maison! Animaux acceptés. Wifi. Beautiful and everything one needs

What a sweet spot -- surrounded by trees and friendly people. Loved having a washer-dryer right there in the unit, plus dishwasher, and best of all a cozy, shady patio with comfortable furniture and a super grill. Everything was clean and ready to use - we loved having the Keurig coffeepot and toaster set up on a special counter. We appreciate that we could recycle plastic, paper, glass etc., with receptacles just a few feet away in the driveway area. Close to wonderful small downtown Brevard but far enough away in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful all the way around.

This home is conveniently close to downtown Brevard. It was very clean, and spacious. Although it is the lower level of a home it has a separate entrance and driveway which allows for privacy. The kitchen has everything you would need. The owners are very kind and responsive. Would stay there again.

Very cozy and convenient location to access Brevard and the Pisgah. It was one of the best outfitted vacation rentals that I have stayed in. The kitchen knives were even sharp. The roomba entertained the kids while cleaning. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was easy to locate and presented just as it looks on the listing. The host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to town, but very secluded. The back porch was very nice to have a morning coffee on.

Everything was perfect. Unit itself is absolutely flawless. Same with the furniture, all of it. And immaculate. Solid WIFI. Every time we turned around we discovered a thoughtful little extra, in the way of supplies, utensils, everything really. We could have left practically everything except for our clothes at home! Perfect location for us. Quiet, peaceful area. Easy and short drive to Brevard. Heather and Jodie are the perfect hosts, and very nice!

This was my 3rd time staying. It never disappoints! The view out the back is beautiful, I love listening to all the birds. Close to everything, Downtown Brevard, Pisgah and Dupont. The owners are quick to reply if you need anything. I will be back

We came to the area for the first time after owning a VRBO property in TN for years and knew what to expect with a Premier hosted property. We were not disappointed in anyway. Comfortable bed, couch; loved the fireplaces. We were a few weeks early I suppose since the weather was still pretty cold and windy. Excellent stay with only one cavoite: be aware that the driveway down to the apartment can be a bit intimidating the first few times in so be cautious if you have a big truck. That right hand turn is a bit snug. Other than that, the place is perfect.

Very clean. Quiet location. Much larger than expected. Gas fire place a big plus. Right around the corner from Brevard Racquet Club, bonus for pickle ball or tennis players. People there are friendly and welcoming to guests.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to stay for an overnight get away and I'm so thankful I found this place. It was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed and very well equipped with everything you need. Jodi was a very easy to work with and very quick to respond.

We came to Brevard to do hiking and waterfalls. This retreat is a delightful respite at the end of the day, where you can put your feet up, relax, and plan the next day's activities. It is a lovely spot less than 5 minutes to downtown Brevard, yet it feels secluded looking out into the trees. They provided everything we could think of, including shampoo/conditioner, coffee makings, sparkling grape juice, guest book, numerous TV options, and cloth napkins.... The full kitchen (including icemaker in the fridge) came in handy the one night we ate in (S&P, garlic salt there). The only tricky thing about the TV setup was that the Roku controller volume/mute buttons are on the side of the controller--don’t let it fool you. This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have used and I recommend it highly.

This is a terrific property to stay in. The amenities available throughout (especially the kitchen) went far up and beyond. We stayed for 10 days. Did some of our own main meal cooking and anything I needed was there. Not only were the usual coffee and shower items available but there was sugar, flour, half & half, creamer etc. And the bed was an extremely comfortable king size. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck, saw 2 fawns and a mother deer. Also ate lunch and dinners on it. Incredibly refreshing stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. My husband and I are both in our 70’s and it was very comfortable.

This place is super clean, all the amenities, quiet, and located just outside town (5 minute drive). It's about 20 minutes from hooker/triple falls and 35 minutes from Asheville. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and the pet friendly option was a lifesaver. We would definitely book again!

This was a perfect spot for a hiking trip. I got a nice variety of hikes, including Looking Glass, Mount Mitchell, some picturesque waterfall overlook trails at DuPont state park, across the border to Caesar’s Head park in South Carolina.
My girlfriend worked from the rental and enjoyed the great views and comfortable accommodations during the weekdays. She joined me for hiking on the weekends. We were conveniently near one of our favorite restaurants, Plant, in Asheville. We also found a new favorite pizza place in Hendersonville called Two Guys.
The rental was private and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting outside on the swinging bench seat. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and clear instructions were provided for everything we needed. I’d highly recommend staying here, especially in late fall, as the views are breathtaking.

Relaxed and comfortable!
Gremaat spot in beautiful Brevard. Super easy access to downtown area for eating, shopping and exploring. We love the Brevard area and this was far the best location to access the area. The property was quiet, charming and just what we needed after several days on the road camping. Full kitchen and living gave us a chance to regroup and get ready for the rest of our adventure. Thanks for hosting such a great place!

This place is so clean, private and beautiful.
Everything about this home was so beautiful. The fire places put out nice heat in the cold evenings. Everything is up to date in the home. We loved it and so did our dog Dakota. Beautiful Retreat
Lovely, very comfortable apartment, all the ammenities, easy self check-in (I arrived very late), quiet area! I really enjoyed the daily morning visits by the white squirrels!! My dog was allowed but felt pet fee was high. Extended my stay an additional night very easily.

Absolutely spotless, and delightful apartment.
Absolutely spotless apartment with everything you could need for a cozy stay. For example it was raining cats and dogs and we were lamenting forgetting any rain gear and looked across the room and low and behold was a large umbrella so we could walk our dog. Appliances were new and extremely nice. Hosts were extremely quick to respond to any questions. Bed was comfy and fireplace romantic. Great place, and of course Brevard is wonderful and just minutes away, though it felt like being in the woods. What a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.

Clean and close to downtown Brevard
We celebrated our 15th anniversary here and enjoyed how close the rental is to downtown Brevard. The kitchen was well-stocked for home cooked meals, and the rental was comfortably furnished. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again in the future.

Great Brevard Get-a-way
When we were looking for a place in Brevard we kept coming back to the Dogwood Hills Retreat. There was just something about it that appealed to us and so we booked it. The process is extremely easy and communication was easy. The property was just what we were looking for it was clean, quiet and peaceful. Looking from the deck you would think you were in the middle of the forest if not for the street beyond the trees but in reality it’s very close to town. We would definitely book it again
